Throughout the meeting the important things were covered

Which squads would take on the 4 barriers and just how Rim will proceed into becoming a Demon Lord and the revival of all who died

What's important that I had learned earlier is that of the 3 otherwolders Jin had managed to kill the girl, he was resting though since the other two came in at once and all though that wouldn't be an issue, with how many knights there were even he didn't get out completely fine, though a small rest and he was good as new

I was gonna go with Geld, Gobta, Rigur, and Hakurou but Rim instead decided on having me as a back up

"Wait what? Why should I be a backup, with me this could go much faster"

He said that he'd rather me make something for later use, when I heard what it was I became intrigued and decided I'd follow with it, it would be fun to make so I'll let Rim's decision slide for now

Shortly after everyone got ready and started heading to their respective group of enemies they'd take on

I just went to my workspace and started working on what he wanted me to though I did first work on something I had made much earlier

The gun, admittedly, it's been useless. I honestly just forgot about it and haven't used it though that will change! But I needed to make it faster

It used the surrounding magicules as its ammo so it was unlimited so long as there were magicules present, but I wanted it quicker in case I wanted to rapid fire, so the solution? Light weight trigger, not too hard to do, just restructure the molecules of the original trigger and make it have less resistance

And like that, light weight trigger made and now I have a gun that rapid fires. Now starting on what Rim wanted was important, I had the timer, the materials, powder, the necessities

'Wonder how everyone is doing? Oh who am I kidding they're all fine'

Third Perspective, Benimaru

Benimaru had taken up one of the crystals alone, the ones guarding it were some of the knights from the western church, they had numbers sure but against Tempest's military commander? They stood no chance

With his blade covered in hell flames he cut through the knights effortlessly and in only a few seconds he was done

Cutting the crystal that was one down with three to go. 'Hope no one is pathetic enough to need my help'

Third Perspective, Souei

Souei, with his group of ninjas, used his threads to quickly kill the knights guarding the 2nd crystal, his ninjas needed some more skill apparently since it wasn't as quick as he had hoped, which only meant more training for them

With his blade he cut the crystal into many pieces and like the first, it was down and now only 2 remained

Aki POV

'Alright prototype done, a bit unstable but I'll fix it'

I created what Rim wanted and was proud at the result, what was it? A bomb

Specifically a magicule bomb, how it works is like dynamite

The timer is set and when it runs out the bomb starts to quickly attract the magicules like a vacuum, once it gathers enough my own magicules inside it cause a spark to be created, the powder reacts and like that a explosion is made

It's better than what normal bombs can do, especially with this prototype since it could suck up enough magicules at once due to being too quick and cause an explosion that would be like around 10 missiles, he may want a stronger one, I know I do. I want the finished product to be the size of a small nuke

Anyways I left my workspace and decided I'd go towards the group where Rim suspected the otherwolders to be, arriving I looked down from the sky and saw Geld about to cut a man down until an old man teleported in and blocked his blade with a shield

I heard him speak of Hakurou and Geld's strength and then he tried to teleport away but I wasn't gonna let him

Shooting myself down like a rocket I landed which broke his concentration as dust kicked up

I set the timer on the prototype for 10 seconds and threw it at them and then used my ability and forced a barrier on them

The one who was gonna get cut down recognized it was a bomb as soon as he saw it which made the older one try to teleport away but it didn't work, his eyes widened due to surprise and fear

"Wondering why it doesn't work? I'm forcing more magicules in, your little spell isn't working since it's too much, it can't get your magic signal right"

He cursed me but it didn't matter, a few words won't do anything, once 10 seconds were up...

*Boom!!*

It would have been a large explosion but thanks to my barrier it was controlled into the small spot, once it ended there was nothing left

No ashes, no items, nothing that would prove anyone stood there moments ago, only a crater stood because of the explosion, which went down quite a bit

'Well the prototype worked well, gonna need to make the finished product later'

I noticed that the explosion was much bigger which Hakurou had said that the old man had an explosion set with his death as a trigger, though thanks to my barrier, it was controlled all the same

I looked back  and saw Gobta slice the crystal, by now it should be the last one, alright Rim you're up

Rimuru POV

My new skill was ready, taking the water from the molecules in the air I made discs in the sky along with small bubbles of water down below

I brought my hand up and looked down "May you all be of use to me you fodder"

Bringing my hand down I said "Megado" and small pellets of water came down and used the bubbles as reflection surfaces, they passed through their heads and kept going
