"(Name)" King's voice called out to you. You turned your head to look at the King, who had just come floating in, the door closing behind him as he floated over to your spot on the bed.

"King!" You smiled, the pain in your arm almost forgotten as you stood up so you could be at level heights with King. His eyes shot to your injured arm. His eyebrows furrowed before he reached over and took your injured arm into his small hands.

"Who did this?" He questioned as he moved to stand, he was shorter than you were. His head reached your shoulder so when he looked up at you with those eyes he looked nothing like the child he always looked like to you.

"King-"

"(Name). Who did this to you?" His grip on your arm tightened ever so slightly. You frowned, looking away from the boys eyes.

"Gulia" you whispered, your own eyebrow knit together as you stared at the covers on the bed. "She attacked me, I wasn't prepared. I managed to get her a few times as well. I ran the moment I saw an opening" you lightly grazed your hand over the stitches you had managed to do. They weren't the best but they would do. You were just about to wrap your arm in a gauze when King had come in. His head rested against your shoulder, his eyes moving to stare at your wound.

"Where is the gauze?" He asked quietly. You reached over, grabbing the gauze and handing it to him. He took it from you before gently pushing you onto the bed. You scooted back and King took this as a chance to sit in front of you. He took your arm in his hands, holding it gingerly as he wrapped the gauze around your arm, his eyes focussing on the wound.

"I won't let anyone hurt you again" he said as he leaned over and pressed a kiss on your bandages arm. "I promise" he said, his eyes finally moving up to look at you. You smiled, leaning down to gently kiss the top of his head.

"I love you King" you said. He smiled, his hand gently taking your uninjured one.

"I love you too (Name)"
