For the next two weeks, Tyler's mom Jackie, stepdad Ken and their dog Chloe will be visiting California to visit with Tyler, Crouton, Archer and Sparrow!

Last time Jackie and Ken were in California was when it was the boys' 6th birthday! Jackie and Ken never miss a grandchild's birthday!

Tyler tries to either fly to Michigan or have his family fly to California a few times a year so the boys have a close relationship with his family.

Archer and Sparrow have been anxiously and excitedly counting down the days until Nana and Papa arrive to visit with them!

Since the boys are the two youngest of Jackie and Ken's grandchildren, they get spoiled the most! Shh, don't tell the other six grandchildren!

Tyler is currently cleaning up the guest bedroom for his parents, which usually isn't clean!

Tyler wants to make sure his mom, stepdad and their dog are the most comfortable ever while they are at his house!

Today sometime, Tyler is going to tell Jackie and Ken that he is dating Korey. Jackie has always loved Korey as family so Tyler hopes she approves of their relationship

Archer and Sparrow are downstairs playing with Crouton making each other laugh.

Tyler receives a text from his stepdad saying that he, Jackie and Chloe the dog have landed in California and will be arriving to the house soon!

"Get it, Crou!" Archer says, throwing the ball and Crouton chases after it.

"Archie! Spare! Nana, Papa and Chloe are on their way! They just landed and they will be here in about an hour!" Tyler says as he walks down the steps with the laundry basket.

"YAY!" Archer and Sparrow both say in unison with big smiles. 

"Crouton and Chloe are going to be best friends!" Sparrow says as he hugs Sparrow.

"Is Chloe Crouton's cousin or aunt or?" Archer trying to figure out the dog relationship dynamic.

"Hmm! I guess Chloe would be my dog sister so that would make her an aunt to you two and Crouton." Tyler says with a giggle at the boys.

"That is a good question, though!" Tyler says, putting the basket on the couch so the boys can grab their clothing piles.

Archer and Sparrow take their clothes, soon running upstairs to put them away before running downstairs again.

The twins liked to run everywhere they can, because they both have so much energy!

"What else do we do while we're waiting for Nana, Papa and Chloe?" Sparrow asks curiously sitting down on the couch.

"Yeah, what else? An hour is like, forever!" Archer exaggerates, giggling some more.

"Well, the house is all clean and ready for Nana, Papa and Chloe! Maybe we can watch some Twitch together!" Tyler says happily.

Archer and Sparrow love to watch Twitch streamers play video games, it is something they have enjoyed since Tyler is a Twitch streamer as well.

Archer and Sparrow happily grab Tyler's iPad and they pull up Twitch to find someone to watch!

Archer and Sparrow decide on who they want to watch and makes sure they get approval from Tyler first. Tyler always makes sure to check the streamer out before letting the boys watch.

Archer and Sparrow both lay on the floor and happily watch the Twitch streamer playing Animal Crossing. The Twitch streamer is on a villager hunt, which means they travel to a bunch of islands until they find the villager they want.

"Who are they looking for?" Tyler asks the boys as he watches from afar.

"Julian! Pietro asked to leave their island!" Sparrow explains to Tyler.

"Pietro is one of my favorites!" Tyler says to the boys as he fixes Crouton's collar.

"Julian is such an icon!" Archer says happily.

"Julian is an icon!" Tyler says with a cheeky smile.

"Mom, why did Nana and Papa bring Chloe?" Sparrow asks curiously since a flight from Michigan to California is a lot for a dog.

"Because she doesn't like to be watched by anyone and is spoiled!" Tyler says making Archer and Sparrow both laugh and smile.

"That's silly! But if that's what makes Chloe happy, I guess." Sparrow says with another laugh.

"Is Uncle Korey gonna be here soon, too? I'm just guessing, 'cause he's over a lot." Archer asks and stands up to go over to Tyler, so he won't interrupt the video.

Archer would get back to watching it in a minute, but he had questions!

"Uncle Korey's mom is visiting so he is spending the day with her. Remember Ms. Danette?" Tyler says to Archer and Sparrow and they both nod.

"Aww, that's cute!" Archer says as he giggles and smiles.

"Yeah! That's cute!" Sparrow says happily.

"He will probably come over in a few days!" Tyler says to the boys.

"Okay! Cool!" Both boys say in unison to Tyler.

Archer and Sparrow get back to watching the Twitch live stream happily while they wait for their grandparents to come over!

Around an hour later, there's a knock at the front door and Sparrow runs over to get it, already knowing who it is. But Tyler runs too and stops his athletic son.

"Wait! You have to see who it is before opening
the door." Tyler reminds, ans Sparrow nods.

"Sorry, Mommy. Who is it?" Sparrow apologizes and then asks Tyler's parents who are behind the door.

"It's Nana and Papa!" Jackie and Ken say together and Sparrow opens the front door.

"Hi, Nana and Papa! I'm glad you're here!" Sparrow says politely, giving them both a hug.

"Hi, sweet boy! Oh I missed you so much! You have gotten tall!" Jackie says giving Sparrow lots of kisses and a hug.

"I want a hug too!" Ken says as he puts Sparrow in a playful bear hug making Sparrow laugh.

"NANA AND PAPA! WELCOME!" Archer says as he runs over to Jackie and Ken, giving them both a hug.

"There is my other sweet boy! I missed you so much too! Both of you have gotten tall!" Jackie says, giving Archer lots of kisses and a hug.

"Come here! I wanna give you a bear hug too!" Ken says as he squeezes Archer into a bear hug and Archer laughs.

"And here is Chloe! She can't wait to get out of her carrier!" Jackie says letting the small dog out of her dog carrier.

"Hi, Chloe!" Archer and Sparrow both say in unison as they hug, pet and kiss her.

Crouton carefully walks over and sniffs Chloe happily.

"Good boy, Crouton!" Tyler says, making sure Crouton and Chloe get along well.

Archer, Sparrow, Crouton and Chloe all run in the living room playfully.

"Welcome, Mom! Welcome, Ken! I'm so glad you two are here for a few weeks!" Tyler says happily to Jackie and Ken.

"We are so glad to be here! We can't wait to spend much needed time with you and the boys!" Jackie says happily.

"How's Aidan, Harper, Maddox, Delilah, Olive and Evelyn doing?" Tyler asks about his niece and nephews.

"All of them are doing well! They all made you guys some gifts and cards!" Ken says with a chuckle.

"Aww, that's good! Archer and Sparrow are hoping we can fly to Michigan to visit with everyone!" Tyler says with a smile.

"Mhm! And we wanna have fun there! But Michigan is so far!" Archer says excitedly, laughing.

"It is! It's gonna be so fun to hang out all together soon!" Jackie says happily.

"Your cousins all miss you guys! So plan a trip up to Michigan!" Ken says playfully causing l the boys to laugh.

"We will try! If it's safe up there!" Tyler says playfully making Ken and Jackie laugh.

"What should we do?" Sparrow asks curiously.

"Wanna make bead bracelets, Nana and Papa? I have all the stuff!" Archer asks and says to his grandparents.

"Sure! That sounds like a lot of fun, Archie! Evelyn loves making bracelets too!" Jackie says with a big smile.

"Yay! When we go to Michigan, Ev and I can make bracelets together!" Archer says to Jackie with a cheeky grin.

"Sparrow, join us! You too, Papa! Please!" Archer says as he gets all of the supplies they will need to make some bracelets.

"Okay!" Sparrow says even though he isn't a bracelet person.

However, Sparrow loves to support his twin brother's interests and Archer loves to support him too!

"I'll try my best! I'm not the best at making stuff! I rather buy it!" Ken says making Jackie, Tyler and the boys laugh.

Tyler let's Chloe and Crouton go outside so they don't accidentally eat any beads.

Archer begins to cut some string for some bracelets, while everyone else is picking out different bead colors and styles.

"I'm gonna put stars and planets on mine! And make it blue and purple! Like a galaxy!" Archer decides, though he has made more 'feminine' style bracelets.

"I bet Uncle Joey would like that!" Sparrow says with a grin, choosing some green and white beads, the colors of Tyler's college Michigan State.

Tyler stays inside, but keeps an eye on the two dogs to make sure they don't get in trouble.

Jackie makes a purple bracelet with some letter beads, while Ken makes a red bracelet. Archer has all of the rainbow colors of course!

Archer soon finishes his first bracelet and goes over to Tyler, needing help with tying the string. Even though Jackie or Ken could do it, he wants Tyler's help.

"Mommy, can you please help tie my bracelet? I'm gonna make another one after." Archer asks politely, carefully holding the bracelet so the beads wouldn't fall off.

"Sure, bud! I can help you!" Tyler says as he ties the bracelet for Archer.

Jackie smiles as she sees Archer and Tyler's close bond. It reminds her of her bond with Tyler when he was younger and even today.

"Thank you, Mommy!" Archer says happily to Tyler.

"You're welcome, bud!" Tyler says happily to Archer as Archer runs back over to the table.

"Here is my bracelet!" Archer says happily to Sparrow, Jackie and Ken.

"Oooo! That is so pretty, Archie!" Jackie says with a cheeky smile.

"I like it, Arch!" Sparrow says happily to his brother.

"That is awesome, bud!" Ken says with a smile at Archer.

"Papa and I are really excited to watch one of your baseball games, Sparrow!" Jackie says to Sparrow making him smile.

"My team is in second place!" Sparrow says proudly.

"Woah! That's so cool!" Ken says to Sparrow.

"And Archer, Papa and I are really excited to go to your art show! How many of your art pieces are in the show?" Jackie asks Archer.

"Four! Two paintings, a cup and a small sculpture!" Archer says causing Jackie and Ken to ooo and ah.

"Nice! You guys are both very talented!" Ken compliments the twins making both boys smile.

"Thanks!" Both boys say together, and Archer begins to make another bracelet after putting the completed bracelet he just made on his wrist.

Archer chooses some pink and red beads, with some letters that spelled out his name.

"I made you guys cups!" Archer says as he remembers and runs upstairs to get the handmade mugs from his bedroom.

"Nana and Papa, I can play a few songs on the piano now! Archer can too!" Sparrow says to Jackie and Ken.

"Can you and Archer show us later? We would love to hear it!" Jackie asks Sparrow and he happily nods.

"The boys are learning how to play guitar as well! They are very busy!" Tyler says with a smile as he brings Chloe and Crouton into the house. 

"I love that they are both in activities they love! That makes me so happy!" Jackie says and Ken nods in agreement.

"And Sparrow, you made Nana and Papa two paintings! Remember?" Tyler says as Sparrow remembers.

"Oh yeah! Let me go get them!" Sparrow says as he runs up to his bedroom to the paintings.

Archer and Sparrow both walk back downstairs together with the things they made for their Nana and Papa!

"Wow! Thank you guys very much!" Ken says with a big smile at the boys.

"Thank you, boys! I love these mugs and paintings! You two are so talented!" Jackie says as she kisses and hugs Archer and Sparrow.

"You're welcome! We're glad you like them!" Archer says as he hugs Jackie and Ken.

"Yeah! We worked hard on the paintings and mugs!" Sparrow confirms with a big grin.

Tyler smiles and then gets a serious expression as he dwells on the thought of telling his parents about Korey and him being an item.

"Hey guys, why don't you play with Chloe and Crouton outside for a few minutes! I think they want to play!" Tyler says, trying to get the boys out of the room since they don't know about the relationship yet.

Archer and Sparrow giggle and smile as they happily go outside with Crouton and Chloe.

"Mom, Ken, I have something to tell you. It's about my relationship." Tyler says nervously, worried about what they'll think.

"You are dating someone? Aww! I'm so happy for you! Who is it?" Jackie asks Tyler happily.

"You know your mom and I want you to find someone who loves you and the boys." Ken says and Jackie nods in agreement.

Tyler remains quiet, afraid to say who his new boyfriend is.

"What is it, honey? Who is it?" Jackie asks Tyler calmly, not knowing what her son will say next.

"I'm dating Korey. We've been dating for a while now and... he makes me really happy." Tyler finally admits.

"About time you two dated! You know how long I thought you two would be a great couple?" Jackie says happily making Tyler giggle loudly.

"Oh gosh, Mom!" Tyler says hiding his face in some embarrassment.

"It's true! Ever since I met Korey, I always loved him! He is family and even more so now! I'm so happy for you, sweety!" Jackie says happily as she hugs Tyler tightly.

"I am happy for you as well. It's someone we all know and love and you two are great together." Ken says with a big smile.

"Why did the boys have to leave the room when you told us?" Jackie asks Tyler softly.

"Because they don't know yet. I don't know how to tell them. I don't want to ruin their relationship with Korey." Tyler says softly back.

"I'm sure it will be different but the boys love Korey and Korey loves them." Ken says to Tyler.

"Yeah, you're right. I'll tell them soon." Tyler says, feeling a little unconfident but Tyler knew he has to tell his boys eventually.

Archer and Sparrow come back inside to hang out with their Mom, Nana and Papa. Even though Jackie and Ken will be staying for two weeks.

"Wanna do something else, guys?" Archer asks, which confuses Jackie a bit since she lives in Michigan and not California, where everyone gets called 'dude,' 'guys' or 'man', regardless of gender.

Archer and Sparrow are used to California slang since they were born and raised here and they don't think about how some people aren't used to those words.

"Nana and Papa don't understand California slang like we do, guys!" Tyler says making Archer and Sparrow both laugh.

"We know Michigan slang! I guess we have some!" Jackie says as she chuckles.

"What were you all talking about?" Sparrow asks Tyler, Jackie and Ken, being a little nosy.

"Yeah! What were you all talking about?" Archer also asks Tyler, Jackie and Ken, trying to figure out what the adults were whispering about.

"Just some adult stuff!" Jackie says to help Tyler figure out what to say and not have the boys asks more questions.

"Hey boys, look at my bracelet!" Ken says to the boys, holding up his bracelet.

"Woah! That's so cool, Papa!" Archer and Sparrow both say in unison to Ken.

"Yep, but I messed up a lot." Ken says with a chuckle.

"You did really great for a first time, Papa!" Archer compliments with a grin.

"Thank you! I like both of yours, too!" Ken says back to Archer and Sparrow.

Sparrow nods and thanks Ken before letting Chloe and Crouton inside, now that the beads are all cleaned up.

Both dogs had been waiting patiently at the door, scratching at it gently with their nails.

"You two have been so good! Yes, you have!" Jackie says as she happily pets Chloe and Crouton.

"Nana! Papa! Try these cookies! Lolli and Pop sent us some more!" Sparrow says with a big cheeky.

"Ooo! Australian cookies! How yummy!" Jackie says as she and Ken both take one.

"Troye's parents are always bringing us snacks!" Tyler says playfully as he takes a cookie.

"How is Troye doing?" Ken asks Tyler as he eats the cookie.

Jackie and Ken always loved Troye and they treat him family just like they do with Korey. Jackie and Ken love and respect Troye as the twins' dad.

"He is doing well! Just busy with his new EP! It's being released in a few weeks!" Tyler says to Jackie and Ken.

"It's called In A Dream and it's awesome!" Archer says proudly.

"We listened to it before everyone else!" Sparrow says happily.

"I can't wait to hear it! You guys Dad is a great singer!" Jackie says with a cheeky grin.

For the rest of the day, Jackie, Ken, Tyler and the twins all have a fun day together!
