war party

It's been a year since their beloved home caught fire, everything changed Amiryat grew closer to her father so you can say, he was less harsh on her thanks to Neytiri, she also got to enjoyed the nights with her brother lo'ak when they left their home in the middle of the night when their parents were sleeping.

Amiryat also spent her days with her mother hunting, sometimes Neytiri had the need to go hunting with her daughter, Jake would sometimes tag along with them and when he did so did her other siblings almost like family bonding time, throughout the year Neteyam had taught Amiryat how to fight, he didn't want her to be defenseless whenever he wasn't around to protect her or his siblings.

"I know what a punch is, nete." Amiryat rolled her eyes at her brother, even if she was older then him, Neteyam would act if he was the oldest and make her feel small.

"Well do you know how to use it." Neteyam pulled back bring his hands up into position, Amiryat nods immediately. "Yes, don't go easy on me, okay?" Neteyam smiles cheekily.

Amiryat took a swing towards him but Neteyam slapped her arm away making her stumble away from him, she stood there in disbelief at the action, "what you said don't go easy on you." Neteyam smirks.

Amiryat tsk moving back to position, just when he threw a punch she caught it twisting his arm kneeling him in the stomach making him a groan clutching his stomach, she took the chance to flip him over her body to slam down onto the ground. Neteyam cried out at the impact staring up at the sky. "tsnì sngap!" (That's stings!)

Amiryat smiled with a laugh, before helping him off the ground, "mom taught me that one." She told him, touching his body to see is there weren't any real injuries. "Your fine, nothing but a few bruises." Neteyam slapped her hand away.

"few bruises?" He scoff wrapping an arm over her shoulders helping himself to keep balance, "my freaking back hurts." Amiryat patted his back earning a "ow!" From him. "My bad."

"That is the last time you two are left alone." Mo'at, thier grandmother scolded them, Amiryat apologized helping her with Neteyam's wounds. "Your lucky your mother isn't here to hear about this."

Neteyam yelp gripping the white cloth Amiryat gave him to hold. "Yeah— cause then she'll poke out my sisters eyes— ow! Please hurt me more." He glared arching his back.

"I might as well." Amiryat mutters wiping her hands from the herbs, stepping away watching the rain outside the hunt hit the ground. "When are they coming back?" She asked her grandmother.

"Midnight, they should have this whole night to themselves they need it." Mo'at shook her head, applying a yellow liquid to his back, massaging it into his skin glancing up at her granddaughter.
"We don't have to tell them about this." Amiryat smiled nodding.

Jake had taken their mother on a date, but her father called it 'date night', he said it was something beautiful to do with your lover, to spend on night with them with no problems or interruptions just them, Amiryat wishes to have that one day when she meets the right one.

"Tuk, my baby sister." Neteyam called out from the seat he sat on, a small blur of blue ran inside with a giggle shaking her head from the rain. "Where is lo'ak and kiri?" He asked her, Tuk huffs saying.

"Lo'ak is with spider and Kiri also with Spider."
Amiryat looked out the sky seeing that eclipse was soon arriving. "I'll go find them, Tuk stay with your brother and grandmother."

With that Amiryat took off into the rain with nothing but her weapon attached to her hip in case of anything, pushing the leaves as she ran through the trees seeing a tall blue figure. "Lo'ak!" She yells catching his attention. "Kiri! Spider! Come now. Go home."

The three teens stood up from their spot acknowledging their sisters words running back home. Amiryat grew curious what they were looking at, that's when she saw the battlefield her father had fought quaritch nearly sixteen years ago, she hadn't been there since her father scolded her for being there.

Sleeping was her favorite thing to do another then to hunt, sleeping was her way to escape from the world for some reason she loved the idea of drifting off and dreaming about the most adventurous things. But that night she couldn't sleep, seeing the place where her father nearly died as a human made her wonder about many things.

Her parents had yet to come from their date and she had been waiting for them to return like she always did, like a mother waiting for her children to return, but a times they would find her already sleeping on her side. "I'll take her to bed." Jake whispered to his mate as they went their separate ways.

Amiryat ears twitched listening to the feet get closer to her from where she sat, Jake touched her shoulder only to find her awake already, "babygirl, why are you awake?" He asked sitting down by her on the ledge. Amiryat exhaled looking up at the stars. "Was waiting for you and mom." She answered bringing her leg up to her chest, "how was date night?"

Jake smiled. "Like every other day, magical." His eyes sparkled at the memories he shared with Neytiri before he asked. "What about your day, how was it?" Amiryat smiled at the thought of almost breaking Neteyam back.

"Good, Nete 'taught' how to throw a punch but then I almost broke his back in the process and gave him a few bruises." She admits with a laugh. "But he had it coming, he decided to challenge me."

Jake shook his head with a chuckle tussling his daughters hair. "You are your mother's daughter, what else did you do? anything I should know involving your other siblings?"

Amiryat knew she couldn't tell father about her siblings being at the spot he never wanted them to be at, she knew he would instantly knew it was lo'ak' idea to go there, so she shook her head instead. "Nope, they were surprisingly good today."

Jake hums in approval, "good, come on, let head to bed." He says pushing up on his feet along with Amiryat. "It's been a long day."

Weeks have gone by faster than expected, the war party was preparing for another attack from the sky-people, she had been training to fight back her whole life but her father kept her in the skies to keep a look out with her two brothers. "Lo'ak please don't do anything stupid." Amiryat says hoping onto her ikran, connecting the ends of her queue with KRO'

Neteyam laughs agreeing with his sisters words. "Yes, dad wouldn't be very happy." And with that the na'vi flew away heading to the trees. "Lo'ak." Amiryat stern voice grabbed his attention. "I mean it."

Lo'ak sighs watching his sister fly away from his view, "yeah, alright." The teen na'vi joined them on the field, flying above the rest of the na'vi keeping an eye on anything that looks suspicious, she had her hands gripping the bow tightly.

"Bro! We have to get down there." Lo'ak' eyes glimmered with excitement wishing to be apart of the party, Amiryat immediately shook her head turning to Neteyam, the eldest son grins. "No way! Dad would skin us."

"Don't be a wuss." Lo'ak turned his ikran around diving into the crowd. Amiryat shouted his name yelling for him to come back. "Lo'ak! You are going to kill me one day!" She yelled following after her baby brother. Neteyam left out a frustrating groan flying down after them.

"Lo'ak!" Amiryat tied her bow across her body running after her brother with Neteyam right behind her. "Lo'ak! You don't even know how to use it!" She scolded him.

Lo'ak cocked the large weapon in his hands facing her. "Yeah, I do, dad taught me." He raised the gun aiming up at the air, he was testing their patience. Neteyam kept close to them glancing around.

"Gunships!"

Amiryat instantly took her brothers arms dragging them through the field. "Come on! Get back home!" She ran fast losing her grip on both of them. "Shit!" She cries turning around when a explosion of fire smack her in the face knocking the air out of her lungs.

Jake heart dropped as he's three children were caught in the haze of the explosion immediately diving into finding them. "Lo'ak! Neteyam! Amiryat!" He shouted when he found his youngest and oldest sons. "You okay? Where your sister? Where?" Lo'ak pant taking Neteyam's arm blinking pointing behind them. "Go get out of here!" Jake usher them away.

"Amiryat!" He yelled through the smoke and fire, climbing a helicopter spotting blood over it, his thoughts instantly thought about the worse thing. "Oh no, Amiryat!"

He cried again, moving back down finding a smaller figure face down. Flipping them around to see the side of his daughters face covered in blood, she groaned facing her father, "dad?" he picked up her head checking her backside for any wounds. "What are you doing down here! Huh? What were you thinking!"

Amiryat could only groan when her father picked her up throwing her over his shoulder "I'm sorry, dad." She apologized weakly as he took her ikran to fly them back home.
