Lixuan of Li (丽) means beautiful and Xuan (玄) means either black or mysterious meanwhile Xianzhan of Xian (娴) means to be skilled at and Zhan (战) stands for fight, battle and war.

"Hmm, I didn't know you guys like spicy food," Jiang Xianzhan said while eating his dinner.

It was already night, the Jiangs were having dinner. Jiang Lixuan had half tied ponytail hairstyle while Jiang Xianzhan had simple half tied hairstyle, reconsidered his hair height reached his shoulder level. She had long baby purple hair ribbon while he had long light red hair ribbon. They both wore Yunmeng Jiang robes.

"Ahahah, Xianzhan xiong, Yunmeng Jiang Sect is also known as spicy lover, hope you guys can handle it," Jiang Cheng grinned at him.

"Of course of course, I love spicy foods but Zhan didi here is more into sweet," she teased him playfully.

"A-Jie ah A-Jie, never let me peacefully enjoy my meal," he shook his head and sigh softly.

"Pfft, anyways. Do you guys know any martial arts since you guys are rogue cultivator?" Jiang Cheng asked them both curiosity.

"Ohh, of course we do. I would like to have friendly sword sparring later with Zhan didi and Yin shidi later," she gave the boys a challenging grin.

"Oh? I never though Young Maiden Jiang know any martial arts. Show me your skills later," he replied amusingly.

"Hmph, of course. A-Jie is really skilled at it, same goes to me. But I stopped practicing it 4 years ago, who knows that if I still remember it," Jiang Xianzhan stated as he got up to pick up his plate to wash.

"Eh, Xianzhan xiong. Don't need to do that and let those maids do it instead. Let me check your golden core's status first," Jiang Cheng stopped him and checked his pulse. She was only dumbfounded by a few seconds and immediately held out her wrist for him to check.

"Huh. Your golden core is slightly weak and I recommend you guys to rest instead for this night. We can have friendly sword sparring tomorrow morning with my disciples. Let me lead you guys to your new room," he said as he got up to lead them to their room.

"Ahahah, alright A-Cheng," he gave a soft chuckle to the younger but the younger was stunned a bit and gave him a warm smile afterwards.

"Uhm... Xianzhan xiong, are you scare of dogs?" Jiang Cheng suddenly asked him after her sister went to her room.

"Hmm... nah but I don't like them tho. I prefer small animal like rabbits for example. Why is it?" Jiang Xianzhan responded him.

"Ah, okay then. Only to make sure because we do have someone that is very scared of dogs years ago," he let out a short chuckle.

"Oh damn, don't worry. I'm very okay with dogs. I just don't think of keeping some, they're too loud and noisy," he responded with a small grin.

"Aiya, talking bad about dogs in front of dog person huh? I'm actually wanna tame a dog, a spiritual dog for my nephew Jin Ling when he will reach 4 or 5 years old," he huffed while crossing his arms.

"Eh, you have a nephew? Poor child that her mother leave him in early age. How's the father though?" he asked him, turned his head to the younger while walking.

"Ah, you see... The father also died, died from protecting his wife. I failed to protect them both..." he walked slower while head down.

"Huh, that must been a rough life for last year. You did your great job on trying to save them. May their soul rest in peace. Hope you doing better, especially with your sect," the older put his hand on his shoulder as comfort.

"Hmm, thank you, Xianzhan xiong. Here's your room," he looked at the older, full of comfort could be found fron him.

"Ah, thank you A-Cheng. Don't forget to bring me and A-Jie to friendly sword sparring tomorrow," the older patted his shoulder and went to his room.

"Ah... My birthday wish must be heard yesterday. Even though they are actually not them, the Jiang Yanli and Wei Wuxian I suppose to know, but I could finally feel like a home again where there's family within. It's been a year. Hope Lixuan jie and Xianzhan xiong can also take care of Jin Ling."

A/N: Chapter 2 is done. Here's some facts;

Modern!Jiang Yanli calls Modern!Wei Wuxian Zhan didi right now while Jiang Cheng is Yin shidi or Cheng shidi.

Modern!Wei Wuxian still calls Modern! Jiang Yanli A-Jie while Jiang Cheng is A-Yin or A-Cheng. He did not afraid of dogs because he prefer bunnies and more sweet enjoyer as he's dealing with low blood pressure for 4 years after that one 'accident' in his previous life.

Jiang Cheng calls Modern!Jiang Yanli Lixuan jie while Modern!Wei Wuxian is Xianzhan xiong.
