I sit down in the CR and place my forehead against the table. 

My head hurts so bad after last night. Why did I drink so much? Why did I have to be such an idiot and forget about my work day needing me to be headache free?

"Chug! Chug! Chug!" Kiriya shouts as I pick up the cup full of liquid. "You know you want to drink that entire drink right now. Do it in one go."

"Yes, you have to drink it all at once!" Saiko exclaims. "You need to make this party more lively! It's not a party unless someone is drinking heavily and dancing all over everyone."

"Don't forget the karaoke," Kiriya points out. "We're going to sing after this."

"Singing is after this?" So I'm going to be singing while drunk? 

"Can we dance while we sing?" Poppy asks, happy at a chance to dance and sing. "I am going to see my own hit song!"

"Hero Game wasn't a hit," Kiriya tells her. "That song made people have bad dreams. You know, nightmares? Who wants to remember some song that was for an awful video game that cost people their lives."

Poppy frowns. "But it was a bop."

I shake my head and sigh. "You two are so annoying sometimes..." 

That was chaotic. How come I let Jennie drag me off with those people? I should have turned them down and just focused on my wedding's details. 

"It seems like you're not doing so well," Parad's voice comments and I lift my head up, turning a bit towards where the sound came from. 

The Bugster looks like he had a good night. I wonder how long he was out with Sakura last night. I'm sure they were having a good time.

"What did you do last night?" I ask him. "You didn't come home did you?"

"Gaming all night long. And no, I didn't get laid. Sakura isn't into just doing it right away. She did say if I wanted to that we could, but I turned it down. I want to get to know her better and see what she's capable of in the gaming world." Parad is really feeling it with her isn't he? 

I snicker. "Sounds about right."

"How about you? What did you do after partying hard with the gang?" Parad asks me, laughing a little bit as he approaches me. He pulls out the chair that is next to mine and pops down, leaning against the table with a hand under his head. 

"Do you have to sit like that all the time and stare at me all intensely?" I roll my eyes and look away, scoffing. "Seriously?"

"Come on. What did you do when you got home?"

"Emu, I want to do it with you!"  I shout, jumping up and down on the bed next to my true love. 

Emu turns over, waving a hand in the air. "Tomorrow. You're too wasted for me to have fun with right now."

"But I want to do you!" I whine.

"Yeah, I know you do. But you know what is better than having sex with me while you're so wasted? Having sex after work the next day. You know, when you're not absolutely smashed?" He is no fun!

"Don't you love me?" I stop bouncing up and down and bend over him, putting my body over his.

"Elkie, I think you need to relax. How about you just sleep?" 

"Yeah, nothing special happened last night." I am not telling Parad about last night at all. That was embarrassing!

Parad smirks, looking amused. "Oh? You won't tell me? Should I just use my ability to connect my heart with Emu's right now to find out what happened?" Crap! I forgot they can just hook up to each other and figure crap out that way. 

"Uh...fine..." This is awful. "I was trying too hard to get laid and Emu told me I was too drunk to sleep with. I behaved like a child last night. Total baby, Parad." 

He chuckles, amused still. "Sounds like you were a handful. Tell me, were you crying over it?" 

"You really want to find that out?" He really just wants me to suffer doesn't this little Bugster? "Don't you have some place to be? Perhaps with your new found true love?"

"I was with her last night. Do I need to be attached to her every single second of the day?" he asks, rolling eyes with a grin still on his face. "Don't answer that. Knowing you, you would tell me that you want me to be." 

I nod my head. "Yeah, I do want you gone right now. You want to know why? It is to hide what happened even more. You do not need to know every single moment of the humiliation that I suffered last night." 

Parad snickers. "Come on! You know you want me around to torment you. That's what I do you know." He is meant to do what he does best, which is torment those around him because he's an annoying Bugster.

"Why did I even sleep with you before?" I sigh. "You're awful."

"Because I'm handsome." He shrugs his shoulders. "An about the spending the night with my new love...I don't know how to get her to understand my feelings properly. It isn't like I can't express myself." The Bugster is having trouble in a relationship already?

I raise an eyebrow. "What do you mean?"

"I want to do more than what we do right now. I'm not talking about banging her yet, but I want to hold hands and be more flirty out in public together. You know, PDA?" He looks away from me, smile dropping off his handsome face. "I know she wanted to sleep with me, but maybe I'm just sex." 

"You want to be expressive without the sex getting in the way?" 

"Yes, but how do I talk to her about that without offending her? What if she's not that into me yet? We game with each other and enjoy our time together, but we're not like a total item that is only meant for each other yet. Yeah, she wanted sex with me, but that doesn't mean she's interest in me fully." 

"You already want to be with her that badly?" He is already thinking about marrying her? "And sex isn't everything. It's a personal choice that people should make when they are with someone they really like. When you're ready for it, you're ready for it." 

"She is no you, but that is what I like. She's her own person," he states. "Elkie, I really like her and do not want to lose her. I know she likes me and we're like...together, but I want more. I want to be with her for the rest of my Bugster life, which is definitely Emu's lifespan." He looks back at me, looking a bit sad.

"Just be honest with her. She likes you a lot." 

This is a no brainer right here. This Bugster is over complicating things and thinks that he isn't on the same page as the woman he really likes. Sakura is definitely into him and doesn't want to let him go. She's hardcore for him and his rights. She will definitely hop into a marriage fast with him if given the option. How could she not?

"You're not speed running things." I stand up and move over to his side. "Parad, believe me on that one." I place a hand on his arm gently and he stares at me, smiling softly.

"And what did I miss here?" Hiiro's voice asks and I look over as he enters the CR. "It seems like you're giving the Bugster a pep talk. Did something sad happen to him? Did his favorite game get deleted off his gaming system?" 

"No, that's not what happened!" Parad shouts, probably frowning. "Elkie was just telling me that I need to be more bold with Sakura." 

"Uh, that's not exactly...you know what? Yeah, I totally said that. Go out there and be bold, Parad!" I am not going to correct him. If he gets rejected, he gets absolutely crushed and can yell at me about it later.

"I think I should warn Emu that his Bugster is going off the deep end then," Hiiro comments, no emotion on his cold face. "Elkie, Jennie is here to talk wedding arrangements with you. I know how you want to marry that man as fast as possible. May that Bugster not to do the same please. Please, God, if you're out there don't let him reproduce." Hiiro's eyes go to the ceiling and I blink.

Is he seriously begging God not to let Parad reproduce? That's a little harsh. If he wants to make a baby, let him make a baby!

"You know what? I am going to leave you two together," I say, removing my hand off Parad's arm. "How does that sound?"

"Yeah, I'm going to go now. Bye."

I look at where Parad is as he vanishes, leaving pixels behind.

"Wow, that was rude," Hiiro comments. "He's just jealous that I'm a cool doctor and he's not. Almost every Intern looks up to me." 

"I see..." So he says. "I am going to go now." 

Well, I need to go and plan my wedding now after being humiliated last night. 

A/n: Poor Hiiro. No one wants to hang out with him. Anyways, short chapter. I'll write a longer one soon. :)
