~Sigtryggr catchup: book series~

How you meet:
You were the younger sister of Aelflead and therefore Edward's sister in law. You lived at the palace but were shunned by most due to your 'disability'- you were mute. You could hear just fine, but we're never able to speak. Your father pretended you didn't exist. When Sigtryggr took the palace, he was entranced by your beauty and even more entranced by the fact you showed him no fear. Then, when he learn you couldn't talk, thanks to your father, he was kind, and he saved you from the room with the rest of your family.

Your age gap:
Him- 27
You- 16

They Confess their feelings for you:
"Y/N," Sigtryggr smiled he entered the room where I resided. My room was inside the palace, and still made nice, as demanded by Edward, but it was hidden far into the palace, tucked away in the corner and up a flight of stairs. I ran to him and hugged him, him holding me equally as tightly. I somehow felt that I couldn't let go. "It's okay," he gave me a soft look, "Brida will not hurt you."
I picked up my pen and parchment and scrawled down in his language, "She frightens me." He was an educated man and could read well, luckily for me.
"Come, my dear," he began tenderly, "I promise she will not hurt you. I will not let her." He vowed, rubbing his calloused hand against mine. "Y/N, I do not believe it is a secret that I am in love with you. I would not let anything hurt you, ever, if you would- could- be mine..." he trailed off and just stared at my hand. Calmly, I grasped his with my own. I smiled. He smiled.
'I love you too.' I signed in the language of hands I was teaching him.

Their favourite thing about you:
Your determination. You never backed down for anything and you fought your way through, even with the disadvantage of not being able to speak. You found other ways to communicate and always managed to say what was on your mind one way or another. You were shy until he got to know you, then your real personality came out.

What they give you of their's and why:
He gifted you a small and dainty silver necklace he had gained in Ireland. The pendant was in the shape of a heart and he had carved the letter 'S' into it, and it hung on a leather strap securely around your neck, tied by him as a sign of your relationship

Your favourite thing about him:
He was diplomatic, not ruthless, and cunning. He was a man of honour and great intelligence, and these were huge allies to him. He didn't have to try hard to win your heart because the kind, caring side he possesses is all entangled within him

A song that reflects your relationship:
Die Together- Amanda Tenfjord

A nickname he has for you:
He calls you dear, my darling and my queen as his affectionate names, and he's not afraid to let everyone know how he feels about you

Your *first time* together:
It was after you were married. He refused to dishonour you before then and so, if you changed your mind, you would still be able to be made a wife to another. But you didn't. It was painful, as you had been told it would be, but he was gentle and sweet and loving and made you feel good in the end

His favourite place to kiss you:
He loves to kiss you on your lips, boldly and without shame

Where the Propose:
It was during negotiations with Edward and Aethelflead. Edward always had a soft spot for you, he felt what it was like to not be heard, and so when you approached and explained to him that you had an idea that could solve the peace, he was all ears. He agreed to Sigtryggr marry into the house of Wessex, therefore uniting Danes to Saxon, on the condition that Danes lived in peace and did not enter Wessex. You father, despite his lack of love for you, played face, trying to stop the marriage but he was useless, especially with the support of your sister, too, who just wanted an end to the war. Sigtryggr would agree to anything as to marry you.

If he does/ what is his Kink:
He has none. He is sweet and gentle. He is a man of honour. He protected you and loved you always.

How many Kids you have:
You had four children: a boy, a boy, a boy, then a girl, your first boys born just a year apart, your next son two years after that, and your daughter, six years behind her brother

Your children's names:
Boy- Friður (said: Free-th-ur)
Boy- Torsten
Boy- Halfdan
Girl- Tove

Your Wedding dress:

When you get married:
You were married, publicly, in Wessex, just a month after the siege had ended. It was a union for all to see, for it swore of peace for the ages. It was a Saxon ceremony, with the exchange of rings and a binding of ribbon between the two of you, and in the eyes of your God, you were married. Then, once you came to Jorvik that night, you had a Dane ceremony, so you were married in the eyes of Sigtryggr's Gods, and for his people to see there would too be peace.

When you have kids:
You fell pregnant a few months after your wedding, with your first son. You soon became pregnant again, Sigtryggr jokes that it was your youth that made you so fertile and how proud he was of your strength to carry these children. After your second son was born, you did not have another for two years. Soon after that a battle broke out with Brida's return and so the peace was disturbed, which is why your daughter was born six years later, once there was finally peace again, and your and Sigtryggr could raise your children in safety.

You tell them you're pregnant:
"The morning is beautiful my dear." My husband stated, happily, walking into the hall where I was reluctantly sipping on a cup of water. He kissed my head softly before he sighed. "You still do not feel well? Perhaps we should take you to Wessex, and find you a healer-"
"Sigtryggr," I calmly said, giving him a warm smile, "I do not need a healer."
"But you are sick my love, complaining of aches and you can hardly eat, and you have thrown up every morning for the last week- so please, tell me why I should not fetch a healer?" His voice laced with worry made me glance upon his face softly. "I will go to Frankia if I have to, pay every man, if it will make you well my love." He insisted. "I can not lose you, Y/N. You are my everything."
I smiled. And I took his hand into mine, lacing our fingers together and holding it tightly.
"You will not lose me, I swear, for I am not sick." I assured. He looked at me, blankly, with a flash of disbelief. He knew me to be stubborn. "My darling, oh my love, Sigtryggr, I am with child." I finally explained.
He pulled me into an embrace, pulling me over to him so I was sat on his leg, allowing him to rest his head against my shoulder, and sigh with a happy relief.
"Praise be to the gods!" He whispered before looking up to my face. "For I shall be a father." He cheered, making me giggle sweetly.
