"And you're sure?" The screen shows Yang talking with Ruby after her interview. "Yes, Yang I'm sure it was Uncle Qrow," Ruby replied, "No one else has the costume or anything that Uncle Qrow has." Yang rubbed her chin and hummed in thought.

"So Yang and me know about Qrow being the Batman?" Ruby offscreen asked the Boy. G-Fan nodded. "During Qrow's first year as Batman, Raven was married to Taiyang Xiao Long," he said, "Both Raven and Tai grew suspicious of Qrow with him returning  home with a few injuries once in a while. Ah, you know what, I'll show you in a different viewing."

The scene cuts to Ozpin's Commissioner office. The robber with the crippled leg places his casted leg on Ozpin's desk as his lawyer said, "My client hasn't been charged with anything and with good reason." Ozpin however seemed to be focusing on looking for something. "Where'd I put that stuff?" he muttered. 

As Ozpin dug through his drawers, the lawyer went on with his babbling. "Your guys didn't find any stolen money on him, and you have no witnesses connecting him to the robbery. And to say he suffered brutality is an understatement. Batman shattered his femur!"

"Shattered his femur?!" Most of the students along with Whitley, Willow, Klein, Ilia, Ghira and Kali, Roman shouted while held up a sign that said, That is the highest form of Brutality.

The adults and the villians weren't affected by this. Raven and Vernal, because they've done the same. Summer and Tai, the same as Raven though not as much. Ozpin's Inner Circle because they had him do worse than that. Salem's Grimm Circle, because their middlemen have been on the receiving end. Winter because she had couple of situations with some Atlas soldiers six years prior to the Fall of Beacon. (1)

"What did the lawyer mean by the robber not having charges pressed?" Ironwood asked. "Oh well, with none of the stolen money found, the robber is seen as a victim of assault." G-Fan replied. "And the lawyer is on pay with most of the criminals." Some adults shook their heads in disappointment at the information.

"It's like it's got a mind of it's own." Ozpin said patting his pockets, "Oh, there it is," he exclaimed, pulling a pack of gum out of his breast pocket. The lawyer continued as Ozpin ate a piece of gum. "I insist you drop this entire matter immediately. My client is the victim here."

"Done," Ozpin replied before turning to Neon Katt. "Katt draw up release papers for the 'victim' here."

Neon-Sir?

"Whoa, wait a second," the lawyer protested, he gestured to the crippled robber. "My client also has to be ensured of protection" Ozpin didn't seemed to be fazed and said, "You heard me Katt," As Neon left, he held his pack of gum. "Gum?" he asked. Both the lawyer and the robber stayed silent. They clearly didn't expect this.

"Why are you letting him walk Ozpin?" Dr. Oobleck asked. "Well, he can't be much of a threat with a shattered femur," Port replied. "I believe a certain Dark Knight will lend a hand with getting information from him," Ozpin said, taking a sip from his mug. Most stared at him with confused looks before the Boy gestured to look back at the screen.

The screen shows Qrow laying on a table as Vernal massaged his back. Raven was shown massaging him as well, though she looked like she didn't want to do it. "If it's suicide you're after," Vernal deadpanned, "I have a family recipe. It's slow, painful, you'd like it."

Raven-Mind sharing that recipe, Vernal? I might need it sometime in the future for my idiotic brother here.

The phone suddenly rang and Vernal went to pick it up. "Branwen Infirmary," she said, "One moment," she replied to the caller before holding it out to Qrow. "It's Commissioner Ozpin, no doubt calling for details on the funeral."

"Tell him the funeral's next winter," Raven said as she walked away. Qrow groaned before grabbing the phone. "Yes, Commissioner," he said to the phone. The Audience didn't hear Ozpin say anything, but they heard Qrow's responses. "You're releasing him right now? Interesting."

Vernal pulled out part of the Batsuit from the washer as Raven opened a  closet with multiple Bat capes of the same color. She pushed most a side saying, "Tonight's a special occasion." she pulled out a dark blue cape and said, "Ah-ha! Perfect." (Ruby-Aren't they all the same?)

"I'm still the prime beneficiary in your will along with Mistress Raven, aren't I?" Vernal asked holding up the Batsuit.

Some of the Audience chuckled between the interactions of Qrow, Raven and Vernal finding it amusing. Ruby, Penny, and Sun were still confused about Qrow having multiple capes. Winter slightly blushed at Qrow's muscles, as it brought some distant memories.

  The scene changed to show Vale in the night. The crippled robber got out of the taxi to his apartment. As he did so, the Audience saw a bat like shadow fly over him. ("Ooohh!!" "I get it now!!")

The robber opened a door to an abandoned apartment as he said, "Face? Anyone here?"

"Face?" Emerald repeated. Then it dawned on her, "Two Face," most of the audience said under their breath. The robber was one of Two Face's men.

Back onscreen, the robber received no answer before the door was slammed behind him. He and the Audience jumped at the sound. "Two-Face has already moved on," Batman said, walking out of the shadows. "He was smart enough to know I'd track him." he towered over the robber who took fearful steps away from him. "You weren't. So now, you're going to tell me what he's up to."

"S-stay back man!" the robber exclaimed swinging one of his crutches, "I have rights-" Then he tripped and broke through the window and landed on the fire escape. He now had some shards of glass in his forearm and cuts on his face. (Roman-Man, Batman didn't even touch him, and he's already bleeding.)

"Sure, you got rights," Batman replied stepping on the robber's crutch. "Plenty of them, you're also bleeding to death. And right now I'm the only one in the world that can get you to a hospital in time. So how quickly you decide to talk, is up to you."

"Oum, good thing he's on our side," Jaune said with a shudder. Roman and Neo felt glad that they never met Qrow in their life. "So much wasted potential," Salem shook her head. For a while she had tried to get Qrow Branwen on her side but to no avail. But there is one option I just need to bring him to me, she thought.

Back onscreen the scene switched to show Ozpin closing a brief case before he pulls on a large brown coat. The door opens and Neon came in with a file in her hands. "Commissioner, there's something you need to see," she said, handing the file to him. Ozpin took the file and opened. His eyes widened before he walked past Neon, "Follow me." he ordered.

  The Audience then saw the two walking on the VPD. Neon notices the large spotlight and turns to Ozpin, "You set it back up?" she asked to which Ozpin nodded. "Isn't there any other way to contact him?"

Ozpin-At least a dozen.

Neon-Then why?

Ozpin-So everyone knows. Hit it.

Across the city, Ruby sat at the window and Yang sat on her bed doing what everyone that knew her thought she wouldn't: Studying for school. Tai and Summer were heard talking about Batman's return. "Neither he or Raven told us what they were going to do," Tai said, "It's probably for the best, Tai. We both told them that we didn't want to be involved after Ruby." Summer replied. I kinda wish you guys stayed involved, Ruby thought before a bright light shone on her window. She looked up at the source and her eyes widened, "Yang," she said to her sister who  walked to the window and saw what the red-haired girl saw and they both smiled. On the Vale Life Building, was the light of the Bat Signal.

"Okay, that is awesome," Neptune said in awe. "Why does my brother have his own signal?" Raven said. "Jealous, Raven?" Vernal asked. "Can you blame me?" Summer opened her mouth to answer but Raven said, "It was a rhetorical question Summer," the white cloaked Huntress closed her mouth at that.

Back at the VPD onscreen, Ozpin was now shown speaking to Batman. "Two Bullheads stolen last night. One a state-of-the-art attack airship, the other an old army surplus job." The Audience mainly those from Atlas were surprised that two army Bullheads were stolen. "Got to be Two-Face."

Batman-His lackey didn't know much. Just whatever Black's planning, it goes down tomorrow night.

Ozpin-Sure, it's Tuesday. And the second of the month.

Batman-And Two-Face said it would be bigger than anyone can imagine. He's also rewrapped his face in bandages, not letting anyone see him.

"Why, what did he do to himself?" Ozpin asked. "You don't suppose he..." he trailed off and he did a slashing gesture to his face. "Maybe," Batman replied holding up the scratched silver dollar. "He's scratching both sides now. As if he's become consumed by his dark side."

He tossed the coin to Ozpin as he continued, "I wouldn't rule out that he's hurting himself," this surprised most especially the assassin's 'team'. "Must have been impossible to resist the compulsion."

"We still talking about Black?" Ozpin asked after he put the coin in his pocket. "You know you can't just bring in Mercury and be done with it. It's bigger than that now." He continued. "You've already ruffled up-"

"The White Fang," Batman said knowingly. "They're next on my list. But first things first." (James-He's right, the White Fang isn't up to anything, as far as we know, Two-Face has military Bullheads.)

Batman-A target that needs two army Bullheads, that's twice as big as anyone can-

The Dark Knight froze and both he and Ozpin turned to the building next to the VPD. "The Vale Life Building," Ozpin said.

Dr. Merlot was shown talking to a reporter. He now wore a shirt with the Batman symbol that had a red line slashed across it. Telling the Audience, (The ones that pay close attention.) that he doesn't like Batman. "Merv, I'm absolutely convinced of Mercury Black's innocence." (Emerald-Wait, what?) "But that doesn't mean he hasn't returned to crime. I know that sounds confusing to the layman so let me explain."

"You see, it all comes down to this Batman fellow," Merlot said. "His psycho erotic behavior is like a net trapping weak-minded neurotics like Mercury, (Mercury-HEY! Emerald/Cinder-Hahahahahaha!) drawing them into corresponding, intersecting patterns," The Audience see the scorpion Faunus from earlier was watching TV. His finger curled up a bit as Merlot continued. "You see could say Batman creates his own enemies, committing the crimes using his so-called villians as narscissistic proxies, (Ruby/Nora/Sun/Mercury/Yang/Roman-Uh, what?)  in other words, the real villian here is the Batman." At this, the screen zooms in to the Faunus's eye which widens at the statement along with the Good side of the Audience.

"Uncle Qrow is not the villian, he's the hero," Ruby and Yang were the ones who vocalized their protests against Merlot's claims. Along with Summer and the other members of Team STRQ. "Yeah and he most certainly doesn't create his own villians," Nora snapped. "It's best if they don't know yet," G-Fan whispered to the Fourth wall, not even the Faunus heard him.

"I'm questioning how he got his degree, if that's his thoughts of the Batman." Glynda said adjusting her glasses. "Oh, trust me Goodwitch," The Boy said, "You're not the only one."

The screen changed to show Batman holding a sniper rifle as he perched on an eagle statue. He checked if his grappling was on his belt before cracking his neck twice. He looks to the left and sees the two Army Bullheads flying towards the two towers. One of them lands on the landing dock behind Batman while the other fires at the second tower and multiple rooms were set ablaze. 

Debris falls from the tower and crashes down causing civilians to flee. The second Bullhead landed on the landing dock and Two-Face and his men walked out. One of his men hooked up a cable to the antennae on top of the roof.

The scene changes to a female reporter on TV. "Report just coming in about the explosion on the Vale Life Building," she said before the screen went static and said "Please Stand By."

The Audience then see Two-Face's bandaged face on TV. He stepped away from his camera before saying, "People of Vale, this Mercury Black. Sorry to interrupt your television viewing pleasure." (Yang-Yeah, it's not like we were watching the Vytal Tournament. Ruby-Uh, Yang we're not watching the tournament. Yang-Rubes, I was being sarcastic.) "Right now I'm sitting atop the beautiful Vale Life Building. With two bombs big enough to make both towers rubble." The Audience see Tai and Summer watching the broadcast as they gasped and their corgi dog Zwei jumps off the couch whimpering in fear.

Ruby appears next the Boy and tugged on his sleeve. "Yeah?" G-Fan asked, turning to the red reaper. "Can you bring Zwei here with us G-Fan?" Ruby asked. The Boy seemed to be hesitant. "I don't know Ruby, he might-" Ruby eyes began to water and her lower lip was now trembling. G-Fan groaned and sighed. "Fine, but if he makes a mess you and your family are the ones cleaning it up." He snapped his fingers and a black orb fell and slammed into his head, knocking the Boy down. The orb bounced and rolled until it was in front of RWBY. It unrolled itself and Zwei looked up and barked.

Three members of the team jumped up with happy smiles while the Cat Faunus jumped up with a terrified "Mew!" and she hid behind her seat.

"ZWEI!" Ruby cheered happily along with Yang, Weiss, and Summer. Tai pats the corgi while Raven scratches under his chin. The corgi walks past Adam who actually picks him up and looks him in the eye. "So, what can you do?"

Zwei-Bark!

Adam-You do seem durable and fast. What else?

Zwei-Woof! Woof!

Adam-Aura but no Semblance? That's fine, you'll find it eventually. Anything else?

Zwei-Bark!

Adam-Fireproof, huh? That is useful. You can go about your business. (2) 

Adam placed the corgi down and walked over to the down Boy and shook him by the shoulders. "G-Fan, you dead?" the Bull Faunus asked. "Yeah man," The Boy groaned. "Cool," Adam nodded and walked back to his seat. (See if anyone gets that reference.) Yang slightly turns head to everyone and asked, "I'm not the only one confused, right?" Nearly everyone in the room, even Salem and Ozpin along with Tyrian raised their hands up.

Back on the screen's TV, Two-Face continued, "You have 22 minutes to save them and my price is 22 million Lien." The TV went static and once again said, "Please Stand By."

"Dang, that's a lot," Roman said with a whistle.

Back on the other tower, the Batman grabbed onto the handrail before tossing two smoke grenades onto the floor. Dark gray smoke covered the whole area as most of the henchmen coughed up a storm. The two closest to Batman looked at the smoke behind them before Batman jumped up and punched the first one down. The second man turned around only for a Batarang to dig into his machine gun and the gun explodes as the Batman's shadow covered him over.

"Take them down Uncle Qrow!" Ruby and Yang cheered as Nora shouted, "Break their legs!" Ren and her teammates shook their heads but they had faint smiles on their faces. Summer cheered as well as Tai. Raven just smirked and Vernal leaned forward. Most of the adults kept quiet and the villians mainly hoped that the old man was gonna die.

The Audience and the henchmen started seeing silhouettes of the others disappearing before a grappling hook wrapped around a man's legs and pulled him into the smoke. One henchman looked around, fear clear on his face before the Batman jumped from behind him. (Sun-Bringing it from the sky!) Gunshots were heard and every shot lit up, illuminating the area as Batman took down every henchmen before he uppercuts one and only two men ran out of the smoke.

One of them fires at the smoke but runs out of ammo and a grappling hook pulls him into the smoke as he screams in terror. A shadow slowly approaches the last man who fires all his ammo before pulling out a pistol. The screen switches to his point of view and everyone sees a large figure with glowing red eyes, a glowing mouth, spiked shoulders, clawed hands, and large wings.

"HOLY OUM!" Almost everybody in the Audience screamed at the sight of Demon Batman. Ruby grabbed onto Yang. Weiss and her two siblings clung onto their mother. Nora hugged Ren. Velvet fainted and Zwei whimpered and hid under the seats. Neo teleported behind Roman. Hazel actually jumped at the sight. Tyrian screamed and hid behind Salem who was frozen in fear. 

   "I-is that Q-Qrow's S-Semblance?" Glynda said, trying to keep her fear in control. G-Fan wasn't scared, he seemed to enjoy the sight, "No, he just used fear gas from his enemy called the Scarecrow." he replied. This seemed to help the Audience to calm down. "Wait, if he is using this so-called fear gas, why hasn't he felt the side effects himself?" Sienna asked. "Well, he might have became immune to it by taking small doses over the years." The adults nodded. The Boy waited for a while for the young students to calm down and Coco to wake Velvet up before continuing the viewing.

The Batman walked up to the henchman and grabbed his pistol before the henchman finally couldn't handle it anymore and fell down holding his temples. "What is happening?" he asked as Batman approached the Bullhead. "Your favorite nightmare," the Dark Knight said casually, (Sun-I'm taking that line! Yang-Too bad, I call dibs!) "Should last about an hour."

The Batman opened the Bullhead and saw that the bomb was already counting down and was at a minute and a half. ("You said 22 minutes! It is so not been 22 minutes!") The Dark Knight grabs the terrified henchman and makes him look at the bomb. "How do I stop it?" he demanded.

Terrified henchman-Stop it?! It shouldn't be going! ("Wait, what?")

"Two-Face lied to you," Batman replied. "H-He said we were going to grab the Lien and run." the henchman protested. "The bombs were just for show!"

Batman-He wants to die, and take thousands with him.

Most of the Audience was silent at that. Roman, Neo, Emerald and Cinder both looked to the assassin who was uncharacteristically silent. "Merc?" Emerald asked but said boy didn't respond. Neo held up her sign, Yo Peg Legs, you alright?

Terrified Henchman-Can you stop it?!

The Batman pushed him aside and turned back to the bomb. "Cross your fingers," he said before he pulled a miniature hose from his utility belt and encased the entire bomb in ice. The timer froze just before it got to ten. The vigilante then ran to the edge and placed his harpoon into his sniper rifle and fired to the other tower. He then placed the anchor in the eagle statue before using his sniper rifle to hammer it in the statue.

The Batman then, stepped onto the rope line and ran across it like it was a sidewalk. (Ironwood-How is he able to do that? G-Fan-Years of doing it.) Two-Face's Bullhead started to take off and Two-Face seemed to have spotted the Batman tight rope running to his direction. Two-Fae fires twice at him. The first shot missed but the second shot hit the Batman in the chest, (RY/STR/W-Uncle Qrow!/Qrow!) luckily the bulletproof armor underneath held. As he fell, the Batman fired his grappling hook at the Bullhead. 

It shot past Two-Face and harpooned into the ceiling. Unfortunately for the Rogue, the Batman pulled on the line and caused the Bullhead to shake and Two-Face fell out of the Bullhead. It wasn't long until Batman caught Two-Face and they both swung through one of the windows on the lower levels. (Coco-That looked like it hurt.)

Back on the Army Bullhead, the second bomb's timer reached zero and the Audience see it fly a good distance away from the buildings before it exploded into a ball of flames.

Back with Batman and Two-Face, the Rogue got up and pulled out a pistol  and fired three times at the Dark Knight who dodges and jumps behind a office desk. Batman runs to hide behind another desk as Two-Face fires again. Then a chair rolls out in front of the Rogue who aims at it but stops once he saw what it was. He turns only for him and the Audience to see Batman flying at him before he was tackled to the ground. Two-Face aims his gun at the Bat vigilante but his gun was quickly kicked out of his hands.

Batman then pounces and grabs on Two-Face's bandages. "Show me," he growled. "What did you do?" It wasn't long until Batman did take the bandages off completely. "No!" Mercury protested, looking away from the Dark Knight, who froze at what he saw.

He wasn't the only one who was taken aback at the sight. More so than the other members of CREMN. "He's...okay," Roman said slowly. Yeah, Neo signed. "But then..." Cinder began. "Why did...?" Emerald asked but trailed off.

Onscreen, Mercury's face was completely undamaged. "I played along as long as I could," he said, his voice nearly broken. "While you and the docs had your joke."

Mercury-You got everyone to smile and kept their lunches down when they looked at me. Pretending I looked normal.

"You think I-" Batman said but Mercury interrupted him. "Cut it out!" he snapped, "Just look at me and have your laugh." The Batman stayed silent as he looked to see what the Rogue felt underneath. His whole face was red and lumpy and his eyes were now lidless and he had white hair. "Get it over with. At least both sides match right?" He looks down solemnly as his face returned to normal. "Look at me and have your laugh."

Mercury-Who are we kidding? They couldn't fix me...Nothing can change what I am.

Batman was silent before replying, "You and me both."

"Merc...are you alright?" Emerald asked. The assassin was silent before the thief hugged him close. Cinder gave him a side hug and Roman patted his back as Neo gave him a tissue. Mercury was only mildly confused for Cinder, Emerald, and Roman's actions, now got really confused with Neo and said, "Uh...thanks?" he took the tissue with a raised eyebrow.

"I don't get it," Sun said after Team CREMN separated from the hug. "His scars go beneath the skin," Ozpin answered. "It's what Batman said, Mr. Black's Other became consumed by his dark side." The Monkey Faunus nodded as the rest of the Audience let the information sink in.

Back onscreen, it was now daytime in Vale as Lisa Lavender's voice was heard, "I think it's a mistake to look at Batman's return in purely physical terms." she said as she appeared on a TV screen. "I think it's a symbolic resurgence of the common man's will to resist, a rebirth of the Animan soul."

Another news reporter holds his hands up, "Okay easy on the rhetoric Lavender," he says. "The only thing Batman signifies is aberrant psychotic force." This caused Qrow's family and friends to glare at him. "The man's a danger to everyone citizen of Vale."

"He's hardly as dangerous as the criminals he fights is he?" Lisa asked. "Batman knows exactly what he's doing." the male reporter says. "His kind of fascists always does." Before either reporter could say anything the reporter that sat on a desk in between them, interrupted them. "Sorry, Morrie and Lisa we're out of time." He said, "but I'm sure this debate is far from over."

The scene switches to show Ozpin walking into a small store as the bell rang. "Commissioner," Peter Port greeted. "Mr. Port," Ozpin said back.

Port-Shouldn't you be out so late? Not safe, even for our top cop.

"Wife forgot bean sprouts," Ozpin replied. "Sounds like she's got you eating right." Port said before wiping his face with a towel. "Got watch that red meat you know?"

"Everyone's a doctor," grumbled the Commissioner as he walked to the back of the store.  The Audience chuckled a bit. "You have a good night!" Port called out as he grabbed a small load of beer. The Audience see Ozpin's reflection off of a mirror as Port walks out of the store.

Suddenly the bud of a M60 gun slams into Port's head and falls down to the ground. A White Fang walks in and turns off the Open sign. 

"Oh no," Glynda said as she, the other professors and General Ironwood remembered that the White Fang here, targeted the Ozpin onscreen numerous times. The students remembered as well and some called out to warn him despite the fact he couldn't hear them.

Back onscreen, Ozpin's eyes narrowed as the Faunus chuckled, aiming his gun at the Police Commissioner. The Audience see a quick glimpse of Ozpin turning around before the view changes to the outside and a gunshot was heard, followed by two others.

Whew, that took a while. Since I'm not home, I rewatch the movie, but luckily YouTube provides the clips I need. 

(1) Just like in my other story, From a Bad luck Charm to a Creature of Darkness, Winter and Qrow used to date before the Fall of Beacon and started dating before Team STRQ split. And as Tai and the other members believe, "There's still love there,"

(2) A bit of a interaction between Adam and Zwei, inspired by a Adam-fanfic called Adam the Redeemer. It's a good story so far. I recommend it.
