The next day, I never saw Y/n at their house the whole day. Jia never came to ours as well but I can see Hikaru, Dayeon unnie and Ziyin-jie inside. Ruiqi, Jia and Y/n were missing.

"What are you looking at?" I heard Mashiro asked beside me. We were cleaning the dishes and from the open kitchen window, you can see their living room across our house. It's already afternoon so the inside of the house is now visible from outside. "Nothing... im just looking for Ruiqi" I took off the plastic gloves then threw it to the sink. "It must be hard that you don't have someone to talk to in your mother tongue, right?" She asked. It is... really. I really thought Ruiqi would debut with me but I guess her name was erased on the card.

"Hmm. Thankfully she debuted. Plus with my friend, I never thought I would meet Y/n here..."

"About Y/n and you, since when did the both of you knew each other?" Mashiro and I are the same. Like the mood and interests. So when I first came to the group, I'm already comfortable with her. We have the same vibes. "Since we were 7, I guess? She's originally from Zhejiang but moved to Fujian due to personal reasons. Then after turning seven, they moved to Sichuan, where I live. Coincidence that both our parents were friends even before we were born. That is how we met" during that time, it was said that she almost got kidnapped by her father's rivals. Her father got a lot of rivals from China and even other countries. Her parents decided to change her name to hide her identity. I heard that her real name were Song Yi Nan, but legally changed it into Yang Y/n. I like her name now than before.

"Wow... so the both of you really are close of the close friends. Are you two good now?" I thought about it first. Are we?

I just finished recording my first cover, Chen sunbaenim's Beautiful Good Bye. Jia shot the video while Ruiqi held our bags while filming. We were shooting in Incheon, on a beach. We were here since early in the morning so while waiting for the sunset, we shot few more covers. We recorded for Jia's Rose cover and also, we recorded some stock video to be used in the future. Beach reminded me of One Direction so we shot a short cover of What Makes You Beautiful, the three of us are going to record for the song later on. Once the sunset came by, Jia recorded me while walking beside the coast. "I think your live vocals is better than the studio ones" Jia told me. I like it too, because studio versions have auto pitch, or worse, auto tune already. Thankfully our CEO doesn't recommend heavy auto tunes like other artists does. He and his group is also known for having raw vocals so we should adapt it.

"Jie-jie!" Hikaru ran towards the van as I opened the doors, launching herself to me. Dayeon followed and hugged all the members as well. Ziyin-jie was about to come close to me but I walked pass her. I can't just forgive her for what she have done. Yet.

"Pst" I heard someone faintly call me. I looked around and saw no one, but as I looked up to check on the upper floors, I saw Xiaoting on their balcony waving at me. My hands were about to wave back but I felt someone tap my shoulders. I turn around and met a pair of doe eyes looking at mine. "Doah-ssi, hello" I patted her head. "Hi unnie... how are you? How's the shoot?" How did she know?

"It's great, the weather is great outside... the shoot was fun, we buried a crab alive" we then heard someone chuckling behind Doah. "Really? Poor crab" it was Dayeon. "That crab will hunt you in your dreams"

"I don't get scared that easily, Ms. Yoo. If someone's a scaredy cat here, it's you. Remember going to my room last time because you got scared of that mo-"

"She went to your room?" Doah cut me off. Last Sunday, me and my members had a movie marathon and the chosen genre was Horror. Specially selected by the one and only me. We watched the paranormal movies and later night, Dayeon knocked to my door in middle of the night, asking to sleep in. She also said that the other 3 were sleeping next to each other as well and their bed doesn't have anymore space so she came to me. I let her in of course and then she told me she can sleep on the couch so I let her but once I woke up, she was already sleeping beside me.

"Like in the same bed?" Doah added. "Hmm, don't misunderstand, we just sleep sleep...What are you thinking? Kim Doah, you-"

"Hey guys, what are you talking about?" Ruiqi butted in, hooking her arms around my shoulders. "Is Doah bugging you, boss?" She asked me in Chinese. "Hmm? Let's go have some dinner... I'm hungry... you wanna come, Doah-ssi?" I ignored Ruiqi's question then asked them back. I'm not in the mood to converse right now... I want to get some rest already.

"Ah... ani, you guys go ahead. I'm going home now. Bye!" Doah excused herself then ran back to their house. Me and my group went inside, straight up to the dining room and ate dinner. I heard Ziyin-jie helped cooking today and as her cousin, she's the best cook I've ever met. She's like my 3rd mom.

"As expected from Ziyin-jie jie!" Ruiqi praised the chef and the food. I also learned about her and Ziyin-jie's close relationship. They lived together in a month with Wen Zhe. Ruiqi told me that Ziyin is like her mother and Wen Zhe is the father. I've never met Wen Zhe before but I hope in the future I will.

After eating, I instantly went towards my room, yeeting myself to my bed. Before, I used to do nothing all day and now, I'm very packed. It's very tiring but fun at the same time. I get to spend a lot of time with my new friends unlike before, I only spend my time with Xiaoting or with my parents. I got a few friends in Top Class Entertainment too but I rarely contact them.

My phone echoed around the quiet room. I fished it inside my pockets and as it lit up, the words 'Shen Xiaoting' popped up on the lockscreen. "The background is ugly" I chuckled as I unlocked the phone, scrolling first to my photo album. "Should I change it back?" I scrolled to a folder with the name "♡". Xiaoting's photo were separated from my main album. Why? Because her photos are gold. I'm never letting anyone look at the pretty shots she sent me. Our old photos were stored here as well, we had photoshoots before for family purposes. You know, the one they hang up on the wall. I don't have that much pictures, specifically, selfies. My parents and Xiaoting were the ones taking pictures of me. I'm worried how my future photocards will look like. The fans may leave out my photocards then sell it.

I changed my background back to Xiaoting's photo then opened her message. Surprisingly, its not a simple message, it's a voice message. Thing she'd do when she's bored to type.

"How are you, wife? Did you eat already?" Wife? Is that my name to her now? It used to be bao-bei but maybe she gave that nickname to Yurina already.

"So much... huh..." a smile crept into my face, my heart was racing a bit. Her I love yous never fail to make my heart flutter. But in a split second, I remembered what she's done. My smile dropped eventually, sighing as I stood up, walking towards the balcony.

It's March means Spring is coming. I want to see the cherry blossoms bloom here... I should ask my members to join me. In China, cherry blossoms represents love. I usually watch that one tree on our backyard bloom with Xiaoting. We are not allowed to go out to the cherry parks so we always picnic there. Not far from our house was the Dasha river. I usually sneak there alone when my parents are gone. I really like strolling around but for my father, it looks like someone might shoot me with a sniper anytime.

I gazed at the city lights below then to the bright moon above. It sounds quiet but the thoughts in my head are so loud. I then heard faint knocks on my door. I lazily walked towards it and as I swung the door open, it revealed Ziyin jie-jie.

"Y/n, let's talk" I groaned then let her inside the room. The issue between us should be cleared immediately. I hate being angry to someone. I'm not like this before... "What is it?"

"Apology accepted" I bit my inner lip, I can't stay mad at her for so long. She's done a lot of good things to me, well, almost everything except for not telling about Xiaoting and Yurina. "Really? Thanks-"

"But I will never trust you again" she's kind but now, I shouldn't trust her with all of my secrets anymore. I heard her sigh but later on plastered a small smile to me. "Hmm, I deserve that. I'm still sorry. And I haven't thanked you for something yet"

"I thought I will never debut on a kpop group after Girls Planet 999 but thankfully you picked me. You know that I really wanted to debut on a Korean group, right? So you made one of my dreams come true. There's a lot of obstacles but because of you, I will never suffer anymore. You changed the trajectory of my career so... thank you... I almost lose hope after the program" when we were younger, Ziyin-jie and her parents would visit our house in Zhejiang. She's my second friend actually. She's the one who thought me about music and when I see her sing, it inspires me. In my teenage years, she became my vocal teacher and during my trainee days, I gave up early because although I'm a bit stable in vocals, dance really ruined my presence. I know trainees are being trained but I hate criticisms so I stopped. Ziyin-jie continued to teach me tho and I appreciate it so much. I know she's busy but she chose to teach me.

"It's fine. You introduced music to me so I should be thanking you first" I saw her open her arms so I dashed towards her. "You've grown a lot taller, you're taller than me now?" She and Xiaoting has the same height but now, I'm 2 centimeters higher than them. "I'm not telling you the secret, you should stay 168 cm"

"Why? Do you think if you're tall, it'll make you look handsome?"

"Tall girls are handsome, you know. But for me, I will make fun of you and Xiaoting just like what you've done before" I lightly tapped the crown of her head. "And I can attract fans when I'm tall"

"Oh, and hey... be careful around Doah" she tapped my shoulders. "I heard the girl likes you"

"Doah? She's like a daughter to me... and I still have Xiaoting"

"You still love her?" I nodded my head. She covered her mouth, showing a shocked expression.
