ย  ย  ย ย  My mind felt foggy, eyes drowsy, swollen, ringed with red. I had to use all my might to keep it open. My eyelids felt so heavy, if I had looked in the mirror my eyes would've looked so droopy.

I found it strangely funny.

The dulcet sound of a melody rang through the room, echoing, even making the counter vibrate at its rings.

Rubbing my eyes in attempt to rub the sleepiness away, I shuffled out the sheets. Just only my arms and a portion of my back though. The soft taps of my hand as it unsuccessfully tries to reach my phone created a smoothing rhythm. Placing the phone next to my ear, I snuggled back into my bed.

"Hello?"

There was no answer.

I quirked an brow and peeled open one of my eyes to look at the lit screen. Spotting how it was only one in the morning. I shouldn't known, it was still dark outside. But it only leads me to question who in their right mind would call me in the middle of the night.

"Hey Koala."

The voice on the other line was raspy, the connection was also breaking up, so it was barely audible.

"Sorry for not calling you earlier. I was kind of busy. . ."

The pet name brought back some unwanted memories. My eyebrows furrowed together, every thing felt tense. I paused, stopping to think for a while about why such things would reappear.

"HEY!"

He yelled, swinging his body around to try to shake me off him. But my grip only grew tighter. I was uncertain then, but now I'm sure I had dug my nails into his skin by accident.

"Eh! Stop it! Your too big to be doing this!" His face screamed agony, still awkwardly flinging his arms around. "What are you? A koala?"

The little girl smiled widely, cheeks puffy with her eyes closed. To her, it felt like bliss.

"Yea!"

"YOUR NOT SUPPOSE TO AGREE WITH ME!"

"Hello?"

His voice bright me back to reality. The scene lingered a little longer before it disappeared, my eyes recognizing the dark room and the sheets that covered me. But now my once comfortable bed felt too stiff for me to lay in.

"How did you get my number?"

"I have my ways."

Without even looking at him, I could only imagine that a big grin was slapped onto his fat cheeky face. It irked me...a lot.

"You're such a stalker."

"Shit its so fucking cold out here." He mumbled through chitter teeth, "Would you mind?"

"Mind what-"

"Open up!" He yelled.

Consecutive knocks came from my balcony door, a puzzled look flashed across my face. Only to deadpan later when I realized it was the same ugly guy on my phone. I got up, now sitting on the edge, the mattress shifting beneath me with my weight.

I sat there for a while, just to ponder about what to do. If I was really gonna allow a stranger into my room.

"Whatever." I shuffled onto the floor, "Fuck it."

Opening the door, he fell in. Obviously he was stupidly leaning on it, probably thinking I wasn't going to let him in. He yelped, falling straight on his face, mumbling profanities under his breath. He also made the house shake...

"Why are you so fucking fat?"

He straight up ignored me and quickly got back on his feet. Now brushing off the snow that had scattered on top his thin black jacket. I haven't gotten the chance to really take a good look at him, especially his appearance.

He still had his hood over his face, sunglasses over his eyes, though, this time, he was not wearing his black mask. It was surprising to see that there was actually something he was hiding beneath it. Like he actually had a reason to cover it up.

Unknowingly, I stepped closer to him. Both of us were too focused on our own thoughts to notice our closing distance. Until, I brushed my hands against his jaw, feeling the flaking dried purple skin. Obviously burned. But also the feeling of cold metal from the staples that held his face together.

At this point, I knew I had accidentally invited a villain into my room (I'm not a idiot ๐Ÿ™„). Not one of my most stupidest move . . . so far.

He looks familiar.

"You done staring?"

"Fuck." His voice made me jump in my spot. Realizing I still had my fingers on his face, I quickly pulled away. "My bad." I interwove my fingers together, tapping my foot softly as we stared at each other. "So . . . You're Dabi right?"

I couldn't tell from the way he had sunglasses on but I could see the amusement on his face at the way I knew his name.

"You knew who I was and still let me in?"

"What can I say I'm a-"

"Idiot." He cut me off before I could finish my sentence. "DONT do that again. It's dangerous."

I rolled my eyes at his nagging, already finding him quite annoying. Maybe I should've just left him in the freezing cold and allowed him to freeze his ass off.

"Who are you to be nagging me like this?" I muttered, "Anyways, why are you here? Asking me to join the league?" I joked, grinning at my stupid comment.

"Yeah." He grinned widely, "You got 5 minutes to pack Koala."

I laughed at him, "You think I have memorable things to pack?"

He sighed, squeezing the bridge of the lord, probably praying to the lord. He grabbed the collar of my shirt, hoisting me up with a yelp.
I watched as a purple portal appeared in the middle of my room before he threw me in without a warning.

"Fuck you!" I stumbled into a different place, at least it had lights, even if it was still dim as fuck.

"You like it?"

"Fuck no." I looked around the room and spotted so many cracks on the walls and random hole? Hopefully I was wrong and if I was, I gotta get my eyes checked out then. "Could've done better."

"You act like I actually have money."

I side eyed him, "You don't?"

"I'll meet you outside at 5."

And just like that he left. Leaving me in this dark place by myself. Him leaving me here might have also brought back some childhood trama . . . just saying.

"Hey Shigaraki." He watch his leader ignore him once again, as if he was just a fruit fly. "This is [Y/N]. She wants to join the league."

"Tell her to fuck off." Shigaraki dry flaky skin was flying all over the place. It was making a mess everywhere. "This place is packed enough."

"You smell like shit."

Everyone turned to look at me, even Shigaraki turned around to stare at me through his hand thing or something.

"You'll regret not accepting me. This organization's shit its too weak as of now." I explained, trying the best I can to hold eye contact? "Also you pussies look like y'all need some help."

The man was fuming at this point, but toga stepped up. Wanting to join the conversation, finding it funny and fun.

"Shiggy! I think she'll actually be useful. Not to mention it seems like Dabi had taken a liking towards her."

Dabi no longer had his proud smirk, it morphed into a frown, " I don't know what you mean?"

"It might be because their quirks are identical."

I hummed, looking at him through the side of my eyes. Finding everything very fishy, everything seemed to be lining up. I went back to the first time I met him all the way to now. Definitely, there was something strange.

"Whatever." Shigaraki turned back around to think about his daddy issues.

"[Y/N] right?" The creepy mist guy spoke up from behind the counter. "It seems like you'll be sharing a room with Dabi for a while. Do you mind?"

"Not really."

"That's nice to hear. Kurogiri."

"Nice to meet you."

"Likewise."

"Come on! Enough with this boring introduction-" A arms snaked around my shoulders and pulled me closer to the girl. She looked super excited and a little bit young to be part of the league if I was to be honest. "I'm toga!"

I offered a smile and she led me to the couch. Super duper happy to see another girl within this dusty league.

"Oh toga." I called out to the blonde, "I have a question that I hope you can help me out with."

"Ask away!"

"What did you mean when you said our quirks were identical?"

She peered at Dabi. The scarred man was a few yards away, sitting in the dark and probably crying about how ugly he looks. She shrugs and turned back to me.

"Did you not know? You guys can both control blue flames." The blonde shuffled around in my hold, "I thought it was quite strange for someone to have the same quirk as another. But I guess it could be possible. You guys-"

She jumped under Dabi's gaze. It felt deadly, as if she'll die if she had said one more word.

"You're lucky I didn't kill you Toga."

"Dabi."

"What."

I got up front the couch, opting to grab his sleeves instead of the hand he generously offered me. We walked through the dark hallways, I barely figured out how to walk to the room I was in before. Pushing him in, I closed the door behind me.

I took notes of his beautiful turquoise eyes. If it held a bit of life in them, it would've made it more beautiful. But all I could see was misery and loneliness.

Kind of reminding me of mines . . .

"Who are you."
