After a night of passionate love by Rias, Toad became satisfied. And the reason was obvious. It's because he fell in love with someone for the first time in his life. He woke up and saw Rias sleeping right next to him naked.

Toad: (I never noticed it before but Rias is really beautiful. I'm actually glad I have a girlfriend like her in my life. Though I have a feeling that I will have a harem pretty soon.)

Rias woke up with a slight headache and a little nausea.

Toad: babe you alright?
Rias: I'm not sure dear. I need to check on something.

Rias walked into the bathroom and looks through the medicine cabinet.

Toad: (good thing I bought those pregnancy tests ahead of time just in case this happens.)

5 minutes later.

Rias came out of the bathroom with a worried look on her face.

Rias: dear I think I'm pregnant.
Toad: then I have no problem with it.
Rias: here I thought that the birth rates of devils are significantly low. The devil council lied to us.
Toad: you want me to teach them a lesson?
Rias: no that's ok. We don't want to cause a diplomatic incident.
Toad: point taken.

???: are you sure he's here?

???: I'm pretty sure Monica. Toad has to be here.
Monica: maybe Carla. I feel really bad about rejecting him 2 years ago.
Carla: me too Monica.
???: I hate myself for doing that too.

Monica: I know Bianca. Me too.

???: I just wish we could make it up to him soon. I really miss him.
Carla: we all do Selena.

Toad is walking through the park with Rias. She had told her parents about her pregnancy with Toad and they were happy that she found someone who loves her so they set up an arranged marriage for them. So now Rias and Toad are engaged. Even though their relationship just started.

Toad: don't you think that your parents are being hasty with the engagement?
Rias: it's just how my parents are dear. For them, hastenly arranged marriages are just another way to control our lives through devil politics.
Toad: I was never into that kind of stuff. It's way too complicated for my brain to handle. It makes my brain hurt.
Rias: politics can do that to you honey.
???: we found you Toad!

Toad: oh. It's you girls. What do you all want?
Bianca: before you say anything, listen to what we have to say ok Toad?
Toad: fine. You have 10 minutes.
Carla: I know we rejected you 2 years ago but we regret it so much.
Rias: look I can understand that but I'm afraid you're all a little too late. I'm his girlfriend now and I'm pregnant with his child.
Monica: we still won't give up so easily because we love Toad!
Toad: *sighs* you do know that I'm one of the black eyed children right?
