Can We? My Dream.

I barely heard what Barry said. I was so knocked up on drugs I could barely think. I opened my eyes and saw him. "Barry..." I said softly. His name was a mouthful. I wanted to say thank you. I don't really remember that much of the past two days, Lisa's hits, plus the surgery caused some memory loss.
Two Days Later---------------------------------------->

I woke from the general anesthetic that the doctors were giving me. Everything was so bright, Barry was on the chair sleeping adorably with his head down. Minutes passed by, if not for Cisco I could stare at him for eternity.
"Caitlin!" Cisco said in excitement.
"Shhh!" I pointed to Barry snoring now.
"Sorry. How long were you awake for?"
"Ten minutes I think." I checked my watch, "How long has he been here?"
"The past week." Cisco looked. "He even brought my-- our suit here, and goes from here, and comes back just to check on you."
I smiled. "How are you?"
"Fine," he breathed, "keeping an eye on you two isn't really easy. You know. Don't focus on me right now."
"Thanks Cisco."
Barry breathed in, then out, and opened his blue eyes wide open. "Caitlin!" He rushed over to me. "You're awake!" He hugged me.
"Owww. Barry, you're suffocating me!" I laughed.
"I don't care." He said "I'm so sorry, it was my fault that they got you."
"That what you've been doing? Blaming yourself? Don't do that to yourself, Barry, it wasn't your fault."
"I thought you were gonna--"
"I didn't. We have the same conversation over and over again don't we?" I said with huff. "It's fine, I'm alive." I wanted to say more oh like I love you but I can't because you're The Flash. I wanted to ask him if he does back. But this,-- this team will complicate.
The doctor walked in. "Ahh Ms. Snow. You're awake, I want to take some X-Rays and some blood work to see if the anesthetic wasn't too harmful for your body."
"Then I can go home?" I asked praying.
"Yes."
"Finally."
After a long day of various x-rays and at least 2 pints of blood, the doctor said that my blood is fine. But he would like to see me in two weeks, my temperature was a bit below normal.
Barry helped me home. He carried me and my bags. He's stronger than he looks, I guess. "I can cook you dinner."
"No Caitlin. The doctor told you to stay off your feet. Your wounds have to heal. I'll cook dinner."
"Barr--" he sped out the door, and came back with grocery bags.
"Do you like Chinese?"
I smiled brightly, "Barry Allen, A Cook, A Singer, and Superhero. Are trying to be the world's perfect man?"
He laughed, "I'm a terrible cook, I was just gonna order."
We both laughed. "Fine with me."
I started feeling woozy.
"Caitlin?"
"Barry--" I suddenly fell.
"Caitlin!" He caught me before I hit the ground. "Caitlin?"
"I-I'm fine, I was just dizzy, it's probably the anesthetic wearing off. Don't worry about me." Could we really do this? Was he about to do what I feel he's about to do? I could feel all the world's gravity pulling us together. We quickly separated thinking the same thing. No. This can't happen. It'll hurt too much.
"I'll just call, then." Barry said awkwardly. "Where's the-"
"On the counter," I cleared my throat.
"Screw it." Barry said, pulling me so close that I his fast heart beat. Ba-Bam -Ba -Bam
We locked eyes, and he leaned in toward me, he laid his hand on my face and kissed me softly. The kind of kiss you've been longing for your entire life, during which the whole world stops just for a moment. The electricity flowed.
That Electrifying Kiss.
That kiss where you can only have with one person. I didn't care if my body hurt or not, my heart would ache without Barry Allen.
"I love you Barry." I said out loud for the first time. I didn't care if he was The Flash, for now he was enough to fill my heart.
He smiled so bright, "I love you Caitlin." I smiled and he kissed me again.
Bridal style he carried me to my bedroom, and laid me down on my bed.
His kisses moved down my body, and I took off his shirt. He wrapped his arms under my shirt and unclipped my bra, and I slowly took off my shirt. I took off my pants and I unbuttoned his. We both took out the last piece of clothing, and he kissed me. His kisses were passionate, kind but rough. It made me long for more. Then he put himself inside me.
------------------->NEXT MORNING.<----------------
I woke but he was already up, still in bed. Staring at me. I smiled tiredly. "Hi." I threw my arm over his chest. He put his left arm on me to get closer. I just wanted to escape in his arms. He warmed me.
"Good morning." He said with a low husky voice. "How was your sleep?"
"We barely had any." I said, jokingly. He smiled.
"You know you should smile more. You look more beautiful when you smile."
I couldn't stop smiling. I loved him and I couldn't stop worrying whether he felt the same. "Pancakes or Waffles?"
"I'm a horrible cook, I know this small diner on 8th it so good, you want to try it?"
"Barry Allen. Are you asking me on a date?" I asked.
"Dr. Caitlin Snow, will you go out on a date with me, Barry Allen?" He said smiling.
"Yes." I replied quickly following a kiss.
Barry's phone started to ring. "I'm gonna ignore it." He kissed me. "God your kisses kill me." He said.
To me his touch feel like sparks.
I laid myself on top of him, I felt his warmth and heard his rapid heart beating. He put both arms on me.
I just wanted to stay in this moment, maybe forever.
For a moment I forgot about Wells, about the Particle Accelerator, and Metahumans. But not Barry Allen. I love him. Nothing could change my confession of my heart to him.
