18th Day (3 in 1 special)

Hi, I'm sorry I haven't been posting chapters much- I've been busy with family and other personal issues, I hope you all understand! Anyway, I also hope all of you enjoy this because, since I missed so many special occasions...

It's a special chapter. For so many reasons.

1: I would like to thank you all so much for the love and support you have given me throughout the year, and despite the fact that this story hasn't existed for quite that long, it sure feels like it. You have all done so much for me in the time you've been reading, and I can't thank you enough. I can't quite explain it, but this should be a small bit of what I have to explain...

Like, holy cow- I never thought that any of my stories would ever be this popular! #9 in Kacchako?? Really, I can't thank you all enough! If there is anything I can do for you all, anything at all, tell me and I will do it. Now, this was probably a bit annoying, so I'll get on to the excited stuff for you guys!

2: This is a Christmas special! I missed it because I was so busy with everything else and I forgot, but I'm doing this now for you guys! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas (If you celebrate it!).

3: This is also a special for another reason; I missed Ochako's birthday too! So I'll put a break in this chapter that signifies the difference in days, and I'll make sure you all know when it happens :)

4: Okay, this is probably getting boring, but this is also a New Years special! You've got 3 in 1, and I'm writing this at 2 in the morning, so I hope you all enjoy this chapter! And again, thank you for everything you guys have done for me this year! 💕💕

Now, let's get into it~! ^v^

P.S: How does a Q&A sound to you guys? I'll still do what you guys suggest, I just thought maybe it would be fun :) Let me know how you feel about it!

December 25th, 8:00am (Christmas day)

Katsuki didn't want to open his eyes as he slowly woke up, but he knew he had to. He sat up and stretched his arms as he yawned. He then decided to go downstairs and see if Ochako was awake. They hadn't had a proper conversation in a week, since the camping incident. And although he had wanted to say sorry, he didn't want to see her angry at him again. Not like that.

He looked around and noticed she wasn't downstairs, so he decided to make them both breakfast. He thought for a moment, unsure of what to make them. He realized the day before that he can't just keep making them cereal. Then it came to him; pancakes! He was sure she liked pancakes. She seemed like a pancakes kind of person. He looked through their cupboards, noticing he had just enough to make them both two pancakes each. He then got to work, quietly asking himself how he didn't fully know if she liked pancakes.

Almost ten minutes later, Ochako drowsily walked into the kitchen and hugged Katsuki from behind. The blonde boy looked behind him to see his tiny girlfriend.

"Hey...what's up with you? I thought we weren't talking much, I didn't really expect..." Katsuki questioned her.

"Shh. Be quiet, I just woke up. I decided we should at least be civil today, it is Christmas after all." Ochako yawned, not letting go of the boy.

"Oh, fine then. I guess one day is enough." Katsuki smiled softly as he looked back at the pancakes.

He was being quite calm, for...well, him. But on the inside he was panicking. What? Christmas?! But he didn't have a gift for her-

"Oh yeah, and I invited everyone over for today. That's why everything is decorated" She informed him.

-or anyone else! How was he supposed to get everyone gifts before his classmates arrive?!

"And when are they coming?" He calmly asked her.

"In about..." She looked up at the clock on the wall. "Three hours"

"Ah, great." He replied.

THREE HOURS?!

Ochako giggled as she noticed her boyfriend's well-hidden shock.

"Don't worry Katsuki, I got everyone gifts and I wrote that they were all from both of us" She smiled against his back.

Katsuki let out a sigh of relief. He wasn't going to say anything, but he was glad she noticed.

"You're so prepared for almost anything. That's one of the things I love about you" He turned around and hugged her, smiling.

"Well, aren't you a sweetheart today? What happened? Do we need to fight more often?" She giggled.

"Oh fuck no, I'm not doing that shit all the time. Maybe once a year." He told her. "You can be pretty scary when you're mad."

"Hey, you yelled at me. Don't give me that shit." She reminded him.

They stayed like that for a moment, clinging on to eachother's shirts. They missed this. Ochako breathed in the boy's sweet caramel smell as he noted she smelled like something he wasn't quite familiar with. The scent was sweet, but not something he could place.

"Are you gonna keep making the pancakes or are we just going to eat toast today?" Ochako giggled as she reminded the boy about their food.

Ochako opened the door to welcome to last of their guests into the house. The whole class was there, just as she'd expected, and they were all talking in the livingroom. Even Aizawa was there, which was something she hadn't anticipated, but she let him in anyway.

"Everyone's here, great!" Ochako lead Koda to the couch after he took off his coat.

"Yeah. Great." Katsuki sarcastically agreed.

Ochako shot him a look.

"So, how have you all been?" Mina asked the group.

"I've been training more!" Kirishima stated, flexing the muscles he's been building up.

"I've started baking, kero." Tsu croaked. "I can make cakes."

"Then maybe you can help me make one for later" Ochako suggested gleefully. At least she would have help.

"Yeah, that's a good idea! Plus, I'm really good at decorating, I can help!" Hagakure jumped up excitedly.

"Great, we should get to work! You guys talk while we start" The brown haired girl exclaimed as she took her two friends into the kitchen.

As she showed the girls where everything was, she spotted something shiny out of the corner of her eye. She looked over, continuing to talk, to find the knife she had found long before that day. She had kept it, just in case. And here it was, on her kitchen counter.

That was not where she put it.

It took a few moments for her friends to snap her out of what ever she was experiencing, they weren't sure what had happened to their friend. They couldn't tell what she was looking at, but then she stepped closer to the sharp object and picked it up, inspecting it.

"Ochako, are you okay?" Tsu asked her as she realized Ochako had a glint of fear in her eyes.

"Yeah, you kinda just stopped talking. And why do you look so fascinated at a knife?" Hagakure asked her, tilting her head.

"...It's nothing. I'll be right back." Ochako slowly said as she walked out of the cold room, knife in hand.

As Ochako passed by, Aoyama spotted her.

"Where are you going, Uraraka? And why do you have a knife?" The sparkly teenager asked, stopping her in her tracks.

"What do you plan on doing round face, killing us?" Katsuki sarcastically laughed.

"I'm just putting it in my room." Ochako replied to the boys without turning her back.

"Are you alright, Uraraka?" Iida asked his friend, growing concerned.

"I'm fine." She answered. "I'll be back in a moment."

She made her way to her room, closing the door behind her. She inspected the knife once more, looking for any tiny devices that could possibly be attached to it, but finding nothing.

"Who put this there..?" She muttered to herself. She then shook her head and put the knife down on her dresser. She then sighed, brushed it off as a prank by Katsuki, and made her way downstairs.

She made a point to look a bit angry, and everyone in the livingroom noticed.

"Uraraka, are you sure you're okay?" Iida asked once more as he saw that his friend looked a bit pissed off.

"Katsuki did something that wasn't very funny, that's all." She replied, looking at Iida.

"What do you mean? I didn't do anything!" Katsuki spoke as he crossed his arms.

"Yes you did, you took that knife from my room and put it on the counter!" Ochako told him with a loud voice.

"Why would I do that? What would I gain out of doing that? I'm not stupid, cheeks." He informed his now confused girlfriend.

"What? But I thought you took it from my room. Are you sure?" She asked him, slowly starting to believe him.

"No I didn't. There is absolutely nothing I could get from that, and you know that I only pull pranks when I get something for it." He reminded her of the last times he had pranked her, and he was right.

Their friends watched their conversation, confused. Why did Ochako have a knife in her room in the first place?

And then Iida remembered something that had happened long before. She had asked him about a knife, hadn't she? He realized Ochako must have kept it for safe-keeping, in case it had something to do with the villains. He concluded that this was what had happened, but didn't dare to ask.

But Ochako was looking scared now. If Katsuki hadn't put it there, then who did? The only people who had been there were her friends. Which means someone must have been in her room without her knowing. Wait...

Her friends.

The only people there were her friends.

She looked at the crowd of people in her livingroom with distrust. She didn't know who it could be, but she intended to find out.

"Wait, Katsuki, be quiet. If you didn't take it from my room then somebody else had to have done it. We just need to find who." Ochako said, looking around the room.

"Maybe a villain snuck in while everyone was down here. Are there any windows upstairs?" Mina asked.

Katsuki looked at Ochako and they both replied at the same time.

"There's one." They said together.

"Maybe they got in from there." Their pink-skinned friend suggested.

"Uraraka, was anything else missing from your room?" Denki asked her with an eyebrow raised.

"I'll go check." She walked upstairs and went into her bedroom, hoping to find something else missing that they could use as a clue.

She made her way around her room, looking on ever shelf, in every drawer, and on every surface, but she couldn't find anything until she was almost finished. She noticed her only lipstick was missing. She ran downstairs to tell everyone.

"My lipstick is missing! Do we know any villains who wear lipstick?" She asked the group, thinking.

"I can't seem to recall any." Iida told everyone as they nodded in agreement.

"Why don't we just get this party over with and we can tell the pro heroes when we get the chance? We should be enjoying ourselves today, don't you think?" Izuku suggested.

Nobody had thought for one second that he, of all people, would bring up an idea like that, but they all agreed. Some people skipped family events for this, they should be happy today.

"I guess you're right, Deku. Hey, Tsu! Hagakure! We aren't making anything, we're just going to keep going with the party!" Ochako yelled to her two friends on the kitchen.

They both made their way out and sat themselves where they felt comfortable, and the party continued. They all exchanged Secret Santa gifts, since they had planned it beforehand, and everyone got something they liked. But once the party was over, and everyone had gone home, Ochako found herself pacing around her bedroom floor, trying to figure out the knife incident.

Nobody remembered a villain that wore lipstick. If they found one, she would know. She knew the exact shade of red it was, and if a villain suddenly started wearing red lipstick, they would know they'd broken in. She went to sleep early that night.

December 27th, 10:23 am (Ochako's birthday).

Ochako woke up later than usual. She guessed that Katsuki hadn't tried to wake her up, and she turned her alarm off the night before. Why did she do that again?

She checked the calendar on her wall and realized it was her birthday. Although she wasn't really feeling very happy. Maybe it was because she had gone to sleep a little later than usual, or possibly that she couldn't stop thinking about the knife incident. She still doesn't know who could have done it.

"Morning, 'Chako." Katsuki chuckled as he peeked his head in her doorway, seeing her standing up and looking at the calendar.

"It's my birthday." She said, looking at his amused face.

"That's right." He replied. "I made you breakfast again."

He walked in and handed her a tray with a plate on it that had eggs, bacon, and toast on it, along with some orange juice.

"I was going to give it to you since I thought you were still asleep, but you can eat it now." He informed her as he saw her smile at the sight of the food. "Oh yeah, I got you a gift too. Stay here."

She stood there as he walked out of the room, wondering why he was in such a good mood but she wasn't. It was her birthday, not his. So why was he so happy?

He walked back in with a neatly wrapped, decent sized gift and gave it to her.

"Open it" He said.

And so she did, and what she found inside warmed her heart. As she opened the box, she saw it was a poster he had made of them with all the photos they've taken together. She looked up at him with teary eyes and hugged him, putting down everything she was holding beforehand.

"Woah, you like it that much? Heh, you're welcome." He hugged her back.

"Thank you" She whispered to him, smiling.

She was in a much better mood now.

Especially after she saw all the 'Happy Birthday' texts she had received from her friends. She hung the poster right above her bed.

December 31st, 11:55 pm (New Years)

Ochako and Katsuki cuddled on the couch with multiple bowls filled with different junk foods in front of them. Chips, popcorn, you name it they had it.

"5 more minutes left, Katsuki" Ochako told her boyfriend in awe that they had made it so far.

"That's right. And I loved you every second of this stupid fucking year we've had, you know that?" He asked her as he kissed her forehead.

She giggled and nodded her head. They laid in silence for the next 4 minutes, enjoying eachother's presence.

And at 11:59 pm, Katsuki stood up, pulled his girlfriend along with him, and started dancing with her to the slow, romantic music that was playing in the background. They looked into eachother's eyes as they moved their feet, and after a minute Ochako kissed him. Just before the year changed to be 2022. They held eachother like that and continued the kiss for another minute, and then Katsuki finally pulled away.

"Oh, so now you're starting the kisses?" He asked her and she looked up at him.

"New year, New me!" She reminded him of the old saying, laughing.

"Okay, now get to sleep before you become sleep deprived!" He playfully yelled. "The only reason I stayed up this late was because it was a special day, now go! I'll put all this away."

"Aw, so Katsuki's being nice now? What a lovely boyfriend I've got, I love him so much!" She said as she planted a kiss on his cheek.

He blushed and picked up the bowls that were laid out.

"Go to sleep, 'Chako. Love you." He told her as she walked up the stairs.

"I love you too!" She got to her room and closed the door. She smiled to herself and climbed into bed, already in her pajamas.

She hugged the Kirby that Katsuki had won for her on their disastrous first date and sighed to herself. This year certainly was a ride.
