Today was the day the exam would be conducted. The students in the examination hall all the examinees were murmuring, praying and panicking. Clauis sat on the corner seat and looked enjoyed the scenery outside, recalling the things he learnt in the book.

Midst of all, a young boy the same age as Clauis came and sat beside him. He had jet black hair and bluish black eyes.

"Hi, my name is Brandon seins"

"Clauis De Martina Vas"

Clauis just nodded at his words and continued to look outside.

'He's the quite type huh quite normal'

Even tho his face was stoic, the tip of his ears had turned red which Brandon didn't failed to notice.

'So- SO CUTE!!!" Brandon thought. 'He's like a tsundere' Brandon cooed at Clauis and was near to having a nosebleed.

Much time didn't pass when a middle-aged man wearing a robe walked in.

"Everyone quiet!"

The moment his voice resonated in the room the people had gone quite. All of the examinees sat at their designated places.

"My name is Rasel, And I will be your examiner for this examination. Please be mindful that if any of you are caught cheating, you will suffer dire consequences."

He gave further instructions, and distributed the test sheets to everyone.

"Examinees you have 3 hours to complete the paper, and your time starts now!"

Clauis read through the exam sheet, it was similar to a aptitude test, but the questions were more advanced. Clauis calmly started answering the questions.

'Is it because that i studied too much, this exam seems to be a bit easy.'

Clauis looked around and saw the student scratching their heads.

'Nevermind, i am just too smart'

The exam had finished, Clauis was the first to finish the paper but didn't leave and pretended to check it again and again.

He just didn't want more attention, but he was going to pass this exam with a full score without doubt! He promised his brothers! He will make his brothers proud! In return he will get lots of headpats!!

When Clauis got out in the academy main hall, he saw nox waiting for him.

"Let's go to some cafe i am craving something sweet."

Nox gradually lead Clauis to the quietest cafés, yesterday he had roamed around the whole city and tried a lot of things. This café suit his master's preference, so he brought him here.

"What does the young master wish to have?"

"Everything must be Chocolate, no bitter things."

"Alright young master."

"Young master, this is a chocolate tart, that's a chocolate fudge cake, macrons, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate brownies and a chocolate milkshake with vanilla ice Cream on top. Is there anything else that young master needs?"

"No you did a good job. Now sit and eat with me."

"Young master i can't-"

"Nox.... You and i will be together for quite sometime, let's get comfortable shall we?"

Nox flet a sudden chill that Clauis had on his face. He felt something ominous coming his way.
