After a few minutes of silence, he decided to break it.

"Why were you falling off the building? You don't have to tell me if you don't want to." He said as he stared at you.

"Life at home is hard.." You whispered looking down. You didn't want to tell him everything that happened, so you kept it short and simple.

He nodded as he walked over to his jacket, grabbing his phone out of it.

"Do you have anyone you can contact? Like a aunt or uncle?" He said trying to help out.

The truth is you had no one, only your sister, but even she didn't want you.

You shook your head as your eyes started to fill up with tears.

"I don't.. my parents are dead and my sister wants nothing to do with me.." You say as your voice started to break.

He lifted up your chin, wiping the tears from your eyes.

"It's ok, don't cry. You can stay here then until you find a place." He said as he stood up, stretching his arms out wide.

Is he really going to let someone like you live with him?

"Oh it's okay I can just sleep on the streets, I used to do that a lot" You say as you nervously laugh.

"There's no way in hell I'm letting you sleep on the streets." He said as he put his arms down.

"By the way I never got your name" He said as he walked back over to you. You don't know why, but the feeling of him close to you made you feel safe.

"Y/N. Y/N L/N" You said as you looked at him.

"Ok Y/N, as you probably know I'm Hawks, but you can call me Keigo!" He said as he looked back at you.

"I'm going to go make a phone call, so just relax here ok?" He says as he walked over to the door with his phone in hand. You nodded, as he walked out of the room.

Once he left you let out a sigh, feeling your heartbeat slow down.

I still wonder why. Why would he waste his time on someone like me.

Mid thought you looked back down at your arms. They were wrapped in a white bandage with some blood seeping through.

Did he wrap my- who am I kidding he's the only one that was there, so of course he did.

As you were looking down at your arms, Hawks walked in.

"Told you I'd be back." He said as he laughed at his own statement.

"Anyways, I called your teacher, Shota Aizawa. Before you ask how, I looked up your name, to find he was your teacher. I called him to inform him about the incident and let him know that you'll be staying with me until further notice," He said. He continued on about how I will still be going to school and everything.

"Now, I have a guest room you can stay in so follow me." He said as he walked to the doorway.

You tried to get up again but your legs gave out. Before you could hit the floor you felt a pair of hands wrap around you, catching you before you fell.

You looked up to see it was Hawks. He ended up carrying you to the room.

"I can walk on my own" You said as you tried to squirm out of his grip, he just let out a laugh.

"From the looks of it, I don't think you can" He said as he continued to laugh, taking you to the guest room.

Once he opened the door, your eyes widened. The room was huge. He placed you down on the bed, then walked back to the middle of the room.

"My room is right down the hall, in case you need me." He laughed as he went to walk out of your room.

"Where are you going?" You asked, he soon turned around, looking back at you.

Why would you even ask him that, he's his own person, plus he probably has hero duties.

You thought, before you could say anything he cut you off.

"I have to go get something, but I'll be back" He said with a smile, as he turned around and walked out of your room.

You flopped backwards on the bed. It was so soft, you could feel yourself sinking into it.

After a few moments of laying there, you decided to grab your phone. Before looking at it, you were curious on how it didn't fall out of your pocket.

Soon you pushed the thoughts out of your mind, turning on your phone.
