Chapter 11- Part 2

I do not own the characters of TV show teen wolf such as Scott, Derek, Allison, Stiles, and so on. I do not own the show teen wolf. I do not own the ideas of the TV show Teen Wolf. (Though I wish I could be such an amazing writer as the writer of Teen Wolf!!!) I do own my characters such as Emily and her friend Stephanie because I created the two girls.

Chapter 11- Part 2:

-Emily’s POV:

I looked down at my phone and read one new message.

‘Almost ready?’ Derek asked.

My face turned bright red. He seemed pretty anxious to see me. I shook my head. ‘I am really overthinking this’ I thought, realizing how much I was worried about tonight.

‘Yes, can’t wait.’

I pressed send without even thinking about it. I had a mental breakdown right then and there.

I slapped my forehead realizing how stupid that sounded.

“Can’t wait! What where you thinking?”

I sat on the edge of my bed with my head in my hands mentally slapping myself. After a wile I got back up and looked at the clock. Only thirty minuets had past. I decided to go downstairs and watch some TV to pass time and calmed my nerves.

Flipping through the channels, I realized pretty much nothing was on but it felt like time was going a lot faster.

I sat there for a little wile longer, and then decided to run up stairs and check how I looked one more time. Before I could make it upstairs I heard the doorbell ring. Panicking again I reached for my phone looking at the time. It was only 3:30. That must not be him. Walking down the stairs I made my way to the front door peaking through the eyehole to see who it was. I accidently hit the door a little making a small creaking noise. I was pretty sure who ever it was heard it.

Leaning against the wall was a tall man wearing a black jacket.

Derek.

‘Oh no. He’s early.” I quickly pushed my self away from the door. I had to answer it now.

-Derek’s POV:

I couldn’t help the smile that played on my lips as I heard her on the other side of the door. I was a little early and had probably caught her off guard. The door slowly opened revealing a beautiful woman in front of me. My words caught in my throat. She looked so beautiful.

“Sorry I’m early.”

“Oh. It’s ok. You… just surprised me.” She stuttered while smiling.

“Are you ready?”

“Yes. I just need to go get my purse. Can you wait one second? Sorry.” She said.

“Sure.” I said giving her another warm smile.

She disappeared into her house. I made my way half way down the driveway to wait for her. In a matter of seconds she was outside her door, fumbling with her keys, trying to lock it. She turned towards me and smiled.

“Ok! Ready.” She said.

“Alright.” I replied opening the passenger side door so she could get in.

“Thank you.” She whispered, brushing against me.

I couldn’t help but notice the blush on her face. Making my way over to the driver’s side of my car I got in and started it. Backing out of the drive way I noticed she looked over at me like she was about to say something but didn’t. The first few minuets in the car were filled with silence. She looked over at me again as we passed the Coffee House.

“Derek? You just missed the Coffee House.” She said with a little laugh.

“I know.” I replied with a shrug but still smiling.

“Ok. Where are we going?” She seemed really confused.

“Well, I figured you aren’t in the mood for café food and are dressed more for somewhere else, so Iv decided we are going somewhere else.”

I could see her smiling in the corner of my eye. She didn’t say anything at first but after a while she looked over at me again.

“So what did you need to talk about?”

I straightened up having forgotten for a few moments why I had wanted to talk to her. I kept my eyes on the road.

“Don’t worry about it for now, ok?”

“You ok?” She asked.

“Yeah. Just a lot on my mind.” At least I wasn’t lying.

“Ok. Well you can at least talk to me about it whenever you want. I know we don’t really know each other that much but you can trust me.” She said reaching out and touching my arm.

I was completely thrown off by her brave words and actions.

“Thank you.” I felt a little more relived with her words.

For some reason, I knew I could trust her. The engine of my car roared underneath us leading us down the road towards my old house. I needed to show her first.
