Kano has his arm wrapped around you while you rest your head against his shoulder.

It had been you who suggested that you do this. It had often soothed you when you had been reminded of your past experiences. So when Kano had come to you, sleep deprived with hands shaking, you had tried to get him to sleep in your bed and two an hours the two of you laid there. When that ceased to work you offered a different solution.

So you took him to the living room, gently intertwined your hands together and wrapped your arm around his waist. His arm finding itself around your own waist as you lead him in a slow dance. It was soothing. There was no music, no sound other than the soft ticking of the clock. The only light was coming from the moon. You slowly guided him around the living room. He said nothing in response to this, not being his usual sarcastic self and although a part of you was worried you were also thankful. You didn't have the energy to come up with anything quick witted.

"(Name)..." his voice was soft, it sounded worn down from the days he hadn't slept. You looked up at him, a weak smile gracing your features as you leaned further into him, your movements slowing. "Thank you." He said and you nodded your head, squeezing his hand.

"Don't mention is Kano. Are you feeling better?" You asked in a hushed tone. He nodded, brining you closer to him. His lips gently pressed against your head before resting his chin on your shoulder.

"Yes. Thank you" the two of you stayed in silence as you slowly danced around the room for hours. A silent melody leading your movements as you released in each others presence.
