Dick: What about the masked woman that helped that helped us at Gothcorp?

 Bruce: I been looking into her too. Only leads I picked up many muggings were nuchrilized by her so far she's been clearing the streets.  But using the bat symbol is guaranteed to make her a target to our enemies. The press even nicknamed this individual........

The Batcomputer shows an article and drawn image of of her 

Bruce: Batgirl. 

Again with the bats which Dick was getting sick of

Dick: Batgirl? Really?

Bruce: I didn't recruit her. I didn't even know she existed till last month.

Dick: And why didn't I know about this?

Bruce: You were in college. 

Dick rolls his eyes as Bruce continues reading the latest reports on Batgirl 

Bruce: Latest cases confirmed she stopped a few burgerlaries. Even Salvatore Meroni is arrested cause of the evidence she gave to Commissioner Gordon. 

Dick: It all confirms she's on our side.

Bruce: Maybe. Weather friend or foe she was at the scene when Freeze attacked Gothcorp. 

Dick: Who broke us out when Freeze sealed us in the building. 

Bruce: We still need to find her before he or Bane do.

Dick: And we recruit her? 

Bruce: Find out who she is. 

Dick: What for? She probably keeps her secrets same reason we do.

Bruce: Because if she inherits our enemies we won't be able to help her.

Dick: Fair enough. Just....after she helped us I feel bad we'd be indangering whoever she's protecting. 

Bruce: Then let's be sure she doesn't do it herself. 

Soon enough Dick noticed Selina and Ms Kitty in the Medic room

Dick: What the hell's she doing here?!

Bruce: She met our friend Freeze. 

Dick: And you brought her here?! In the batcave?! 

Bruce: She would have died if I didn't. 

Dick: Oh that's right we save our enemies even homicidal ex's.

Bruce: I'll turn her in myself as soon as she's recovered. 

Dick: What'd you gonna do about the cat then? 

Bruce hadn't thought of it he could take in Ms Kitty again or give her to shelter but they'll cross that bridge whenever Selina recovers

Dick couldn't help but to pet Ms Kitty again

Back in Freeze's lab he continues torturing Boyle his condition worsened than the other night 

But Freeze thawed him by switching his ray gun to heat Victor was not done with him yet

Mr. Freeze: I don't want you dead yet. Your suffering has barely begun.

Boyle shivers on the floor but he was finally able to talk

Boyle: You're mad Victor! You think torturing me will make it better?! How can you live with yourself?!

Mr. Freeze grabs him by the collar pulling him up close to his dome helmet seeing the hate in Victor's eyes

Mr. Freeze: Take a good look at my face Ferris. YOU turned me into this right here in this room! I can no longer survive outside the cold.  I can never walk on a sunny day without choking on the heat. This suit enabling subzero temperature sustains me to breath.  But I don't call it living. Cause how can I if I can only live under zero degrees? 

He drops him looking down at the snow globe of Nora 

Mr. Freeze: Without my Nora I don't even want to live. But your depth will be paid! 

Boyle: Then just get it over with and kill me already?!

Mr. Freeze: Do you take me for a fool Ferris? Killing you would not be satisfying enough.  I mean to return the pain you caused us.

Freeze freezes him again 

Later that night a couple hooligans were sitting on a roof while a break in was being processed 

Man # 1: So who the hell are these guys who have us on guard duty?

Man # 2: I don't know. Some military squad but least they're paying us the right mt. That's all I care about.

Man # 1: But who the hell was that big guy in the mask.

Man # 2: I have no idea. That lapdor scares the hell out of me. 

Man # 1: Batman scares me more. Who'd you think would win? Batman or the giant?

Man # 2: Money's on the giant. He'd crush the bat like a---

Soon they saw a pointy eared shadow casting on the floor

Man # 2: OH SHIT IT'S HIM!

The thugs turned around but it wasn't Batman.....

.....it was the newly Batgirl 

Man # 1: NO IT AIN'T! IT'S SOME GIRL DRESSED LIKE HIM! 

The creeps under estimate her for she kicked the crap out of them in three punches and five kicks 

Batgirl kicks the second criminal to the wall and grabs him by the collar 

Batgirl: Who you working for?

Man # 2: No one! We were paid to stand guard!

Batgirl: By who? 

He points behind her she looks back and Bane's mercenaries come out Batgirl stood ready to fight 

But they were armed to the teeth Batgirl likely wouldn't make it alive but.....

.....Batman appeared behind them

Batgirl gasped and both fight off the mercs the thug escaped down stairs 

Batman and Batgirl fought off the mers left and right but soon mercs came out with guns shooting at them the Caped Crusaders were forced to retreat Batman dives and grapples up 

Batgirl looks back and to her surprise 

Bane approaches with rage in his eyes

Batgirl turns away diving grappling after Batman
