~It's the birdmans birthday!! Well a day after... I really wanted to get a certain chapter up on his birthday but it's gonna be like two days late~
~Gahh I have so many dumb couple ideas I want to write but we're slowly getting there.... 🤔😏🤫~

It was the middle of the night, around 2 AM or so when Keigo had woken up. Waking up he felt a comfortable aura around him, one that was very familiar, one that he honestly just wanted to be embraced in and fall back asleep in. But as much as he would love to do that, there was just an odd sensation as if he had just awoken from a strange dream and so, he didn't let that warmth consume him and fall back asleep.

Blinking and rubbing the tiredness from his eyes, his vision adjusted to the semi lit room from the moon light and he notices the familiar surrounding before noticing your sleeping form right underneath him. That's when it hits him and his face begins to warm realizing that he's laying almost completely on top of you and partial memory of what happened the past few days start coming back to him.

As gently as he could he propped himself up, lifting majority of his weight off of you but still hovering over you as he attempts to get off of you without waking you up, but as he does so he notices the tightness around his wrist he stops to figure out what it is.

Looking down at his wrist he see the bracelet and a smile makes its way onto his features as he looks over at you recalling snip-its of when you had put that on him.

However it wasn't long before you woke up. While he admired you and the bracelet for a very short moment he was back to trying his very hardest not to wake you up, but as he tired to climb over you to get off of you he could feel you shifting in your sleep probably due to the newly added weight that now lied upon you.

Feeling the newly added weight along with the shifting of your bed, you woke up. Wondering what was so heavy and what was with all the movement happening on your bed, you stretched an arm out and rubbed your eyes tiredly and as your eyes adjusted to the semi dark room you see a stunned but sheepishly smiling Keigo on top of you.

Shocked that the cute little Keigo was now his adult self you let out a startled yelp as you simultaneously kicked and pushed him causing him to fall off the bed onto the ground and let out a groan.

Sitting up as quickly as you could you peered over the bed with a puzzled expression as you eyed the now large Keigo up and down with your brain still asleep trying to process if it really was the now large Keigo or if everything now was just all a dream and you were still asleep.

Keigo who is rubbing his side from the fall looks up at you to see your puzzled expression before a dumbfounded expression makes its way onto his face as he hears you say, "it's too early for this" as you pull one of your wings over yourself like a blanket and go back to sleep. '... Did she really just go back to sleep like nothing happened?' He questioned to himself.

"You did not just go back to sleep" Keigo says in disbelief with a dumbfounded expression still present as he stands up. You let out a tired yawn in response, with your eyes still closed you move your wing back and stick your arm out and pat the empty spot besides you, "sleep" is all you mumble out. In all honesty, you were too tired to deal with anything at the moment.

"What if I was some burglar or something?" He asked, you, still laying down half asleep with your eyes closed, reach your hand behind you to where you wing laid and plucked one of your long feathers. Extending your arm up with feather in hand, you basically stuck your arm in air and held up your feather in the air without sharpening it and waved it around. "You're helpless" Keigo just sighs in disbelief.

Faintly smiling in your sleep as you put away your feather, and again, you patted the empty spot on the bed, "sleep" you mumble out again.

Keigo, unsure of what to do stands there for a brief moment before just giving in and laying down next to you on your bed since that quirk did take quite a toll on his body once he transformed back. Once he layed down you smiled and pulled your wing over yourself again, this time having it where it covered Keigo too. Although it was a bit awkward for a moment, you were already fast asleep and as Keigo was just falling asleep he suddenly felt you nestle yourself right next to him because of how warm he was and because you needed something to cuddle against since you couldn't find your pillow or blanket.

Looking down at you he lets out a sigh as he smiles and gently wraps his arms around you under your wing and gently lay his wing over yours. Although in his mind it maybe a hopeless thought he can't help but think of it, 'only if I could do this everyday with you' he thinks to himself before letting sleep consume himself.

~Time skip to the morning~

You were the first to wake up and as you slowly stirred awake you felt a pair of arms wrapped around you as well as a slight weight over your wing. Your mind still just waking up you had not process all of that yet so as you let out a yawn and rubbed the sleep from your eyes, you caused Keigo to wake up. "Mm 5 more minutes" you hear a gruff voice say and you feel yourself being pulled closer to him.

Instantly you recalled what you had thought was a weird dream last night which in reality was just your half, well, mostly asleep state, not even process that Keigo had turned back and you just bluntly saying "sleep" and having him sleep next to you.

Keigo on the other hand after pulling you closer to him and feeling your body press up against his, he recalls exactly where he is and his eyes shoot wide open along with yours and the two of you just awkwardly and embarrassingly stare at each other for a moment.

"Ha ha, uh good morning" Keigo says sheepishly as he lets go of you. You, still staring at Keigo blankly trying to process 'what the hell happened again?' just let out a sigh since there had been so much that has happened between you and Keigo that this honestly didn't seem as surprising.

Although that wasn't as surprising and even though you had seen all of Keigo already during the switch incident. When your mind processed everything and you finally got a good look at Keigo and realized that he was shirtless, sure enough your face heated up and you quickly covered the bottom half of your face and turned around to get up. "Breakfast?" You asked trying to compose yourself and quickly get away from him.

Of course Keigo knew he was shirtless and although it is a little bit awkward he couldn't help but chuckle a little to himself when he notices the blush on your cheeks when you try to discreetly get a quick peek before turning around again, "sure" he responds with a cheeky smile taking notice of how your ears were flushed and how you quickly make your way out of your room. "Cute" he mutters under his breath before letting out a sigh as he runs his hand through his disheveled hair, 'you're always running though my mind and I can't help it...'

~Time Skip~

It was already, December, a month since Keigo was turned into a kid and surprisingly during that month, once Keigo had turned back, the sightings of the randomly appearing eyes had not been as frequent, well, that was until this week when there had been a number of reports from other hero's seeing those eyes appear again. And as for you, you couldn't help but shake off the constant feeling that there was always someone or something either possibly watching you or lurking near by whenever you were out on patrol. Keigo, who you would more frequently patrol with now had also taken a notice of that, and in all honesty he knows you're strong and capable of protecting yourself but deep down he wants to be by your side in case anything did happen which has been why majority of your day consist of Keigo being present around you.

However, aside from the weird eye sightings, during the span of the month until now, your and Keigos friendship continued to blossom from the constant time the two of you had spent together.

"Geez why am I always the target" Keigo says with his hands on his sides as he arches his back to stretch his back while simultaneously stretching out his wings as he walks along side of you. You sighed as you grabbed his arm and held it out in front of you as you pulled out a few feathers and placed it over the small scratches and whatnot he had littering his arm from the robbery the two of you had just stopped. During the arrest the group who had tired to rob the bank for some reason seemed to worship you and so when you attempted to arrest half of the group they let you without a problem and you were completely unscathed. While Keigos half on the other hand would not go down without a fight and although it was fairly easy for him he did get a few little scratches and whatnot on his arms and one small cut on his forehead.

"You know little you was less of a hassle compared to you now" you reply bluntly laced with a bit of sarcasm making him roll his eyes playfully before you smack his forehead with a feather in hand making him pout, "ah. You could've helped me since they all didn't even move a muscle when you were arresting them." You lightly laughed, "that's your problem, you chose that group..."

"Gosh you know, you were so cute when you were little, but what happened?" You mused sarcastically, "how mean" Keigo gasp jokingly with an offended look. Internally, 'you were cute little but Jesus fucken Christ you turned into a handsome, hot and sexy son of a bitch' you thought as you unknowingly scrunch up your nose scowling while side eyeing him, eyeing him up and down at that thought.

Keigo who sees you scowl while trying to discreetly check him out chuckles, "it seems like you think other wise with the way you keep eyeing me" he muses, you jab him with your elbow and walk ahead of him as your face flushes, "I hate you" you mumble making him chuckles, "I love you too" he yells out

Although you did like and adore little Keigo, you were glad he was back to his normal self.

Keigo quickly catches up to you before peering over at you, "oh yeah, give me your hand" he says with his hand out. "why?" You asked, skeptically looking at him as you slowly put your hand out, ready to retract it if you saw anything weird, "I'm not going to do anything" he says as he grabs your hand and you continue to look at him skeptically slightly leaning away from him. Before you knew it he had put a sliver bracelet with his feather attached to it on your wrist. Smiling contently to himself as he see how nicely the bracelet looks on your wrist he lets your hand go and continues on walking a head of you as you stare at the bracket, processing what it was for a short moment.

(Just like the one for Keigo, imagine this but with an actual feather that's red and slightly bigger)

You quickly ran up to Keigo holing up your arm with a confused look, "what...what's this for?" Smiling he lifts up his arm and pulls his sleeve down slightly, showing you the bracelet you had put on him, "since you gave me this and since I don't want you getting hurt or anything. Plus, if anything was to happen to one of us or if one of us was to disappears we'll always know where the other is and we'll always know that we have each other" he says as he detaches his feather and has it fly up and poke you in the cheek.

With your mouth hanging open about to say something your mind couldn't think of anything to say so you just shut your mouth and continued on walking feeling your face slightly heat up as Keigos feather on the bracelet reattached itself around your wrist. Of course seeing your reaction Keigo couldn't help but just smile at it, 'cute' he thought as he began walking to catch up to you again.

The two of you hadn't walk far when it all of a sudden began snowing and it wasn't long until the snow had piled up to your ankles as you and Keigo had continued patrolling. While patroling you didn't have your wings out but Keigo who did, had gotten a good amount of snow on them. So to get the snow off but also mess with you a little he spread his wings out towards the sides and gave them a few flaps sending snow at you.

"You-!" You say letting out an audible gasp, looking in his direction in disbelief when you feel some snow go into the back of your jacket as he laughs at you. Before Keigo knew it a snowball had hit him square in the face causing him to stop laughing and stare you at in surprise as he hears your beautiful laugh. But before you knew it the two of you were throwing snowballs at each other and using your wings to blow the snow at each other.

"Alright, alright, I give up, I give up, you win" Keigo says as he's plopped on the ground from slipping and you were kneeling in front of him constantly flapping your wings to send snow in his direction. You let out a triumph huff as you stand up and extend your hand out to him to help him up. The two of you were a snow covered mess, so once the two of you were up you each dusted yourselves off before continuing on your patrol as if the two of you weren't just covered in snow and occasionally tossing snow at each other while walking.

At one point the two of you were walking past an alley way when both of you had stoped simultaneously in your tacks and both peered over into the alley way. There was that feeling again as if someone was watching the two of you and at that, when the two of you did look in the alley way there were those eyes again near by the top of the building but pretending to ignore those eyes the two of you focused on someone who was possibly completely separate that was lurking in the alley way suspiciously.

The two of you were about to approach the figure cowering in the far corner of the alley way when all of a sudden a wave of mud came rushing towards the two of you "whoa" the two of you exclaim as you both quickly flew up into the air and sent feather to scout the area and evacuate the area. Just as the two of you were doing that and trying to look for that figure again the two of you hear a report through your ear pieces you had worn that day.

About a block or two away from where you and Keigo currently were, a man with a mud type quirk had just kidnapped a few people using his quirk and was currently on the run (If you watch One Piece, think of Caribou). Responding to that report you were informed specifically by Tsukauchi who was also responding to the report, that supposedly that person was connected to those randomly appearing eyes that have been keeping an eye on pro heroes, more so, you, the number 3 hero.

The chase was hectic as about two and a half blocks were covered in mud and snow from the perpetrator sliding his way though the streets and alley ways, and about half of the responding heroes and officers were covered in mud, including you and Keigo. Once that man was arrested he was immediately brought in for questioning and without even cleaning yourselves off yet, the two of you went straight towards the station to hear what he had to say since your patrol was essentially over at that point.

Getting to the station the two of you situated yourself in the connecting room of the interrogation room with the double sided mirror and listened in. "He he I could've made good money with those girls and that boy with the devil quirk" the man basically confessed proudly. Essentially from what Tsukauchi was able to gather during the interrogation was that the man had been kidnapping people and
selling them to a group of people who would create trophies, basically hunting trophies of peoples quirks, like using horns from people and whatnot, and the group could also possibly steal and transfer quirks.

Although it did sound a little bizarre, you couldn't really disregard it knowing full well that groups like that did exist.

~Small time skip~
By the time the interrogation was done for the day it had gotten late and since your apartment was the closest, Keigo, like usual was over at your place since you did have some of his spare clothes he left there.

"What am I'm going to do with you" you sighed as you motioned Keigo to sit down in the bathtub.

Now, you may be wondering why you two were in the bathroom, well, because of the chase, luckily for you during that chase you only got mud on the lower half of your body and you were able to easily clean yourself off, but unluckily for Keigo and a few others, they were basically covered head to toe in mud. Yes, Keigo could've cleaned himself by himself but with how the mud had dried on his hair and wings he needed a little help with that.

Of course, you had already showered and were in shorts and a tee shirt and Keigo wasn't completely naked but he was stripped down into just his boxers because all of his clothes had mud caked onto them and you had just thrown them into your washer along with your clothes.

Keigo turned his head to look at you, "love me and take care of me" he playfully says with a smile on his face. You deadpaned at him and smacked the side of his head lightly making him pout at you. "Didn't you say you loved me when I was turned into a kid?" He mused, your cheeks flush a bit as you pursed your lips to form a thin line and without answering you pulled down the shower head and doused Keigo with water before pouring shampoo in your hands and semi harshly scrubbing his hair making him wince, "ah I'm sorry, I'm sorry" he mused chuckling.

~Dabi's POV ~
It was just around the same time, about midnight when he received a phone call on one of his so called work phone, picking it up he hears a woman's voice. "Are you Dabi?" The voice ask. "Who's asking and what do you want?" Dabi replies bluntly as he usually does for this kind of work. "The names not important but I want the number 3 hero dead, poison them or whatever, I want them dead by tomorrow night and I need their body. I'll pay you however much you want" the woman says sinisterly.

Dabi who is use to these kind of request would accept them majority of the time, however since the request was for a pro hero higher up in the rankings and since it was you, who in a way he sees as a younger sister, of course he turned down the request. "You should already know I don't accept these kinds of request no matter the sum. I can kill any hero as long as they aren't high up in the ranks. If I did things wouldn't be this easy." He says annoyed. Because of his response he hears the woman on the other end scoff, "no amount or offer will make you change your mind?" The woman ask, Dabi could essentially feel the sinister smile through the phone. "No" Dabi replies bluntly ready to just about hang up when he hears the woman scoff again and the phone hitting the ground as if it was tossed to the ground in anger.

Just as he's about to hang up, he stops, his thumb hovering over the button when he hears in the distant the same woman talking to another person. "So fucken irritating, he said he won't do it no matter what the offer is! Things could've been easy but that mud idiot just had to get caught! Go get the stuff and call everyone else, tell them to be ready by tomorrow night we'll just have to do it ourselves!" The woman essentially yelled at whoever she was talking to.
