Description:
Not much is known as Shinzaki, other than the fact of his "anti-peace" beliefs, and his Cyclops-styled shades. After the arrest of his previous commander, his current commander, Murph Macklyn, took control of whatever is left of the BHL to enact revenge on The Guardians, the same people responsible for the previous commander's downfall. However, Shinzaki is eventually arrested after assassinating a member of the Japanese National Diet, but he has remained silent since.
