Gordon and Bullock stood outside with the Batsignal lit up

They hardly said much of anything given they argued about Batman left and right 

Bullock was starting to feel bad not that he was starting to like Batman but bad enough 

Bullock: Look Commissioner....about last night....l...

Gordon said nothing 

Bullock:....yeah silence type I get that. I just don't understand why we let a masked outlaw run rapidly in the city. I mean if it's cause he brings us the criminals we chase I get our streets are a little cleaner. I am devoted to this badge but it's why I wasn't keen on the Batman. I still ain't but--I--

Gordon: Wait a minute Harvey! 

Gordon and Bullock looked up hearing whooshing in the sky Gordon grew a smile 

And the Batwing appears from the Batsignal 

Gordon yells in excitement with Bullock looking up in shock 

Batman and Robin looked out Bruce nods and Dick gives a thumbs up

Gordon chuckles with Bullock just looking on at the Batwing flying away 

Meanwhile on a small abandoned island that held a condemned building that was the first Arkham Asylum before the current one was astablished 

Chase 

And Catwoman 

Were indeed restrained to electric chairs like in the tape

Selina couldn't shake when she saw her kissing Bruce Chase remembered her from the news and what Bruce told her about her

Catwoman: The hell you looking at? 

Chase: He told me everything Selina. Everything about you. I just....why?

Catwoman: Why do you care?

Chase: Cause I am a Doctor.

Catwoman: I don't need therapy Doc.

*You might wish it was a group therapy later.*

The two women looked with Two-Face entering the room

Two-Face: Cause when Lady Luck sings for you you're lucks out!

Chase: Harvey this isn't you. Bruce still believes there's hope for you.

Catwoman: Oh please....there's no such thing as hope.

Chase: You're wrong Selina. There's hope for you too.

Two-Face: How is Bruce?

Chase: He misses you. 

*Bruce Bruce Bruce!*

Everyone looked back and to Chase's surprise Riddler comes from behind Two-Face without his mask 

Riddler: It's always about Bruce! Well no more.

Chase: Edward?

Riddler: Hello Chase.  I'm sure you're surprised.  But not as surprised as I am.....to have you in my puzzle. 

Chase: I don't understand Edward you're the Riddler? But why?

Riddler: To prove my father I am the smartest in the family. Please don't take it personally  Doctor you have been a great help. But now....it pains me to do this but you have both Bruce Wayne and Batman to thank for this.

Catwoman and Chase feared he might know till...

Riddler: So my question to both of you. Do either one of you know who the Batman is?

Chase: No.

Catwoman: How would I know?

The lies triggered the detectors causing the chairs to shock them both

Selina and Chase yelled in pain as Riddler laughed 

Riddler: It works! I had to ask to test my new lie detectors. And to know there are people who know Batman's identity proves my theory right. But neither one of you have to tell me he'll tell me to save both of you.

Catwoman: Listen crazy. I'm not playing your stupid games. So why don't you look me up when you-----

Two-Face shuts her up by slapping her

Two-Face: THAT'S FOR STEALING FROM US!  NO ONE STEALS FROM US!

Catwoman: I'm sorry I been a bad kitty.  Unstrain me and I'll make it up to you.

Two-Face: Let's see if the coin thinks you're telling truth. 

Harvey flips the coin and it lands on Good Heads

Two-Face: Still a lucky black cat. We'll see how long that lasts.

Outside some goons were waiting and talking for what's to come. 

Goon # 1: You think the boss will unmask the Bat tonight?

Goon # 2: Dought it but with Two-Face he might have a chance. 

Goon # 3: Yeah. But if things go to shit we still have the escape boat.

Suddenly they heard jet runnings they didn't know where it was coming from till a bright line shines on them.....by the batwing 

They yelled blindly and soon two shadow figures ran towards them

And they kicked and punched them down  the goons tried to fight back even shoot but had no chance the goons were easily subdued

Soon as the lights turned out and the Batwing flew off on autopilot the shadow figures turned out to be Batman and Robin

Batman: Nice work.

Robin: Was I good or what?

Batman: Your skills need a little work. Come on.

Batman and Robin stroll into the island to find any route to Riddler's lair

And soon enough they found the old Asylum and Batman placed a hand on the door he nods to Robin and they kick a door open

But to be surprised by Two-Face's goons

They aimed their guns at them but but Batman threw a smoke bomb to blind them and they fight them off too

Robin takes one goons arm forcing his gun out of his hands and knees him in the stomach

Batman kicks another in the stomach and punches one behind him with a back punch

Robin kicks another in the knee and forces another down by shoving him down on the floor like a wrestler

Batman and Robin make a back to back taking out goons that came their way

And soon enough they delivered a tag team finishing blow to the last one

Batman: I'll admit impressed.

Robin: You sound surprised.

Batman: Just didn't think the circus would pay off.

Robin smirked knowing Batman might have underestimated him

But they proceeded

However....from behind Batman a trap door opened from under Robin and he fell

Batman turns around seeing the trap door close

Batman: Robin! ROBIN!

Batman man hears a laughing through speakers and then a screen rolled down in front of him and an image of Riddler appeared on it

*Hello Batman. Welcome to my Riddle House. I must say a part of me was hoping you solved my riddle on my tape. Cause how else can you solve the final one without you here?*

Batman: What have you done with Robin? Where's Chase and Catwoman?!

*They're here with me. All you have to do is take the riddle elevator behind me. So solve the riddle inside and it will bring you to me. Solve it wrong.....well you might not...good luck.*

Riddler cuts off from the screen and it pulls back up revealing and elevator opening.....

....Batman did not hesitate to walk in but once he did the doors closed a digital screen comes on and a text came on explaining the riddle

"I begin but will never end and will end all who begins. What am I?"

The Dark Knight took a moment to think and realized the answer 

Batman: Death.

The speakers caught it and the elevator autoactivate and goes up where the Riddler's final challenge awaited
