Moving in

"It'll be okay Ochako, you're mature enough to have your own place."

Ochako's parent's words rang through her head as she walked through the halls at U.A. high school. Deep down inside, she had wanted to stay with her parents, but she didn't want to be a burden. So she moved, like they had asked her to. She knew that now that she was gone, they wouldn't have to pay extra for unnecessary things.

"Uraraka, are you paying attention?" Iida asked, snapping her out of her trance.

"Oh, yeah i am" She told them.

"Then what was Midoriya talking about?" Iida asked her, knowing full well that she hadn't been listening.

She thought for a moment.

"All Might?" She said nervously.

They sighed.

"...I'm sorry, guys. I've had alot on my mind lately" She told her friends, who understood immediately.

"We get it" Izuku told her.

"Are you sure you guys don't need a roommate?" She asked them for the hundredth time that morning.

"Uraraka, we're sorry but we don't. We still need to focus on school too" Iida told her, fixing his glasses.

"Okay" She sighed.

Where was she going to get a roommate? She'd asked everyone in the school. Well, almost everyone. Everyone except Katsuki Bakugou, the boy who had beat her in the sports festival. She had put up a good fight, surprisingly good for someone who had never fought him before, but he beat her by just a bit. She was quite a determined girl.

"You should try asking Kacchan. I'm sure he'd be fine with it! And he knows to respect girls, so you'll be fine" Izuku suggested.

'You'll be fine' is all she'd ever been told. Whenever she scraped her knee, whenever she was sick, whenever she had a panic attack. Her parents were the only ones who were always there for her, and now they weren't. Now she couldn't go home and see their smiling faces, them yelling "Ochako, you're home!" After a long day of school. Sure, she could visit them, but her new place was a while away from their home. It would take quite a while to see them.

She started breathing heavily. She soon noticed and tried to calm herself down, succeeding after a minute.

"Are you sure?" Ochako asked after a minute of silence.

"I think it would be beneficial to both you and Bakugou. You both could learn a thing or two from eachother." Iida replied.

"What could i possibly teach him?" She inquired.

"Well, you could teach him to be calm instead if yelling all the time. And he could help you train, I personally think he's quite good at fighting, whether he's angry or not." He told her.

"I guess you're right" She agreed.

Ochako was packing up her things from class. It was the end of the day, and she was tired, so she wanted to get home as fast as possible. As she got the last of her books, somebody knocked them out of her hand. She looked up and saw the infamous Katsuki Bakugou, looking down at her.

"The fuck are you looking at?" He asked her, annoyed.

"Sorry Bakugou, I just want to get home as fast as possible. I didn't mean to-"

"Shut up, It doesn't matter."

They stared at eachother for a moment. One awkward moment, full of staring. After that, Ochako spoke up.

"Um, I've been wanting to ask you something." She told him.

"What do you want?" He asked.

"Well, I moved out of my parent's house and I'm...kind of lonely. Do you maybe want to be my roommate?" She asked nervously.

Katsuki was shocked. Why in the world would she choose to ask him of all people? Maybe its because he was popular. He didn't understand, but this was an offer he couldn't pass up. There were a few reasons why...
1: He wanted to get away from his Mother for once.
2: Whenever he was around her, he felt weird. A good weird, but still weird.

"...Yeah, sure." He replied.

"Oh..- wait what?" She asked, surprised.

"I said yeah. You got a problem?" He scoffed.

Katsuki saw Ochako smile and he looked away, trying to stop himself from smiling.

"Thank you, Bakugou! I'll send you the address. I'll see you later?" She said excitedly.

"Yeah" He answered, watching her skip away.

As soon as he couldn't see her, he ran home to pack his things. He was halfway through packing when something occurred to him.

He would have to tell his Mom.

He slowly made his way downstairs and found his Mom and Dad sitting on the couch and talking about the guy on the news and how stupid he is.

"Hey, um...Mom?" He nervously said.

Mitsuki immediately looked at him, concerned. He usually called her something like 'Old Hag', its been so long since he'd called her Mom.

"Huh? What's wrong?" She asked him.

"Um..." He started.

"Katsuki, sit down and tell us whats wrong. You never call me Mom" She told him.

He sat down in between his parents and looked down.

"So, uh...I'm moving in with a friend of mine. She's lonely living alone and I just want to help her and shit. You know?" He said meekly.

It was silent for a few moments. Soon, he felt two pairs of arms around him. He looked up and saw that his parents were hugging him.

"Katsuki, why were you nervous to tell us that? You know we're here for you, no matter what. I pushed you out of me, do you really think I'd just abandon you?" She laughed.

A tear rolled down the blonde boy's cheek. He hadn't expected this, not at all.

"I-its just that...that sometimes I d-don't think you s-support me..." He started sobbing onto his Mother's shoulder.

"We're sorry, we'll try harder" His Father told him.

Katsuki hugged them back. After a few minutes of hugging and crying, they all pulled away.

"Sorry, I know this was weird. I'm usually confident around you guys. I guess I was just...scared. I was scared to tell you." He admitted, almost gagging at the word 'scared'.

"You didn't have to be scared. Do you want me to help you pack? Not to brag, but im pretty good at organizing things in a suitcase or wagon." Mitsuki joked.

They all laughed.

"Sure, I'd like that." He said.

His parents smiled.

The family soon got to Ochako's house. Katsuki was surprised by how small it was, but then considered how empty her wallet was. She barely had enough to pay for 5 days worth of food, so he assumed this place was just really cheap or the owner wanted to get rid of it.

After taking all of his bags out of his parent's car, Ochako came out and greeted everybody.

"Hi! I'm Ochako Uraraka. I'm Bakugou's friend" She looked to Katsuki for confirmation.

"Yeah, she's my friend." He confirmed, looking at her.

Ochako smiled.

"How lovely! You just have to come by for dinner sometime, Ochako dear." Masaru said.

Bakugou looked at him.

"That sounds like a good idea, if you guys are okay with it of course!" Ochako replied, looking at Mitsuki and Katsuki.

"I say its a great idea. Right, Katsuki?" Mitsuki said.

"Yeahhhh." He agreed with gritted teeth.

"Wonderful!" We'll figure out a day and let you know. Bye! Be good, Katsuki!" Mitsuki waved, getting into the car.

As soon as Mitsuki and Masaru were in the car, they let out a breath they didn't know they were holding.

"I bet you $20 they'll be together by the end of the month" Mitsuki bet.

"I'll take that bet" Masaru agreed.

Ochako and Katsuki soon got everything into Katsuki's room and sat down on the couch. They panted because of everything they'd just moved, and Katsuki turned the TV on.

"How the fuck can you afford all of this? I thought you were flat broke" He said breathlessly.

"My parents gave me alot of furniture, and the owner of the house didn't see much value to it so I got it for $600. Surprising, I know." She told him, panting.

"Damn" He breathed.

"What time is it?" She asked.

"7:49" He replied.

"Im gonna head to bed. I'll see you tomorrow, night" She got up and went upstairs.

"Night" he said back.

As soon as she got to her room, she put on her favorite pink pajamas and laid down on her bed. For some reason, Katsuki was all she could think about. His explosive personality, his vulgar vocabulary, and his rather handsome face.

"Did I just think that Katsuki Bakugou's face was handsome!?" She blurted out, quite loudly.

"Hey, you good up there? You said my name" Katsuki yelled from downstairs.

"Yeah, i'm fine!" She replied.

Little did she know was that he heard what she said, and his face was hot. Really hot.

But the thing is, that night he couldn't stop thinking of the small part of her sentence he'd caught.

Or her.
