Hawks POV

Even though I felt sad about what Mirko said, I knew it wasn't true.

What do I mean? Well, Touya's alive, and he cares about me. Right..?

Who was that? It sounded like me, but I didn't say that. Whatever it is, it's not even the smallest bit true.

M: Keigo, tell me. How do you think Touya would feel because of this.

H: Not happy.

M: Exactly. So don't you dare continue this.

H: But, you can't stop me if I do it when your not around.

M: Look me in my eyes.

I then turn my head and look at her.

M: Hand me a feather.

H: Why?

M: Just. *sigh* Give me one.

H: Ok.

I then took out a feather and gave it to her.

M: Thank you, dear friend.

H: Mhm.

I then saw her carefully hold the feather above her arm. Then she pressed down (?) Which caused her to cut herself.

H: Rumi! Stop!

M: If you won't, then I would either.

H: Fine! Fine! I won't cut anymore.

M: Good. Here's your feather back.

I take my feather back. Then I look her in the eyes. My eyes were full of pure worry.

Rumi hurt herself because of you

As Hawks was basically fighting his inner self, he didn't notice that Mirko was trying to get his attention.

M: Hawks.

Nothing.

M: Hawks!

Nothing again.

M: HAWKS!

Still nothing.

M: *sigh* Fuck it.

Mirko pulls out her phone and calls someone.

?: Bunny bitch?

M: Yes that's me.

?: What do you need?

M: Hawks is having an inner-self crisis. I think he needs you.

?: Fine. Where are you two?

M: Uhh, Were at Cherry Blossom Park.

?: Alright. I'll be there soon.

M: Thanks.

? Hung up.

Mirko POV

Hawks, what is up with you? You used to never be like this. I know you've always loved Touya. But when you found out he was a villain, you changed. And not for the better either.

*Chirp* *Chirp*

Was that Hawks?

I look over at him.

No. Then who was it?

*Chirp* *Chirp*

Why was the chirping louder this time?

I look around and I see someone holding a child, walk over here.

M: Your here.

?: Yeah.

M: Who's that?

?: Hawks' child, Hato.

M: Is he yours too?

?: Nope. Hato is technically my half brother.

M: Huh? Dabi, what do you mean?

D: Hato's father is Endeavor.

M: Oh.

D: Hold him.

M: Why?

D: You want me to fix Kei or not?

M: Fine.

He then hands me Hato. After, he walks over to Hawks. Then, he slaps him on the face.

Nothing.

Dabi tried kissing him.

Nothing.

Then, he put his hands in Hawks' shirt and played with his nipple a bit.

Nothing.

D: What the hell?

M: What is it?

D: He would have at least came back to his senses by now.

Hawks POV

Fuck...why me...?

Why is my vision going....black...?

Why do I hear....Hato chirping?

Why do....I feel....and hear....Dabi..?

Why...are..Mirko..and...Dabi..screaming....?

Did I pass out?

Eri doesn't like you being her mama.

Jade, Bakugou, Toga, Twice, and the others would be better off with out you.

When Hawks didn't respond, Dabi and Mirko started to panic.

D: Birdie! Birdie! Wake up!

M: I would call the heroes, but he's on the 'capture list'

D: Dammit. What can we do now?

Hato: Chirp?

Hato crawled over to Hawks and crawled onto his lap.

Hato: Chirp? Ma-Chirp?

D: Hato? What are doing?

Hato: Chirp. Chirp.

Hato kept chirping at Hawks. And eventually when he kept no response he started to cry.

When he began t cry his few feathered wings spread and then one or two flew to Hawks.

The feathers began to tickle Hawks. Then Hawks had chuckled a tiny bit.

Hawks POV

I felt something brush against my nose. Then it continued to brush against my nose, which caused me to laugh a bit.

And slowly, while I was laughing a bit, I opened my eyes and saw Hato on my Lap.

H: Hato, what are you doing?

Hato: Chirp!

H: You did wake me. Thank you.

M: How does he understand that?

D: He's part bird remember?

M: Oh, right.

Hato: Ma...Chirp!

H: Yes, Hato, Mama loves you and won't leave you.

Hato: Chirp! Chirp!

H: *chuckles*

I picked Hato up and cradled him. I then slowly hummed a lullaby to help Hato go to sleep.

Once he slept, I looked up at Touya and Mirko. They looked at me with concern and worry.

M: Hawks, what happened?

H: I don't know...

D: You do know. It's not the first time this happened.

H: ....I'm not telling you...

M: Hawks, please.

H: Fine..I just have these voices that tell me shit.

D: What do they tell you?

H: That I'm a burden, That I don't belong here. But this time....it was much worse.

M: What do you mean?

H: They called Hato a mistake, They said you don't love me, that Eri and Kota hate me.

They both suddenly go up to me and hug me tightly. I then released 2 of my feathers. One went to Mirko, one to Dabi.

M: Huh? Why did you give us a feather? You need them right?

H: I can live without a feather. Or rather two.

D: Ok. Just don't leave us.

H: I'll try.

I plan to die soon. But it probably won't happen soon. At most a few years.

So this chapter was shorter than the others. I'm sorry about that. I just didn't have many ideas for this chapter.

The next one might be the last one. I haven't decided. And I might make the ending have angst.

But I might make 2 endings like I did I'm my 'Don't Help Me! BakuDeku Story' But I'm not sure. So, should I make one or two endings?

Umm, the next chapter will be a few years into the future, so Hato will know how to talk. Although he might still have some chirps here and there. I'm not sure tho.
