Part 2

Dabi's P.O.V

When I opened my eyes I expected to see the darkness that usually engulfed my room, but I was met with blinding white lights and the smell of chlorine. I sat up as I surveyed my surroundings, I seemed to be in a.....

hospital bed?

Then I remembered what happened and I groaned.

Stupid heros

A door I hadn't noticed open and none other than Eraserhead himself walked in. He smiled at me which made me suspicious.

"What do you want?" I asked, sending him a glare.

"Would you rather be in jail," he replied, and I fell silent.

"I am here to give you a choice," he continued.

He went silent, and then I realized he expected me to respond.

"Go on," I said.

"Well you could either go to jail and spend your life there," he inhaled deeply then continued, "or join a rehab program that Hawks came up with"

I was shocked and the more I thought about the more I kinda liked the idea of joining a rehab program. I had always wanted to be a hero and go to ua, though my father always made it hard to see the good in heroes. I also then realized I may get to see sho, and not be fighting him for once.

"Would I be in your class?" I asked, and Eraserhead seemed surprised, but it was only brief before he responded.

"Well, yes the other pros and I decided it would be best if you stayed in my care so I could keep an eye on you," he smiled again and I could help, but smile a little too. It had been a long time since I last smiled without having it be strained or fake.

"You still haven't given me a response," he said, waking me from my train of thought.

"Yes, the answer is yes," I said.
