"The Driver is absolute fried," I state, shaking my head. "Unbelievable." 

Kuroto should have went easy on Emu instead of being so hard on him. Honestly, does he have to be super into his character? Why can't he make a positive character change that is sudden? Maybe he wants to find a new job or get an entirely new life. Anything is better than him being a terribly mean character to everyone.

"I don't think he has another one he can use," Jennie comments, sighing a little. "Can you believe that Taiga dragged me over here just to let someone watch me? Apparently, it is too dangerous to take me out when Kuroto is freeing strolling around." 

I look at her and nod. "Yeah, it is too dangerous for either one of us," I respond. 

Kuroto wouldn't harm us because he trusts us to fix things here while he takes whatever path he needs to be on. If that means his life ends, so be it. He's ready to embrace it no matter what. 

She winks at me and looks back at the totally destroyed Gamer Driver. "Sucks to suck, huh?" 

"Hey, don't say that to my boyfriend!" I can't believe that she just did that. 

"Sorry, but I was just being honest," Jennie replies casually. She really is turning into Taiga number two, huh?

I look her over, my eyes scanning her simple black outfit. "Did Taiga dress you up?"

"Taiga bought me a ton of clothes and told me to pay him back whenever I can get a job. Isn't he thoughtful?" Jennie rolls her eyes. "He is honestly what I hate in a man. Well, I can get used to him if he starts being nicer to me. How does anyone put up with the man?"

"You'll get used to it."

"My Driver is melted. Really, really melted," Emu comments, finally speaking. 

I turn to him. "It is."

"Yeah, it is so melted. It is more than really, really melted, Emu." 

I look at  Jennie, staring over my shoulder, and she shrugs. She knows that she's another Taiga basically, right? Honestly, I'm annoyed right now. Kuroto is getting on my nerves by avoiding us and I'm super annoyed with Parad being on my butt about dating Emu. I swear, that Bugster is stalking us everywhere. 

How could he just sit there and look amused as Emu's Gamer Driver died? It is like he wanted it to since he's bored. I can't help that I made his life a lot more exciting and it is back to being boring now. He should have made some more friends instead of having only two friends, Graphite and Kuroto. 

"I can't believe he melted my Driver just like that." Emu is in some serious shock right now. I don't blame him.

"Emu, Kyotaro Hinata is here," Hiiro informs us. 

"The Ministry of Health's Director?" Jennie asks.

"Yes, him. He's not looking so happy with us right now," Hiiro answers and I look over at him. "He seems to be upset that we lost Kuroto and allowed a Gamer Driver to be destroyed. Pretend to be shocked if he chews us out for it, but I figured I should give you all a heads up."

"Thanks," I say. "Really, thanks."

Things seem to be happening slightly different now, but that is because I'm here with Jennie. Everything is a bit out of wack. However, things should be moving in a similar fashion to how it should in the actual show. At least that is what I have to believe right now.

"Emu Hojo and Hiiro Kagami, you two stopped us from apprehending Kuroto Dan and allowed a Gamer Driver to get destroyed. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement," Kyotaro says as he stops beside Hiiro. He looks kind of friendly, yet strict. 

"We're sorry about it, sir," Hiiro responds a bit dryly. "We had no idea that he intended to trick us and destroy the Gamer Driver."

Kyotaro looks over at me and Jennie. "I see that you have two people here. What is the story behind them being here?"

Emu sighs a bit. "Kuroto."

"Kuroto? Why did he have two girls? Is he running some sort of illegal trafficking ring now too?" Kyotaro questions. "Not that I think you two girls are prostitutes or anything, okay? It is just that other places have people going missing and ending up in such a position."

I shake my head. "No, we're not anything like that. No, Kuroto just kidnapped us is all. I don't know why he did, but I guess he thought Emu and Hiiro would be softhearted and save us. He was right, but his attack plan failed."

"I see." Kyotaro nods a little. "Anyway, Emu and Hiiro, you have two days tops to deal with Kuroto. If you both don't do so, you will be striped of your rights to being a Kamen Rider and be fired from the CR."

"Because of them interfering with your apprehending of him and the Driver being wrecked, right?" Jennie questions.

"Yes."

Jennie sighs a bit. "Sounds crazy, but possible. I think you all can do it and if not, you can always join the business that you know who is in." 

She's really just another Taiga. It is really interesting to see how she has changed a bit since she got here. Taiga is rubbing off on her in a different way than I thought he would. 

"I'll get going now," Kyotaro informs us. "Remember, two days."

"We got it," Emu tells him. "We will stop him."

"Good."

I think this is going to be quite complicated. How are we going to stop him without another Driver for Emu? Hiiro and Taiga definitely won't give up theirs and Parad isn't the user of the same thing as them. Kuroto has a Driver, but I know he won't share.

"I will see you all at a different place and time, hopefully," Kyotaro says, turning away from us and leaving.

Hiiro looks me in the eyes. "Don't concern yourself with our problems."

"What the hell, man?" Jennie laughs. "Are you seriously trying to keep us from helping out? We can assist you, Hiiro. We're not just deadweight."

"Actually, we sort of are," I state, lifting a hand up and rubbing my neck. "We could drag them down and get them all killed during any future fight."

"Not helping, Elkie," Jennie tells me. "Hiiro, we can help. Let us help out or else I will just bother Taiga to let me do so."

"That is impossible for you to do, Jennie," Taiga's voice says. "I don't know why you think I would take you around and stop Kuroto while doing so. I'm not going to put you in any danger while you're in my care." He appears, looking annoyed. Someone took a piss in his coffee, I'm sure of it. Does he even drink coffee? Or is it the tears of kids he makes cry?

"Now that you're here, Taiga, tell them about the new Gashat. I would kick the girls out, but they can't cause trouble by hearing of this Gashat. They have no idea how to work anything on their own and even if they did, they would die by using them without being surgically prepared for it," Hiiro tells Taiga, not even looking at him. I think he hates working with him.

Taiga nods and his eyes go to Jennie. "You better stay out of trouble, girl."

"You better not be a jerk all the time to me then, Taiga."

He looks away, eyes going down the completely fried Driver. "We're working on a Gashat to stop the problem Kuroto is causing for us. It'll counter his little Zombie powers," he states. 

"I have another driver that I can use," Emu states. "You know what? I shouldn't worry about this one anymore. I don't know why I was sitting here all sad about this destroyed one."

"Wait...did someone give you one?" I ask, confused.

That's right! How could I not know that Kiriya had one and he's gone now? I am so stupid! I nearly forgot that he got one from him when he got turned into Game Over data basically. Kiriya was really something, huh?

Emu stands and I look at him as he turns to me. "I can use Kiriya's driver to transform and fight Kuroto. We just need to split up and handle any threats while working on that new Gashat."

Ring! Ring! Ring!

Hiiro picks up the phone and looks at us. "He's where? I see. We're send someone immediately to handle the situation."

"What's going on?" I ask as Hiiro pops the phone down. 

"It is Kuroto. Elkie, you're not allowed near the scene and I'm sure you're not allowed to either, Jennie. Emu and Taiga, you should handle it while I research the Gashat further. I'm sure I can find some useful information somewhere." Hiiro is going to do research while everyone has fun? Odd.

"Wait! You're waiting me not to be with Emu?" I want to be with my handsome boyfriend who is super cute all the time!

"Elkie, it'll be fine." Emu smiles. "I'll handle it."

"But..." I pout.

"You need to stay out of trouble. Trust me."

I nod. "Don't hurt him too much, Emu."

He nods, smiling still. "I won't hurt him too bad, Elk. You know me so well, right? You know that I can't just end a life."

"I think that we should end his life," Taiga states. "No one will really miss him unless they're into zombies like him."

"Taiga, that's rude!" Jennie shouts. 

I'm glad those two can get along, but what can I do here? I'm not good at helping with research since I hate doing that kind of thing. I want to see the fight, but I'm not allowed to do that. Maybe...I can sneak off?

That's a good idea, right?

A/n: I know that this is just a minor update and nothing major happens, but I wanted to update. I was going to make this a long chapter with a ton of crap, but I decided against it and decided to put more into the next chapter to make you all suffer in the new year (I'm still nice though).

I also wanted to get an update out before I go to bed. I know it is a bit different from the show, but I want to start showing how things change a bit when you add something new to a timeline and it alters it a bit. It would be unrealistic to expect things to not change. I will keep it mostly similar, but with minor changes. Nothing that is big in the show will change really. Those who die, die.
