According to the information provided by the Nijigasaki Student Council, Tendo was once a member of a Boxing Club at the school, which had received controversy ever it was created, up until it was disbanded after club leader Ryu Kuroda and three of his fellow club members, including Tendo, were expelled when a council meeting went awry.
