The strong smell of coffe hits her nostrils, as soon as she walked in to the cafe which has located miles away from where she lives. She shivered as the chilling breeze rushed past her.

She sat at the corner table and had ordered two hot coffees with plain croissant, while waiting for the person who invited her to the cafe for a meet-up.

She didn't know exactly who he was, why he wanted to meet, all she knew was he was a friend of Jung Gicheol, who runs a hotel legally but sells drugs illegally with his partners.

Kim Tae-ho, the most trusted person to Jung Gicheol, had asked her to meet him in person, despite knowing she's a detective that too captain of Narcotics department.

At first she thought it was a trap, since she's investigating the drug cases but curious about what he wanted. So she accepted the invitation. He wanted her to come alone and she did.

The cafeteria staff welcomed the coustomer as he walked. As he did his eyes had found her sitting figure at the corner.

"I really want to say yes to this deal I do. It's a win-win situation for both of us, we can catch all those bastards who are ruining people with the drugs and also can help people who wanted to get out of this business to lead a happy life.

But it's not in my own hands I have to discuss this with other officers too. Give me sometime."

"You are team captain, can't you take your own decision right now?

"It's not like you're proposing to me and I have to say a decission right at the moment. Our higher officials should know about it too."

"Well if I proposed to you then will you accept it?

"Stop with the nonsense, but tell me one thing will Gicheol withdraw himself from this business?

"If I ask him to give his life, he will. He trusts me more than he trust himself so if I told him to withdraw he will."

"Then you can ask him right. Why strike a deal with us when your friend willingly do anything for you?

"This mission will put us all on the edge. And that edge is police knowing everything about the drugs. No-one wants to get arrested even when they deserve the punishment.

I'm not saying we don't deserve it but it's like a second chance to us to free ourselves from this shit. So convincing Gicheol is going to be easy if everything gets caught."

They both left the cafe one person being happy to free from greedy and valueless business and another getting ready to catch the persons who are ruining the innocent people life's.
