Festival planning fun

Another day, another class, who would have thought the surface would be this? Sitting in a classroom learning about things I've learnt before, surrounded by humans. If someone walked up to me from a year ago and said I would spontaneously appear in a new world as a human and attend a human school that I trained to get into, I probably would've thought they were out of their mind. But here we are now.

I sigh, leaning back on my chair and staring out the window, even in a new world, I can't escape the worst thing from the underground. They had to follow me here, now I'm waiting for a reset. I'm not sure if they can even use reset anymore, but it doesn't calm me, considering how much Frisk seems to enjoy my suffering.

"Sans? Sans? Are you ok? You've been staring out the window for the last 5 minutes." Midoriya says, snapping me from my trance.

"yeah, just zoned out." I say as I stand, he smiles a wide smile.

"Look, look! Look at me!" I hear Mina's shouts, pulling my attention over to where she stood. She steps forward, then back in a rhythmic way, then begins to full-out breakdance. Cheers erupt around her, Midoriya begins to mutter a bunch of things. His notebook appears seemingly from thin air.

"Maybe I'll try it, too." Midoriya says. I think back to a friend I had, he also danced in a similar way to Mina. He insisted on teaching me how to dance, it got to the point where I agreed so he'd stop nagging me about it. Looking back on it, although I only learned the basics, I have no regrets.

"Okay, boy, let's dance!" Mina says.

"Ok, um, please teach me!" Midoriya says, Mina nods.

"First, the two step." Mina says, showing the move. "Step forward and back, left and right, and swing both arms." Mina explains.

"L... Like this...?" Midoriya says while making a sad attempt along with Aoyama. I move my arms in legs in the same manner as Mina, doing my best to keep in sync. Mina's face brightens.

"Wow, Sans, you're a natural!" Mina says loudly.

"nah, i just learnt a little of this from a friend of mine." I say back.

"So now you're a dancer and a scientist?" Kaminari comments, I stop dancing and look over at him.

"i'm not a scientist, it's just a hobby." I lie, I, in fact, have a degree in science along with a few others of similar categories. I glance up at the clock, class is about to start. I go and sit at my desk, waiting for Aizawa to come into the classroom. Everyone sits down seconds before Aizawa enters the classroom. He's wearing his usual yellow sleeping bag.

"Good morning." He says as he makes his way to the front of the class. "Um... We're going to have a school festival." Aizawa says, the class erupts with cheers of joy. Aizawa continues to explain the sports festival with a mini speech, not inspirational or anything, just a speech. Aizawa makes his way over to the corner of the room, he slumps down and eventually falls asleep.

Iida and Momo make their way to the front of the class, Iida holding a small stack of papers.

"I, Tenya Iida, Class 1-A representative, will take things from here! I'll do my best to help things go smoothly! First, put out some opinions. If you have a suggestion, raise your hand!" Iida demands, the class begins to shout loudly, everyone attempting to be heard, causing their voice to raise in volume.

The shouting blurs into screams, painful screams. I feel my heart rate speed up and my breath hitch in my throat, the screams continue to echo louder and louder. I squeeze my eyes shut and clasp my hands over my ears, trying to block them out, but that only makes them scream louder.

"stop!" I shout over everyone else, my eyes snapping open. I find myself standing from my chair, the searing heat on the left side of my face tells me my eye is glowing yet again. All eyes are on me, even Aizawa's. "l-listen to the class reps, they won't be able to hear any suggestions from anyone if you all keep shouting over each other." I say, I sit back down in my seat and try get my breathing under control.

"Thank you Sans, now let's do this in a civil way. Put your hand up if you have a suggestion." Momo says, we go around the classroom, and the suggestions begin to pile up. Some were defiantly better than others. The class circles back into loud chatter, it was quieter this time but not any better.

"Quiet! Quiet down!" Iida says, trying to gain control over the class. Before he can, there is a certain chiming sound that seems to interrupt everyone. Class is over. Aizawa gets up and walks toward the door.

"That was a very illogical meeting. Decide what you'll do by tomorrow morning. If you don't... I'll make it a public lecture." Aizawa threatens, an evil look in his eye. The day passes into afternoon, then an early night, the class meets up to discuss our plan for the festival.

I'm simply waiting, they'll figure out which ones are really worth the trouble. After only a few minutes of talking, the class agrees upon a song and dance performance. Most of the course goes over to Jiro, she's the musician of the group or at least the best known one. Jiro and I's rooms aren't that far away from each other, so if she's playing music, I can hear her, and if I'm playing, she can hear me. It's kinda become a tradition, she plays a small part of a song, and I finish it off. It's great.

Eventually, they convince her to teach them, this is working out way better than in class. After that, I disappear off to my room to get some alone time. I flop onto my bed and stare at the ceiling, and enjoying the quiet, unfortunately, it's short lived. Someone knocked on my door, the temptation to tell them to leave was rather large, but I ignored it.

"come in." I say, letting out a quiet sigh as I sit up on my bed. The door opens, and Aizawa walks in. "evening aizawa, wasup?" I say casually in an attempt to set the slightly tense atmosphere to a comfortable one. As you can imagen, it didn't work. In fact, I'm willing to bet it made it even more tense than before. Aizawa walks over and sits next to me on my bed. He had a blank expression on his face, anyone who looked at him would think nothing was wrong, but after living with him for months, I could see that he was worried about something. More specifically I considered he was here.

"We need to talk, Sans."

A/N:

Hey guys, hope you enjoyed the chapter, cliffhangers. Am I right? I'm sorry it took so long to make. I've just been going back to old chapters and adding on a little, along with finding main pieces of lore.

When I started this fanfic, I didn't really have a proper plan, and now I'm trying to find the piece of the older chapters that may be important, lol. If you guys find anything that you think is important to the lore, tell me ;-;

I do have a rough plan now, and I will be continuing. I just need to make sure I'm not repeating things.
