Rim had gathered the three races executives together  to discuss what would happen with the Orcs, apparently even after the war there was still 150,000 left

He said that he had no plan to charge them for what happened and instead he gave a proposal since it wouldn't be fair if just nothing happened

He proposed an alliance, the lizardmen share clean water and fish, goblins share housing, we provide processed goods, and the Orcs will be labor

It was a good proposal since not only do the Orcs not really have much of a choice, but it also helps with working and they get a place to stay if they just work, the Orcs had started crying slightly and bowed their heads saying they were grateful

Of course such an alliance would need a chancellor which I think me and Rim both assumed would be Treyni, until she screwed us over

"As the caretaker of the forest, I pronounce Rimuru Tempest and Accelerator, as the chancellor's of the Jura Forest Aliance"

None had any objections as everyone bowed to us, while me and Rim both looked at each other and even as a slime, I could tell he was giving me the same look I was giving him, a look of "how the hell did this just happen"

Going home like this wasn't easy though, cause not only did Rim name the Orc's ruler Geld, after the Orc Disaster, he has to name the remaining 150,000 Orcs, so after 10 days and an extra three for rest everything was going good

I of course was basically overseeing everything while he was recharging his magicules, during the time he was asleep, Geld evolved into the Orc King and the Orcs were working well, their strength is the best trait they have so the manual labor they were doing was great

We had gotten an aqueduct made so now we got clean water, flushable toilets, and a sewer system, a bath is even being built so our town is coming along quite nicely

After Rim woke up another day had passed as he seemed to relax after being asleep that whole time, lazy, I had asked him though what had happened when he fought the Orc Disaster since I didn't see and he told me

"Autopilot mode huh... seems just like a cheat to me"

Rim: "Yeah it kinda is... but I should not be hearing that from you mister, "I control all vectors"

"Not my fault I'm strong"

After learning about it I left and decided to try something on my own

After using the black wings against Subaru I wanted to try to use them again

I saw that my attacks do have a slight purple glow to it so they have been affected, like when Accelerator fought Kakine, the tornadoes he threw at him were slightly purple

The wings come from strong emotion, either positive or negative, it doesn't really matter but even so it would be kinda useless if I can't just use it on command so that's what I'm trying

I didn't really know where to start so I tried multiple methods, thinking extremely positive, extremely negative, and some other ways which didn't really pan out too well, I'm not in a situation where it calls for the wings anyway so that could be it

Though I got one last method, I even got a name for it, "Super Bullshit Plot" I took the name from DBS due to the U6 Saiyans since, everyone knows the "tingling" sensation in the back is straight BULLSHIT

But I did that, concentrate on my back and trying to remember the sensation of what it felt, even though I was unconscious I still felt it. I kept trying and for a brief moment, they came out

"Okay! That worked, though I don't think it was cause of the "tingling" feeling, seemed like a called it out through pure will and determination. Guess I wasn't determined enough earlier, whatever, it's a step closer to calling it at will"

I started heading back though when I did I notice some stuff in the sky, they were... flying horses?

"Wait a sec... I know only one place that uses those around here"

Thanks to Kaijin he had told me about the Pegasi that the Dwarve King uses, it's Gazel, though I don't know what he would want but it shouldn't be bad... right?

"Accelerator?"

"Rim?"

"Yeah it's me. The Dwarve King is here so I kinda need you to be here"

"I'm on my way"

Man, making this choker really was useful, Rim's [Though Communication] sure is useful huh

As I was going back I sensed another person though, I knew who it was too since I fought them before. Though I wonder why they're here

"4th. Come out, I know you're there"

From behind a tree she came out, same girl, Meltdowner, or Mugino

Mugino: "Hey..."

"Awkward much?"

"What do you want 4th? I'm not in the mood to fight you though I will"

Mugino: "Wait wait wait! I'm not here to fight!"

"Then spit it out already, hell are you here for?"

I noticed she looked even more nervous then before, she even had a bit of red on her cheeks

"Is she blushing?"

Mugino: "I want to join your village!"

"That's it?"

Mugino: "Huh?"

"If that's it then sure if you want, though it's only fair if I can look into your mind first right?"

Mugino: "S-sure!"

Walking up I put my hand on her forehead which I saw made the red on her cheeks increase, why the hell is she acting shy?

Ignoring it though I focused, gotta be very precise with this, Accelerator was able to rewire Last Order's brain to get rid of the virus, so doing the same to view memories shouldn't be too different

Focusing and making sure I was calm after a few seconds I was able to see her memories, looking through I looked at them to see if she would be a threat to us or not, after seeing them I can conclude that she isn't, so letting her join won't be an issue

"Alright you're clean. Well come on then, you're with me now, and I got somewhere to be"

Mugino: "Right"

When we got back I saw that Rim and Gazel were talking along with Treyni, apparently Gazel wanted to know Rim's intention so he fought him as the best way

When I got back Rim was confused on who Mugino was since he didn't see her when I first fought her, though I could tell he was somewhat suspicious since it seemed he knew who she was since he did know of Accelerator before, so it's accurate that he probably knows the other level 5's and can deduce who attacked back then when he fought Ifrit

"Meet a new citizen of our village, she works under me. Mugino, Rimuru. Rimuru, Mugino"

After a bit it seemed his suspicion dropped and he welcomed her, though I saw Shion was looking at her with jealousy and a slight mix of anger, which also transferred to me when she looked

Shion: "Lord Accelerator. Am I not enough? Must you have others? If so you could tell me first"

"I'm sorry, what?!"

Rim was blushing, Mugino was as well and Benimaru looked at me like I should've known what she was talking about

"The hell you so smug about? Why's she talking like that?!"

He explained that in their race, when a strong female is beaten by a male, that's who they want to spend their life with and have a child with, etc.

"Oh... would've been nice to know!"

Looks like I'm married or something, I don't fucking know anymore

"I'll deal with this another time, let's just leave it for now"

Going into the town everyone just kinda did their own thing, while I stayed with Gazel and Rim since I had to be there for whatever discussions and Mugino stayed with me until Shion dragged her away

When night hit we were in one of the larger buildings with food talking to Gazel, apparently since we've become the chancellor's of the forest he wants to make a treaty with us

Rim brought up how he'd be acknowledging a town of monsters as a nation but he was fine with it, truth be told I wasn't gonna let Rim decline even if he wanted to since this is beneficial

After agreeing we had to give a name to our nation with both me and Rim deciding on the "Jura Tempest Federation"

We also had to name this town as the capital with Rigurd saying it should be named Rimuru, which the others accepted

Rim: "Aki, you don't have anything against it?"

"Sure I'm a chancellor but this town is more or less defined by you, so the capital being named after you? I'm fine with it"

With that over with, me and Rim both shook Gazel's hand and it marked the beginning of the treaty of alliance between the Dwarf Kingdom and the Jura Tempest Federation
