Seeing that Zhang Xiying was so worried that she was about to start crying, he quickly comforted her, “I remember the international school in City Nan that Little Yuran is attending is privately owned. There should be something that we can do. It’d definitely be easier than getting her into a public school.”

They could always spend some money to get it done. Any problem that could be solved with money was not a problem.

Nevertheless, the issue of getting the kid into a school wasn’t as simple as they had originally thought. Parents wanted to pick the best school for their children, and the schools also wanted to pick who could attend their school.

Meng Yuran attended a privately-owned international school. The school might not have the same residential requirement like public schools, but not just anyone could get in.

School was about to start in a month, and the student lists had already been created and every new student had already been assigned to a class. The school wouldn’t just admit a new student lackadaisical. It wasn’t exactly like picking out a cabbage in the market where one could just go and pick one up whenever one wants!

Regardless, Meng Yan, who had made the promise, was frazzled. Mainly because he hadn’t expected it’d be so complicated trying to get a kid into a school…

That being said, his desire to spend a few days with his children grew stronger and stronger.

Especially when he saw how close Ruoruo was to Zhang Xiying. It reminded him of Shanshan and Yuran all the time. 

He thought about it for a little bit and decided to contact Lin Yiyi first to see what she could arrange and also ask her about how Little Yuran got into the school back then.

She had some experience in this matter after all.
