Claudia ruffled her hair in frustration. She looked up at your friend before sighing.

"So... You're in love with my best friend?" You friend, Phoebe, said. She stared at Claudia. Phoebe slowly leaned back in her chair and sipped her coffee. Claudia frowned before lowering her hands and nodding.  "You came all the way here just to tell me, of all people, that you're in love with (Name)." Phoebe hummed as she tapped her cup. Claudia frowned. "Why are you coming to me for this and not one of your friends?" Phoebe asked as see squinted her eyes at the female in front of her.

"You've known her for a way longer time. I want to know if she likes me." Claudia said as she looked your friend in the eye. Phoebe looked at your friend before looking away.

"Why don't you just ask her out yourself?" Phoebe asked staring at Claudia in question.

"Because every time I see her I get all nervous and I jumble my words up and it just doesn't end well!" Claudia exclaimed as she raised her hands in the air.

"How long have you liked her?" Phoebe asked in interest. Claudia frowned staring at her in suspicion.
"Hey if you want me to help you out I wanna hear some of the juicy details" Phoebe teased. Claudia sighed and leaned back on the chair contemplating on leaving. If I leave now she may end up telling (Name)! And that would just ruin every.

"Hear me out." Claudia starts. "It was around when I first met (Name). I always thought she was incredible cute" Claudia clutches her hands together until her knuckles turn white. "And then I found her Instagram and holy- she is so hot. I mean have you seen her. Oh my god." She looked up at Phoebe. "Like that is so unfair. She's totally hot but like... Adorable and she has the best personality like it's the full package ya know?" Phoebe leaned forward and began laughing. She put her cup on the table. Claudia sat there in embarrassment as she watched Phoebe laughed.

"Man you- you really are something Claudia" Phoebe said as she began to calm down. She pulled her phone out of her pocket and the worst thing came to mind.

Is she going to text (Name)!?? Or has she been listening the whole time!? Claudia panicked in silence as she stared at Phoebe. As if she was able to read Claudia's thoughts Phoebe smiled at the female.

"Calm down. I'm not going to ruin it for you. Let me just find something." Phoebe  hummed as she scrolled through her phone. After a few moments she shoved the phone in Claudia's face. Claudia flinched back but when Phoebe nodded at her she took the phone from Phoebe's grasp. Claudia stared at the phone in shock as she read the text message over and over again. As if to make sure it was real.

Claudia is so pretty! And she's really smart. I don't have to the guts to ask her out. She's way out of my league...

"She likes you too." Phoebe hums as she drinks the rest of her coffee before she reaches over to take her phone. "(Name) should be here in about three or so minutes. I texted her telling her that you needed her. Good luck" Phoebe stood up and tucked her chair in. She exited the building and Claudia sat there alone tapping the desk. She wasn't prepared. How was she even going to confess?? How was she going to ask you out???

When she heard the door to the shop open and the bells sang a tune she turned to see you there. You scanned the small coffee shop and smiled when you spotted her. You waved to her and walked over to where she was seated. You sat down and smiled at her.

"Hey Claudia. Phoebe said you needed me?" You asked as you pulled your chair in to sit across from her.

"Well... I-"

"Hello dear can I get you something to drink?" A little old lady asked you with a large smile on her face. You looked up at her.

"Oh I'll just get a coffee if you don't mind." You smiled at her and Claudia shook her head indicating that she didn't need anything. Claudia watched as you talked to the waitress before the women walked away. Man were you cute.

"Sorry. You were saying?" You asked. She gulped and she closed her eyes. She took a deep breath before she reached over and grabbed the front of your shirt. She yanked you forward and she kissed you.

"Go out with me" Claudia said as she pulled away. You blushed before you nodded.

"Okay..." You said with a nervous laugh. Claudia smiled but when you looked away she allowed herself to let out a nervous sigh. She wiped her hands on her jeans. She was really nervous.

But...

She looked but at you as you thanked the women as she placed a coffee in front of you. You looked up at Claudia an you both looked away blushing. She glanced at you from the corner of her eye.

...it was so worth it.
