Days turned into weeks weeks turned into months and Batman has been MIA unaware to Gotham that Bane has broken him 

Crime runs rapid but Robin 

and Batgirl 

Do all they can to keep the criminals at bay but couldn't find Bane and Freeze cause after the lab heist they gone underground vanished off the grid and didn't had the heart telling Gordon about Batman each time they saw the Batsignal 

For the last two months news reports on Batman's disappearance was spreading all over Gotham 

Jack: This is Jack Ryder reporting its Month 2 since the disappearance of the vigilante the Batman. Crime is running wild and newly elected Mayor Hamilton Hill stated the rate is 💯. 

Hill (Alec Baldwin): I won't lie to you Gotham. Crime is off the charts. But we are not depending on the Batman. We never should have depended on him in the first place. He lived outside the law making him a criminal like those he brings in. What kind of city are we running if we let lawless vigilantes take the law in their hands?!

Knox: Alexander Knox reporting live outside the GCPD. With Commissioner Gordon refusing to answer questions we do know he's asking the same one as we all are. With crime running up and people hiding in their homes it's being asked everywhere......where is Bat----

Out of the blue Bullock appears behind Knox 

Bullock: Hey get your ass out of here! Turn off that f---

The camera cuts

Back at Wayne Manor which by now has to thawed

Alfred was already able to stand after the first week but saddened what has happened to Bruce 

Dr. Tonkins confirmed his injury and it was just a question if he'd ever walk again 

Lucius happened to be there every other day after hearing what happened 

Lucius: Of all the hits Batman has taken over the years I never thought he'd take one this Sevier.

Dick: How did Bane find out our identities in the first place?

Lucius: That is a good question. 

*Doesn't matter...* 

That voice caught them off guard as Bruce stirs opening his eyes 

Bruce: What matters is we stop him....with those chemicals he could unleash a pleague..

Dick: And how you gonna do that with a broken back?

Bruce: I'll.....need Lucius with that. With the batcave destroyed we'll need to get equipped with the exo skelliting suit.

Lucius: You haven't had a chance to test it yet.

Bruce: We can't efford delays. 

Dick: And you can't afford another blow from Bane. What if he breaks your head this time? Plus with Freeze on his side---

Bruce: Freeze isn't with Bane intentionally. He said his wife is alive.

Dick: A wife? So there's a Mrs. Freeze now?

Bruce: From his file Victor did all he did to save her from a terminal disease. Freeze said Bane promised him he'd help save her. True on his word or not Bane must be using Nora to gain Freeze's cooperation. 

Dick: So what does Bane want with Freeze anyway?

Bruce: He wants the chemicals he created.  Why I don't know. 

Dick: Well still till your back heals Barbra and I will find Freeze and Bane. 

Bruce: Who's Barbra?

Dick was dumbfounded remembering now he completely forgot to tell Bruce about Batgirl's identity 

Dick: Uh...Bar...Barbra....Gordon?

Bruce's eyes widen 

Bruce: Jim's daughter?

Dick: She goes to my college.  And.....she's....Batgirl?

Bruce: How did you figure that out?

Dick: She....told me cause....I....may have brought her in the batcave.....

Bruce: You....WHAT?!?! OW!

Bruce's outburst did not help with his condition 

Lucius: Easy Bruce. 

Bruce: If she knows who we are our identities are in the brink!

Dick: Relax! Her pops doesn't know she's Batgirl. She won't rat us out without ratting out herself. Besides after Freeze destroyed my bike I didn't had a ride home. She rides a bike too.

Bruce: What about Selina?

Dick: She doesn't give a crap about us. Either wise she be here.

*Who says I'm not.*

Dick and Lucius turned around and to their surprise Alfred brought Selina in

Dick: You got some nerve showing your face here.

Selina: I'm only here....cause this is my fault.

Lucius: What do you mean? 

Selina: Is it OK if I have a minute alone with Bruce?

Alfred: Of course Ms Kyle. 

Dick: WHAT??!!

Dick was not in the most approval and who can blame him Selina isn't the most trustworthy person but Alfred lead him and Lucius out leaving Selina alone with an injured Bruce 

Selina: You really look like hell.

Bruce: Thank you. 

Selina: Bruce I'm so sorry. I didn't think Bane would hit your house. Just know I did what I did....or I be dead.

Bruce: Just tell me what happened. 

Selina hesitates 

Selina: Bane knows your identity....cause I was forced to tell him.

Bruce: You WHAT?!

Selina: I know it was stupid of me and I'm sorry but....but Bane has been keeping tabs on me since the Penguin. In fact....after Shrek his men cornered me and took me to North America I was held as an asset till....he forced me to tell him your identity. Bane thinks you and I....are in some partnership. And after I told him....he let me go.

Bruce: So that's where you been while Harvey and Nygma were terrorizing the city. You were held by Bane?

Selina: Yes. And I'm sorry I told him...if I hadn't he would have killed me. 

Bruce: You did what you had to survive.

Selina: And paid for it with your back and almost Alfred's life but let me make it up to you. Until you heal I'll keep tabs on him and Freeze.

Bruce: Can I trust you on that?

Selina: Maybe not but it's the least I can do for this.

Bruce wasn't sure if he should let Selina risk her life like this but with him in no condition to work he nods

Bruce: Just be careful.

Selina nods and kisses Bruce softly
