"You sure we can't stay here? It's so nice." Lani said.

"If I could stay then I would but we have a home to get back to." I reply.

This past few days here in Vegas have honestly been so fun for me. If I had Riley I wouldn't mind living here. I just know Maddy ain't going for that.

Maybe when she gets older it'll work. We packed up all our stuff double checking that we had everything. She offered to drive and I let her.

"You better not fuck up my car." I say.

"I won't. I know how to drive." Lani said.

The first hour of the ride was pretty chill. We talked about simple shit. That was until shit started to get a little deep.

"So what happens now?" She asked her eyes leaving the road for a split second to look at me.

"What do you mean?" I reply.

"What we did this entire trip is not something we can ignore. You know the whole 'what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas' type thing. I guess I'm saying I don't just want it to get swept under the rug. Like what are we doing?" Lani explains.

"For right now we're having fun. I don't really want to label whatever it is that we are too soon. I just got out of a relationship not that long ago and I don't wanna rush into another one. But you ain't got shit to worry about. It's you and me." I responds.

"Yeah it better be." She says trying to cover up how hard she's smiling.

"Girl I ain't letting yo fine ass go. You my baby." I say.

"But do these hoes know that?" Leilani asked.

"It ain't they business but I'll let them know." I reply.

I grabbed my phone opening Instagram. I looked at some photos the boys took of us tryna figure out which one I liked the most. When I picked the beat one I posted it.

"Now the whole world knows." I say putting my phone down.

"You didn't have to do that." Lani mumbled.

"You right, I didn't. But I like showing you off. You're so pretty." I said admiring her.

"Can you stop making me smile?" She asked.

"Nope. That's what I'm supposed to do." I answered.

I really don't want to rush or force a relationship. Especially considering that Maddy and I broke up not too long ago. I guess being apart from her made me realize that we don't belong together. Fortunately she felt the same.

Now when it comes to Leilani everything is so different. I feel like I found my one. Being around her makes me happy on its own. I just want to take my time with her. I really love our connection.

Despite the age difference, we just seem to click. But honestly I don't even care about her age. She's still my damn baby.

"My house seems so boring after where we just stayed." Leilani says as I sat on her couch with her in my lap.

"There's no way you liked Vegas that damn much." I said.

"But I did. Everything was so nice. I want to go back." She replies.

"We could but there other places that I want to travel to. We could go to Rio, Dubai, Paris, London, Japan,  you know one of them places. There's much more out here than just America." I say.

"I know that. And what do you mean we? You want to travel the world with me?" She asks.

"Of course I do. Wherever I go, you go." I answer.

"You talking big shit for someone that don't want to be in a relationship." Lani says.

"I ain't never say I didn't want to be in a relationship. I just don't want to rush into a relationship. Real shit, I like you and I don't want to mess this shit up." I respond.

"Neither do I. I like you too. Real bad." She replied giving me a kiss.

"You know I have to leave, right?" I ask.

I had to go see my baby girl. I missed my daughter so much during my time away. I would've seen her when I first gotten here but Maddy wasn't home.

"You coming back though right?" She pouts.

This girl is so fucking cute. She's honestly turning me soft. But I'm not complaining. "Yes sweetheart, I'll be back."

I gave her one last kiss before heading out the door. The entire drive to Maddy's house, Lani flooded my brain. I don't want to force anything, we've been over that already. But I know without a doubt that I don't want anybody else.

I just don't want to fall too deep and get hurt. Yet when it comes to her, I already got it bad. What is she doing to me?
