After jacob overheard what his girlfriends said about not having a gift for him, he remembered he didn't get anything for them as well since they've been togethor for, like, 3 months or something like that. now we see jacob entering a store and started to find the perfect gifts for his girlfriends, but then he sees a woman that his dad knew before he died and started to walk toward her

Jacob: hey, is it ok if you help me look for something?

he asked to a woman with the name ''kelly smith'' on her nametag, who smiled at jacob

Kelly: oh hey jacob, it's been a while.

she said politely

Jacob: yeah, it has been a while. i heard that this store got new employees, how are they doing?

he asked

Kelly: they've been really helpful here ever since they moved into San Diego, i mean just look at them.

she said as she pointed at her new demon co-workers as a hellhound was holding a big box filled with decorations for the store and a succubus flew up to place some wraiths on some signs, which made a male human employee give her a double thumbs up and jacob smile at seeing them being helpful to the store

Kelly: so, is there anything you need, jacob?

she asked

Jacob: well, i'm here looking for presents for my girlfriends and i was wondering if you could help me find some that are perfect for them.

he said, making kelly smirk

Kelly: oh, so it is true that you have a harem. well i got some gifts that are perfect for them. follow me.

she said as jacob shrugged his shoulders and started following her to the back of the store, then left with kelly holding a black box and then blew the dust off of it, making jacob cough at the dust contact and then sees kelly opening it, revealing some gems of different colors

Kelly: these jewels are extremely rare and because of that, they're worth a fortune by the person who sold these to this store. in other words, these are perfect for for girlfriends.

she explained as jacob looked at the gems in interest

Jacob: how much are these jewels?

he asked

Kelly: i'd say....$1,000.

she said, making jacob shocked

Jacob: WHAT!!? i don't have that kind of money. (sigh) well plan B, gotta get charlie & the others some cheap gifts, like chocolate or something like that.

when he said ''charlie'', it made kelly stunned at hearing that name

Kelly: wait, as in ''charlie morningstar'', she's one of your girlfriends?

she asked while being stunned as jacob looked at her with his right eyebrow raised up

Jacob: well..yeah, i though you knew.

he said, making kelly smile widely

Kelly: ok change of price...$20.

she said, making jacob do this bit from futurama

(french voice: later)

we see jacob walking out of the store while holding the box of gems in his hands, then turned around and said to kelly

Jacob: thanks for the gems, Kelly.

he thanked as kelly smiled

Kelly: you're welcome, Jacob.

she said as the hellhound co-worker from earlier walked up to her

hellhound co-worker: so that's jacob mcfoley?

Kelly: yep..

hellhound co-worker: huh...thought he'd be taller.

he said as he and kelly went back to work

while jacob was walking back to his home, he was happy that he FINALLY got each of his girlfriends a gift for christmas and was hoping they'll love their gifts from jacob

Jacob: man, i still can't believe she gave me this box of gems for only 20 dollars, i just hope that my girlfriends will lo-OOF!!!

he oofed as he accidentally bumped into someone and they both fell onto the ground, making them groan in pain

Jacob: damn it, that hurts.

he said as he got up from the ground

???: i'm sorry, i didn't see where i was going.

jacob: it's ok, the same goes with-

he then was cut off after his eyes widened in shock at who he's seeing

margaret: are you ok?

she asked as jacob shaked his head, not as saying ''no'', more like trying to regain focus and then stopped

jacob: oh, i'm ok. are you margaret, the news woman?

he asked as margaret's eyes widened in shock

margaret: how do you know my name?

jacob: well, you're dad is the pilot of chopper 6, and everyone knows who he is, and that it shocked everyone in the country that he said he has a daughter, which is apparently you.

he said, making margaret nod in understanding

jacob: wait, shouldn't you be at the news station where your dad works at?

margaret: well, no. as for why, i got transferred to san diego and ever since i moved here, i seen people who looked like...demons or something.

she said as before jacob started to explain what happened 3 months ago...

???: hey margaret, you ok?

then a cloud girl showed up, and you know who she is

CJ: you ok, margaret?

she asked to her friend

margaret: oh yeah, i'm fine. jacob this is-

she was cut of when jacob spoke up after realizing who cj is

Jacob: i know of her, her name's CJ. and before you ask, your dad is carl putter and between you and me, he's kind of a dick after i heard about how he treated you in  your childhood.

he said, making CJ laugh a bit

CJ: yeah, but after i beat him in that cheezers competition, he told me why he treated me like that. turns out he was training me like how he was trained to be a golfer, i forgave him after that.

she said as jacob nodded, then realized something

Jacob: wait CJ, what's brings you here anyways?

CJ: got a new job like margaret here. i work as a tourist at the museum.

she said as jacob nodded again

Jacob: ok, well i better get going. my family's having a christmas party and i don't want to miss it, you know how it goes.

Margaret: ok.

CJ: see ya.

they said their goodbyes as jacob grabbed the black box of gems and the three walked back to their homes, but jacob stopped walking after having an idea and turned back

Jacob: wait, you can come if you want.

he said, making margaret & CJ stop and turn back, looking at jacob

CJ: really?

Jacob: really. my friends would be glad to meet you two. what do you say?

he suggested and as margaret & cj look at each other, they nodded and walk with jacob to head to the party at his house

end of chapter, and in case you're wondering why margaret and CJ are in this christmas arc, it's because that the rest of the Regular Show gang will be in it too, even a certain brother of pops who looks exactly like him, but evil, YES, I'm talking about malum kranus (aka: anti-pops). but i hope ya'll liked today's chapter.
