Julie Watanabe, half-American, half-Japanese, technically making her Starnova's only foreign member. However, Nishiyama, upon recruiting her, didn't realize that she was involved in a compensated dating scheme. Upon Starnova's decline, she turned to a life of [Redacted] in Kabukicho, Shinjuku. Eventually, she managed give up that life after moving into a new home, along with two of her fellow Starnova members.
