Meanwhile at a large office crime bosses gathered for a Mob meeting to our surprise Chip Shrek who recently returned to Gotham since his fathers death was there

Oddly so was Zatanna's manager Montague Kane 

And this meeting was hosted by John Dagget of the Dagget Mob Family (William Dafoe)

Dagget: Thank you all for coming. I called you all here because we all have a common enemy. And I don't mean the Batman. I mean Gotham's favorite son Bruce Wayne. Ever since Ferris Boyle's death Wayne forgde our rate to 4% percent. Apparently Wayne has been the real humanitarian than Boyle.

Chip: Wayne's always been a Thorn in my sight. He shut down my father's power plant idea. And worst he let the cat bitch that killed him out of the bag.

Kane: I learned a little Intel on Wayne. As Zatanna's manager I learned they spent time together as children. She was even someone he trusted with his fundings. 

Dagget: Thanks to Mr. Kane's knowledge he gathered from Ms. Zatarra. We are preparing to bankrupt Wayne Enterprises. We just need the right cash. And then we take his family company. 

*And destroy it.* 

The mobsters turned around to that voice the shadow figure who gassed that diner appeared from the entrance glaring all menacingly 

Figure: *Not just on Bruce Wayne but the entire family legacy....BURNED to the ground.* 

Chip: And who do you think are you are you clown?

Figure: *Clown? That's a new one is clowns what you feared as a child?*

Chip: No but I know what'll scare you. 

Chip pulls out a gun but the figure snaps his fingers and henchmen came out carrying Tommy guns forcing the mobsters to remain in their seats

Kane: Look pal we don't want any trouble. 

Figure: *Neither do I so let's get down to business.*

The figure covering his face with hat sits at the end of the table

Figure: *Like all of you said Wayne is a mutual enemy....but for me it was his own father Thomas Wayne who destroyed me! So now I will destroy him....by destroying his son....and his company.*

Chip: You're too late weirdo. Thomas Wayne has been maggot food under the ground along with his scank of a wife.

The figure in rage slammed his fist on the table in rage his eyes under the mask he was wearing under his hat showed hate

Figure: *Never....ever insult....Martha Arkham.....in front of me.*

Martha Arkham? Was Martha's maiden name from Arkham Asylum or did her family made the Asylum?

That question was yet to be answered 

Chip: Oh Mr. Haberdasher has a sensitive spot. Didn't mean to offend you.

Kane: Just tell us what you want from us.

Figure: *I want the same thing as you to take the Wayne's of their legacy....but not for their money. For revenge! Thomas Wayne humiliated me. Destroyed my life's work stole the woman I love. So...I thank the man for killing Thomas.....but damn him for murdering Martha. But given their son has kept the Wayne Legacy alive.....that's where will strike. The family fortune and the family company all destroyed!*

Dagget: You even want to destroy his money? 

Figure: *I told you it's not about money it's about revenge!*

Kane: So if it's about revenge.....how do you intend to do that?

Figure: *Through fear.*

The mobsters laughed 

Chip: If there's no money in it why would we have the slightest interest?

Figure: *It would not only kill Wayne but erase him completely.*

The Mob chat at once and look at the figure

Dagget: Say we agree to this. We would expect....a full payment.

Figure: *Oh you'll all get what's coming to you.*

Chip: Oh is that a fact? Don't buy into this the guy is clearly out of his mind! 

Dagget: Maybe....but tell me something. Can you even kill....the Batman?

Figure: *Kill him? I'll do more than kill him. I'll make him face his worst fears.*

Chip: Oh would you listen to this guy? You wanna buy into this I'm not---

A Tommy gun was pointed at his neck when he almost got up and the figure stands up from the table 

Figure: *Sorry Charlie. But I wouldn't push any further cause daddy isn't here to save you now.*

Chip: The hell you know? You never knew my dad. 

Figure: *Oh believe me CHUCK. I knew him longer than you did in fact I helped him with his power plant designs. But I'm sure you'll learn that soon enough.*

The figure waved his hand which was the claw hand and it was a claw.....of needles and his arm wearing some titanium brace containing the toxin Batman found earlier 

Ordering his men to lower their weapons 

Figure: *I'll tell you all what....I'll let you think it over. But I'll be touch.* 

The figure walks out with his goons fallowing him out

Chip felt humiliated Kane unsure and Dagget curious 

(Will the Mob accept this figures offer? If not....it not end well for them....)
