You slowly opened your eyes blinking before looking up at your boyfriend Izaya. You let a small smile grace your lips as you held your head up with your hand. You slowly traced face with the back of your hand. You removed some of the hair away from his eyes. You turned to look over at the window. It was a cloudy, cold day. You grabbed the blanket that was tangled in between the two of you. You pulled it up to your shoulders and did the same to Izaya. It was at that moment that the male woke up. He looked at you and you smiled.

"Good morning Izaya" You said your voice a little croaky. He smiled a tired smile before pulling you closer to him.

"Good morning. Do you have to work today?" He asked. You smiled against his chest before wrapping your arms around him.

"No I don't. Do you?" You asked. He shook his head. "Lets stay in bed than" You said as you moved closer to him. He made a small noise of approval before putting his head on yours. You smiled against him and traced his chest smiling. You really loved these quiet times with your boyfriend. He was crazy and sometimes cocky but when it was early in the morning all he seemed to want to do is hold you close. He seemed nothing like the Izaya you knew during the day.

"Hey Izaya?" You asked looking up at him. He hummed not even opening his eyes. "I love you" You chime and you can feel him nuzzle into your hair.

"I love you too" He murmurs against your hair. You knew he was not a big fan of saying those three words but none the less you loved being able to get him to say them. With a large grin you pulled him closer and kissed his neck.
