A scientist named Victor Fries (Patrick Stewart)

Attended a board meeting for his latest project of Immortality 

Victor: Ladies and Gentlemen allow me to present to you my hopes for mankind's path to Immortality. 

He clicks on a remote showing a screen image of a cryogenic design 

Victor: I give you the AC 1000. A cryogenic suspension capsule that freezes age and anything terminal. Once put in you will be in hibernation remaining in current age and conditions frozen. And in enough we will live long enough to see centuries of time.

Ferris Boyle (Ian McKellen) nodded impressed

Boyle: Impressive Victor.  Most impressive. I'm one on Immortality but I don't remember funding a project like this.

Victor: I....ordered funding for it.

Boyle: Without my authorization?

Victor: Well you see Mr. Boyle....

Boyle: I never made fundings on this cause I never authorized it! What are you cooking in your oven Victor?

Victor tried to explain but Boyle kept interrupting him

Victor: Please Ferris if you would just....

Boyle: I don't want excuses Fries! In fact I want this project terminated NOW!

Victor was for some reason horrorfied by that

Victor: Wait please Mr. Boyle you don't understand.

Boyle: Oh I understand alright.  You're trying to bankrupt me! Well not in my company. You're off this project Fries.

Victor: But sir....

Boyle: Out of the matter!

It seemed hopeless for Victor but the look in his eyes was clear he wasn't gonna give up

Later that night Victor was forced to carry out his project in a lab outside of Gotham 

The equipment wasn't easy to move or remain unnoticed but he was determined cause this experiment wasn't for fame or fortune

His terminally sick wife Nora (Sigourney Weaver) was in the the ice chamber being treated from her illness 

Victor worked tiressly to save his wife from death no matter the cost

Soon as he was able to counter a clean serum he stole from Gothcorp he was able to use it to sentosize a counter agent this serum was a project out of an OLD drug invented in the early 60's a drug called.....VENOM

He managed to make a clean process with it for the first time in months Victor felt hope

But suddenly he was startled by the door being barged open to Victor's surprise it was Boyle and some hired hence men and he was angry

Victor: Ferris?

Boyle: I knew it. I been bankrupt for months and some how I knew you were the Fox in my henhouse!

Victor: You don't understand Ferris. My wife is dying.  

Boyle: So why not put her in a hospital? 

Victor: You think I didn't try that?! They can't help her. But I can. Please just give me more time!

Boyle: YOU'RE CRAZY! You put me under four million in depth! All this equipment belongs to me! Not you! I could give a rat's ass about your dying wife I want ALL this back NOW!

Victor snapped hearing Boyle didn't care about his wife's life on the line he yells in rage attacking Boyle but Boyle pushed him back in self defense but Victor lands in stacks of cooling units causing them to explode in cold gas

Like cowards Boyle and his men ran out and Victor crawled as his suit began to mutate pure blue eyes bleeding red

He leaned on the glass containing Nora sleeping inside trapped in time

Victor: NOOOOOOOORAAAAAAA!!!!

(The credits now roll....)
