MICHAELA APPROACHED rue departing from her sister, and leaving cassie with a feeling of confusion.

rue offered the girl a shy smile before patty the seat next to her, "i have your clothes from the weekend in my bag." michaela said as she sat and starting to pull her bag out.

"oh yeah uh cool." rue choked out still unaware on how to react around the girl after the night and morning they spent together.

even though they only slept and then ate breakfast, rue felt a need to care for michaela, so no matter what time she would knock at her window, no matter what state she was in, rue swore to herself she will always take care of her.

the two girls was lost in each others presence only to be interrupted by the bell for first period, "hey i was wondering if you wanted to come over to mine tonight?" michaela asked not really sure what was giving her the never to do so.

"i mean you don't have to but uh...it would be nice, to spend more time with you..." michaela stuttered not looking rue in the eye until she had finished, "uh sure" rue replied trying to hide the grin on her face.

"okay great!" michaela started as she got up and grabbed her bag, "come over at 7" she grinned at rue before walking to her first lesson of the day.

ARVIN AND MICHAELA walked side by side through the halls, everyone moving out of their way as they were lost in conversation.

arvin still felt embarrassed about his confession to her at the party, he always thought they had something between them, only to be proven wrong.

but arvin didn't want to give up that quickly, michaela had been the only thing he could think about since his slight rejection from her.

he now decided that he would spend as much time with her as possible and hopefully she'll start to get feelings for him too...but he never thought that her heart already belonged to someone else.

"so i was wondering if you wanted to come round mine tonight?" arvin said as he walked a little closer to the brunette, "i have plans tonight." michaela said which immediately wiped the smile right off arvin's face.

"with who?" he questioned slightly irritated he didn't ask her before they could of, "rue" michaela said nonchalantly as they finally reached her locker so michaela could retrieve her bag and then head home.

"bennett?" he scoffed in response causing michaela's head to turn immediately, "heard she went off the rails after jules left her, wanna be careful around that one." arvin pushed, which only caused michaela heart to ache.

the only name in her mind was now jules, she still didn't understand why she felt this sudden jealousy towards someone she hasn't even met, but it caused her to have a sudden outburst.

she slammed her locker shut leaving the school, leaving arvin confused on why he upset her that much.

when michaela got home, she didn't even notice that maddy had her friends with her, michaela stormed upstairs slamming her door shut before screaming into her pillow.

michaela was angry at herself, she was angry at these feelings she didn't understand, which caused her anxiety and anger levels to increase.

michaela laid there for a while, unsure what to do, she wasn't able to move, her body wouldn't let her, she had tear stains down her cheeks and her hair slightly ruffled.

but she didn't care.

she only cared when she turned over noticing it was almost 7, she completely forgot she invited rue over.

immediately she tidied up her room, and ordered rue's favourite takeout, then setting up netflix on her laptop.

and right on time, the door bell rang at exactly 19:00 causing michaela's heart rate to quicken as she rushed down the stairs before anyone else could.

completely being oblivious to maddy and her friends, she opened the door to reveal, the girl she had no idea she was madly in love with.
