Kiri's pov:

I always knew rotxo would follow a crowd but I never expected him to say things like that.

Once I got home I couldn't help but cry. I couldn't even stop crying when neteyam came into my room no matter how hard I tried.

His face instantly dropped when he saw me and he came to sit beside me. "What happened!?" He asked worriedly, touch my cheek.

I shook my head. "A group of kids were saying stuff" I muttered trying to stop myself from crying. "Your letting those kids get to you?" Neteyam frowned. "Their just some stupid kids" he hissed.

"Yeah but that's the thing!" I frowned, waving my arms a little. "It wasn't 'just some kids' this time" I sniffled, hugging my knees.

"It was rotxo too" I told neteyam and I felt like crying all over again.

"What?" Neteyam hissed. "He called me weird and gross and stuff like that" I said, rubbing my eyes.

Neteyam stayed silent but when I glanced over at him his face was full of anger.

"Please don't say nothing to him" I begged. "How could I not!?" Neteyam hissed. "He has no right to hurt you!" Neteyam frowned, throwing his hands up.

I just looked back down at the ground, resting my head on my knees.

Neteyam wrapped his arms around me and I let him hug me.

"I'm sorry Kiri" he whispered. "I know your not weird or gross" he told me.

(The next day)

Kiri's Pov:

Today I was strictly only going to hang out with my siblings. And tsireya.

Right now tsireya was playing with me and tuk in the water.

Tuk was trying to chase tsireya while she swam away, tsireya was obviously a faster swimmer than tuk but every once in a while tsireya would slow down so tuk could kind of catch up.

I swam in the water, chasing after tuk and scooping her up. Tuk squealed, splashing water at me as me and tsireya laughed.

"Oh no tuk!" Tsireya giggled. "Save me tsireya!" Tuk squealed as I began to drag her away like I was a monster.

Tsireya laughed, grabbing tuk's hands and I let tsireya take tuk out of my grip.

"Tsireya" I heard a voice behind me and I turned in the water to see aonung and rotxo.

I frowned looking at rotxo but he refused to meet my gaze. Instead he kept his eyes on the ground.

"What is it aonung?" Tsireya asked, walking out of the water holding tuk as I followed the two.

"The party's tonight, you need to help set up!" Aonung frowned, tapping his hand again his crossed arms.

Tsireya rolled her eyes playfully, looking back at me with a smile. "Alright, let's go Mr. Hurry ass" tsireya laughed and I couldn't help but giggle.

"Would you like to help?" Tsireya asked me and tuk once we didn't stop following me.

Tuk nodded excitedly while I spoke. "We'd love to" I smiled, earning a warm smile from tsireya.

We looked back up front and for some reason I couldn't take my eyes off of rotxo who was walking Infront of me.

I hate him.

No love, I think your getting hate and love mixed up 🤭
