Tim and Barbra discuss things about the Robin suit

Tim: So he wore this?

Barbra: That he did. Sometimes I wonder if he even liked it.

Tim: And this? This is the Batgirl suit?

Barbra: Sure gonna miss her. But....doesn't mean I can't help. 

Tim: How so? 

Barbra: I been Batgirl long enough to install data on my computer phone. Future tech style which we'll learn in the beginning of the 2000's. You can call me.....

Barbra puts on her glasses

Barbra:....the Oracle. 

Tim: Oracle huh? I like it. 

Bruce: Me too. I could use any data you collect if we're to find Crane.

Tim: What about me?

Bruce: You'll have to hang back.

Tim: While you go out alone? You know without Robin you're outnumbered. You're gonna need at least need someone out with you. 

Bruce: But you don't have experience. 

Tim: I took Karate lessons.  I'm a black belt.

Bruce: Karate won't be enough. You'll need to study as well.

Tim: Still with that machine Scarecrow stole from you it'll be heavily guarded. 

Bruce: It's too dangerous Tim.

Zatanna: Bruce is right. We're up against armed maniacs. We can't risk that.

Alfred: I hate to interrupt but....sir...you need to see this.

Bruce was concerned 

On the Batcomputer Jack Ryder reports a distressing update

Scarecrow appeared on screen in a new appearance 

*Hello Gotham.*

Everyone in the batcave gasped Bruce lowered seriously 

Bruce: Crane.....

*As you all know Bruce Wayne is feared dead. If he's alive I do hope he's watching. Gotham....I present to you.....*

Next thing the Scarecrow shows the Fogburst behind him

*....THE ES6. But commonly known as the Fogburst. Designed by Thomas Wayne himself. As you have seen my fear toxin put in to work...the Fogburst.....shall unleash 99% of my toxin. In the running hour of midnight if Bruce Wayne is alive....bring him to me Gotham. As for Batman he'll be more than welcome to try and stop me but his fears will toll him before he's even close. Gotham. You have till midnight to evacuate....before your city....is polluted with fear!*

Scarecrow's threat cuts no doubt causing a panic in the city

Bruce clutched his fist he was out of options 

Lesley: This is bad.

Zatanna: We got to stop him. 

Barbra: I'll get on line find any tactics for the field.

Bruce: Inform me anything you find.

Bruce turns to Tim

Bruce: Suit up.

Zatanna: Bruce are you sure? 

Bruce: Not really but....I can use second eyes out there. Tim...were you serious about being a black belt?

Tim: Yeah?

Bruce: Then you'll have to put it to the test. You'll have to train too. Not just in combat but your brains too. And you'll have to fallow orders too. This is dangerous work.

Barbra: Don't worry he gave and me the same pen talk.

Tim: You lead I'll fallow.

Bruce nods and soon as they were about to suit up Zatanna calls out

Bruce looked back and Zatanna went silent and then.....

Zatanna: Screw it.

Zat runs up to Bruce and pulls him for a kiss 

The kiss was passionate and once it broke the childhood friends clearly star crossed lovers now looked in each other's eyes 

Zatanna: Be careful.

He nods 

Soon Bruce and Tim suit up Barbra starts logging in

Masks on screens activating gauntlets glasses 

Soon enough Batman and the newly Robin step out fully suited and ready for action

The Wingmobile activates automatically 

Alfred: Good luck sirs.

Lucius: Give him hell boys.

Batman and Robin boarded the Wingmobile and it rides down the tunnel with the Danny Elfman soundtrack setting in motion it roars hard through the tunnel 

Once it reaches the end of the tunnel it shifts to flight mode

The Wingmobile takes off into the night sky like a bat out of hell
