Kirito's eyes narrowed at the male who was talking to you. He seemed... familiar. He watched as the male placed his hand on your shoulder before you quickly moved his hand away but carried along with the conversation. Kirito glared at the male. He was a little too close for comfort. When you spotted Kirito you grinned and quickly dragged him into the conversation. 

"Hello (Name). How are you?" Kirito smiled at you. 

"I've been good. Thank you for asking. How are you?" You ask the male before you and he takes your hand. 

"I'm better now that you're here" He joked and you laughed and gently nudged him with your elbow. You both stopped when you heard a sharp cough. You turned to look at the blond haired male behind you. You let out an awkward laugh before you motioned to the blond.

"Kirito this is Damion" You say happily.

That name sounds familiar... Kirito thought as he continued to stare at the male as you finished with the introductions. Kirito stared at the taller males features. Why was he so familiar?  And than it hit him, hit him like a rock.

This kid beside you was your ex.

"So... What's the relationship between the two of you?" Damion asked. Kirito was quick to answer. He wrapped his arm around your waist pulling you close to him. 

"I'm her boyfriend." He stated boldly. Damion glared at Kirito.

"Is that so..?" He hummed and glanced at you. You didn't notice though. 

"well... It seems as though we're late for our date" Kirito said as he glanced at the time on his phone.

"Oh! Well we best get moving then. Goodbye Damion." You waved at Damion. Kirito nodded.

"Yes, goodbye Damion" Kirito said as he pulled you away from the male but before the two of you officially leave Kirito pulls you close to him and places a hand on your cheek, and pulls you in for a kiss. Right in front of your ex.   And with that Kirito pulls you away and walks in a different direction. Kirito kept his arm around your waist and turned to glare at the male who you two had left. 

"So I take it you don't like Damion" You said with a small laugh.

"I don't think any boyfriend is supposed to like their girlfriends ex." Kirito said with a small laugh. You smiled at him. 

"I'm glad you agree with me on something." You chime. You two look at each other and start to laugh. "You're the best Kirito" You say and Kirito smiles.

"Anything for you (Name)"
