After the Decepticon Wedding, Megatron declared Firestar his faithful, innocent, and devoted Queen of the Decepticons. He then carried his newly wedded conjunx-endura to the honeymoon suite where he gently placed Firestar to their berth before Megatron went to pour two glasses of Energon for him and his lovely wife. Megatron brings the drinks over for him and Firestar to make a toast before they consume the Energon wine.

"A toast; to the future," Megatron raised his glass.

Firestar tinked her glass against her husband's before they sipped the Energon from their wine glasses. Megatron sat right next to his Queen as he laid his left arm to her shoulder before the newly wedded couple gazed into each other's optics. Firestar smiled at her King and she crooned at the comfort from his warm hand laying on her shoulder but then her facial expression changed from romantic joy to guilt and sadness.

"What's wrong, my dear? We are together now. You should be happy," said Megatron.

"I am happy, Megatron. I am. It's just that...I only wished that this war never happened on Cybertron," Firestar told her new husband.

"I know how you feel, my love. But you have to understand that I had to lead a revolution to take down a corrupt system such as the Caste System," Megatron replied.

"And now the Autobots know that I have betrayed them because I rejected Inferno's proposal to be his conjunx-endura instead," Firestar said regretfully.

"I know that you and Inferno were close friends, but he wouldn't make a decent soldier. You have to let it go," Megatron replied, "The Decepticons are your family now, Firestar. You belong to me now and I promise you that I will do anything to make you happy. You, my love, shall rule by my side for all eternity." he promised.

"Megatron?" said Firestar.

"Yes, Firestar?" asked Megatron.

"I will do anything to make you happy, too," Firestar told her husband.

"And I will be there for you when we rule our empire together. I love you, Firestar." Megatron said tenderly.

"I love you, too," Firestar replied before she kissed her husband.

Meanwhile, at Iacon, the Autobots were saddened by the news about Inferno's supposed death at the hands of the Insecticons and Airachnid. Inferno's friends have mourned him at his funeral before the Autobots have all declared that the fire engine warrior's death won't be vain. A few weeks later, Orion Pax proposed to his girlfriend, Ariel, and she agreed to be his conjunx-endura. Once the two were wed, they vowed that they would live to see the end of the Great War for Cybertron and that hopefully, Megatron would see the error of his ways and put an end to his creed that is peace and power through tyranny.

As time went by, Firestar learned to know her place as Megatron's co-ruler of the Decepticons and many have referred to their master's queen as their 'Lady' and 'Mistress'. The Decepticon medic, Knockout, had become a better doctor thanks to Firestar and her medical supervision and her own experience as a nurse that Megatron fell in love with at the gladiatorial pits of Kaon. The seeker commander, Starscream, came to respect Megatron's conjunx-endura while also plotting in private to overthrow the Decepticon warlord to seize control of the empire.

Over time, Megatron continued to wage war on Cybertron, destroying those who dare oppose him and his Decepticon army. It would then be only a matter of time before Orion Pax gets the Matrix of Leadership from the Celestial god, Primus, before he would become a warrior known to all Cybertronians as Optimus Prime: the last of the Primes.
