As soon as Killer and Dust got Corrupted away from Cross they attacked him with questions.

"Are you okay?"
"Did he threaten you?"
"Did he hurt you?"
"What did he say?"
"Why didn't-" "Guys can't you tell he's uncomfortable?" Horror said.

Cross looked at him with a thankful expression. "Thanks umm?"

"Ohh I'm Horror." He said. Cross nodded.

"Anyways." He looked back to the other two with his brows furrowed signaling to be quieter and slower with their words.

"Are you okay?" They asked together. Cross nodded with a bit of annoyance.

"Why does everyone think that Corrupted will to something bad to me?" Asked Cross with genuine curiosity.

The other three looked at each other having a mental conversation with their eyes.

"It's just he seems to have a strange fascination with you." Killer said finally.

"He hasn't acted like this since-" Dust trailed off.

Cross was curious. "Since what?" He asked. Everyone shoot a glare at Dust.

"Since nothing." Horror said quickly. "What we are trying to say is that it's not normal. Dream told us that you showed him your soul right?" Asked Horror.

Cross nodded. "It's just strange for Corrupted not to be him.... self." Said Dust.

"What do you mean by 'himself'. Ever since I have met him he's been very nice and polite." Snapped Cross. He didn't notice how angry he was, but them talking about Corrupted like he was some kind of monster made him feel mad.

Killer looked filled with anger, but somehow still managed to keep his cool. He walked closer to Cross, the other two stepping back knowing not to mess with Killer.

"Do you really want to know?" He asked. Cross nodded a little hesitantly. Killer sighed and took a deep breath. "Corrupted is the reason Outer stays in the white room. He actually scared him so bad one night that he never leaves. He also constantly torments Dust and Horror by hurting Lust and Blue. He taunts Classic forcing him to scream and hurt his voice. He tortures Fell reminding him of his life before the hospital. He hurts ME by hurting Outer and not letting me see him other than when Geno lets me, and worst of all the hurts Nightmare by forcing him out of his body, making him do things to his best friends and hurting his husband!" Killer had started to yell near the end.

Dust and Horror held Killer back. He looked like he was gonna go off on Cross. Cross was astonished. He stopped listening to what Killer was saying ever since he talked about Classic.

"And you have the audacity to say he's 'nice'." Said Killer, his expression was murderous.

"Enough Killer." Said Horror as he pulled Him back again. Killer scoffed and walked away.

"I'm sorry I-" Cross didn't know what to say.

Dust held out a hand for him since he had fallen back when Killer started towering over him. Cross stood up and looked to where Killer was. He was currently screaming at Reaper about something, but Reaper seemed completely calm and stern.

"He....." Dust rubbed the back of his head awkwardly. "He is probably the one who has been the longest with Nightmare. Except for Dream, Ink and the staff. He just needs to calm down maybe I should-"

"Is it true?" Asked Cross.

"What?" Asked Dust.

"Is what Killer said true?" Cross asked again.

Dust and Horror nodded slowly.

Cross sat down again and put his knees to his chest. He sighed sadly.

Horror put a hand on his shoulder. "Look on the bright side at least he's not doing it now? Though he probably will once he gets enough power." Horror muttered the last part, thinking to himself 'why hasn't Corrupted been around yet?'.

"You aren't helping." Said Dust.

Horror laughed. "Sorry I'm not very good at this." He got up and walked away.

"Look." Dust sat down next to Cross. "Even though Killer and even Fell may hate you for getting close to Corrupted it may work out for the better. I've seen it happen before and even though it didn't work out the best that time, I still think he can change." Said Dust.

That seemed to help Cross. "Thanks Dust." Dust stood up and started walking to where Killer and Horror were.

Did he actually think he can change? Of course not, but someone had told him that if Nightmare didn't get enough negativity then Corrupted would essentially die. The someone in question hadn't told anyone other than Dust in fear that Corrupted would find out and go crazy. Dust was determined to make Corrupted leave.

"Did you find anything?" Asked Cross.

Chara sighed and shook his head as he gently laid down on Inks bed.

"I thought you were 'a ghost who went through things'." Mimicked Cross.

Chara sat up. 'I can't HOLD things that doesn't mean things can't HOLD me.' He said.

Cross rolled his eyes. 'Do you actually like Corrupted?' Asked Chara.

"I don't know. I mean he seemed nice enough before Killer told me all those horrible things, but he's never done anything to me. Which makes me wonder......why not?" Asked Cross

"What the fuck is wrong with you?" Asked Nightmare. "I thought you would get to know his fears and other stuff like that, but no you actually like him." Nightmare couldn't believe it.

'Come on, just look at him. He's so cute and innocent, and the little kid part of him hates me so it's a win win.' Said Corrupted.

"I swear you never think about anything except your selfish life." Said Nightmare.

Corrupted growled. 'That's easy for you to say. You don't NEED to do anything to live. I do, and you not letting me get the negativity that I need will make me-'

"Then die. Life would be so much better if you were gone. MY life would be so much better if you were gone. Just fucking go." Yelled Nightmare.

Corrupted didn't know what to say, so he didn't.

Light tears started going down Nightmares eyes. He knew. He knew that if Corrupted didn't have enough negativity in him he would die.

That would mean he needed someone to love him though. That someone was Cross. The thought of using someone just to get rid of someone he hated disgusted him so much.

Plus it's not like Corrupted could even feel love anyways.............or could he?
