Oh. My. God.

"I know it was my fault but that didn't mean you could be an ass about it." I said exasperated under my breath.

I removed my mask and drank the remaining coffee that was left and threw the cup in the nearby trash bin. I waited by the lounge chairs for my sister.

After a few minutes, I caught a glimpse of a familiar fur coat walking towards the exit. The only difference was that she was now wearing a denim jacket and had her coat draped on one arm.

I huffed. Why the hell is she so beautiful? I'm having a hard time staying pissed at her.

Feeling my guilt overpowering the annoyance and admiration I felt for the beauty, I stood up to apologize as it was truly my fault in the first place.

But before I could take a few more steps to reach her, someone clung onto my right arm.

"Eonnie!~"

I turned towards my younger sister with a smile, "Yeseo, what took you so long?"

"I got caught up with a beautiful unnie in the bathroom.~"

"Speaking of beautiful," I looked back towards the exit which was now missing a certain figure, I sighed when I didn't spot her anymore. "... Nevermind, I lost her."

"Omo~ Yujin eonnie, why are you looking for girls when we are supposed to be on a date today." Yeseo pouted.

I laughed and pinched her cheeks. "Is my dongsaeng jealous? Arasso, I will only have my eyes for you today."

She craned her head to the side. "Who were you looking for anyway?"

"I didn't even know her." I sighed and began retelling the accident earlier. Now that I was telling someone else what happened, I realized that I was too rush with my words and a new level of guilt enveloped me.

Noticing that I haven't heard a word of reaction from my sister, I turned my head towards her. The little monster actually had the audacity to give a smile so big it could take up her whole face.

I pouted and immediately pinched both her cheeks, "What's that smile for? Are you finding joy in you eonnie's bad luck, huh?"

Yeseo laughed and grabbed both my hands. "I think the pretty unnie I met in the restroom and the beautiful eonnie you met are the same.~"

I froze at her words. After laughing for a few more seconds at my expense, she finally told me what happened when she was in the bathroom earlier. This was all a weird coincidence and I definitely got the short end of the stick for angering the beauty. I was mad, okay? Ugh, that doesn't justify me being an ass, too.

"So she can actually speak korean!? Then why was she speaking Chinese to me earlier!?" Yeseo shrugged in reply, not knowing the answer either.

I sighed. "I was only able to understand her because I can understand Chinese a little. You remember Elkie– my friend from college, right? Whenever I annoy her, she would switch to Chinese so I learned a few things." I laughed at the memory. "The times she repeatedly told me to 'shut up' was so deeply ingrained in my head that I was able to understand what the woman said earlier despite saying it in almost like a whisper. But the woman earlier was fluent and quick when speaking, so I had to take some time before understanding what she said."

"Did she say anything else? You looked like you wanted to slap some sense into someone earlier." Yeseo giggled.

"I'm not sure with the exact translation but I heard her saying that I had bad breath. And I was wearing my mask earlier! She was obviously just being mean."

She pondered for a moment before saying, "I really can't imagine that we're talking about the same woman. The eonnie earlier seemed distant but kind. She didn't really wanna take my jacket, too."

"Then why didn't you get out the restroom together?" I asked.

"'Cause I hid from her after getting out.~"

"Why would you? Wait– was she being meanβ€”"

"No, no! I just didn't want to accept her thank you, I guess. I knew that she wouldn't accept no for an answer, that's why I just thought I'd hide from her."

I laughed at her reason. "Aigoo, my Yeseo grew up so well. But you really should have accepted her offer."

A teasing look fell on her face. "Omo, why? So that you could meet her again?"

I rolled my eyes, although a part of me did want to see the cold beauty again. "No. So that I could apologize properly."

"Okay~ Whatever makes you sleep at night, eonnie.~"

"Yah! If you still want me to buy you clothes, you better forget about what happened." I playfully threatened.

"Hm? What were we talking about again?"

I laughed.

"... After that, you'll have press conference for your comeback release in Mvsk Hotel. I already talked everything out with Bora eonnie so all we have to do left is get you there on time."

"Yes~" I acknowledged.

I was already back at home with Yeseo. Whenever I'm in Seoul, I would always make sure to stay home even if I have to travel hours on end to my schedules. This was the first house I bought out of many for my sisters and I. It was located in Cheongdam-dong. We were located in a relatively quiet place and I didn't have to constantly worry about our safety and privacy.

I was an idol so I knew that my safety and privacy would always be at risk, but I wanted to protect my sisters from the media as much as possible. Although I can't really do much with what they do in their social media accounts.Β Although my uttokis know I have two sisters, I never really publicly showed their face or gave out their name. Not because I was embarrassed of them, but they wanted to keep it that way and I respect their decision.

I finally hung up the call when my manager was done briefing me with my schedule for next week.

"Eonnie~."

"Oh?~ What is it, Karu-chan?~" I asked my other sister and patted the sit next to me.

Ezaki Hikaru is actually a native Japanese who was adopted by our adoptive parents when she was around six years old. Back then, she was really quiet. It was at a point where we thought that she was deaf. The adoption center told us that she might have been traumatized because she was sent there by the police after an incident. It was presumed that she was illegally brought here because she couldn't speak Korean but was fluent in Japanese. Our adoptive parents took pity on her, and seeing that she could become playmates with Yeseo, they agreed to formally adopting her.

"Yeseo told me you bought her clothes," I rolled my eyes as I immediately knew where this was going. "And it just so happens that I've been eyeing a headset I need for streaming.~"

I playfully grabbed both her cheeks and pinched. "Fine~ Go buy it and I'll pay for it." She squealed and hugged me tight while bouncing up and down on her sight.

"You're the best, eonnie.~"

"I know." I smiled and softly pat her bum. She bid me goodnight before running back to her room.

"Don't run up the stairs!" I yelled back and heard her quick steps slowing down.

I shook my head and closed my eyes to rest my head on the back of the couch.

I've been hiding those two from the media but ironically enough, both of them are some sort of public figures. Hikaru is a streamer and as far as I know about that industry, she's doing a great job at it for the large amount of viewers and donations she receives. On the other hand, Yeseo is a scholar in Miracle Arts Academy. She's been acting supporting roles in a few television dramas and cameos in music videos.

I guess it's probably a family thing to demand attention.~
