— A special chapter for Xiaoting's birthday

   It's already around eleven thirty at the evening, November 11th, Xiaoting was getting ready to do her solo birthday vlive when the clock strikes at twelve. She's currently at her parents house, including the other members also with their respective parents, their company gave them a two days day off including tomorrow, she looks around her surrounding, it's solemn and only her breathing could be heard, she sighs as she looks at the time that already hits at twelve. She was about to tap the start button of the vlive video but her phone suddenly keeps dinging indicating she has messages, she looks at it and saw a birthday greetings from Yujin, Mashiro and the other members, she smiles upon reading it all, she quickly replies each of them and started her solo vlive.

  If only they know how she wish she could celebrate her birthday vlive with her co-members, tho she's still glad Kep1ians could celebrate it with her through vlive, yet still she's not feeling lonely because she have Kep1ians and Tingfens. Minutes later and Xiaoting was now waving and biding her goodbye before she ended the video.

"Maybe I should've bought my own birthday designs and cake, right?" She asks herself and looks at her surroundings again. "By then it doesn't look plain and boring." She shook her head and scoffs.

" It's still okay, I've already grown up." She said to herself, her phone rings indicating there's a video call from none other than her girlfriend, Yurina. As she answers it, a smiling Yurina wearing a birthday hat and holding a cake with a lighted candle greeted her.

"Happy birthday my love! I love you"

"Thank you ai"

"Make a wish"

Xiaoting closes her eyes as she wish for a mere seconds, she makes a blow as Yurina blows the candle, she stares at her for a seconds, she look at the back of Yurina, there's some birthday decorations behind her, Yurina notices that her gf's been looking at it.

"Do you like it? I made it for you"

Xiaoting nods, Yurina wanted to ask why is she alone but she just shrugs it, she wants her girlfriend to be happy.

"I have a gift for you, I'll give it when we meet again"

She's so sweet

"It's fine love, greeting me is enough." She said smiling. "Yurina"

"Yes baby?"

Xiaoting swallows the lump on her throat, eyes getting teary.

"Can't you go here?" Silence. Yurina sighs as she looks down.

"I can't, I'm sorry"

Ah I knew it. I just tried because maybe, just maybe you'll be able to come here,  just maybe I could spend my birthday with you

"I'm really sorry please?My sched is fully packed until November fifteen, I promise I'll make it up to you" Yurina said as she gave a pleading look to Xiaoting.

But I need you right now

"It's okay, I know how busy you are, I understand, please take care always" she said forcing herself not to cry, it's her day so she shouldn't be sad and crying, both of them are busy tho.

"Xiaoting, I love you, you know that, right?"

"Yes, I love you too" 

I love you too, but...

"I'll sleep now ai, you should too"

"Alright, sleepwell baobei" *video call ends*

  Night of November twelve has come and Xiaoting was now inside the plane getting ready to go back at South Korea, her manager picks her up at the airport, she went on one of her birthday cafe earlier, she surprised her fans, she felt happy she can admit it. She looks at the time at her phone, an hour before the clock strikes at twelve.

I wonder if they're still awake

"Xiaoting let's go" her manager said as they got inside the car.

  Meanwhile at their dorm...

"Okay girls, manager-nim said that they're almost here" Yujin said as she looks at the members.

"Should we pretend that we're asleep?" Hiyyih asked who's fixing the balloons that gathers at the floor, Yujin shook her head.

"Uhm no, Youngeun you open the door when she knocks okay?" Yujin said as she walks closer to Youngeun and mess her hair.

"Wait unnie why—"

"Shh, you should pretend sleepy and as if you just got out of the bed"

The other members laughes, Youngeun could only pout, Chaehyun saw Dayeon was about to touch the cake.

"Hey don't touch it" She said as she grab Dayeon's left hand.

"Chill, I was just fixing the design"

Not long enough they can hear an incoming footsteps near the door.

"Quick!Turn off the lights and hide somewhere, Youngeun you open the door" Yujin said in a whisper shoud tone as the other rans quietly to hide. The doorbell rangs as Youngeun finally opens the door, she's greeted by the looking sleepy Xiaoting.

"Ow hi Xiaoting unnie good evening" Youngeun said as she pretends to scratch her eyes, acting sleepy.

"Hey, sorry I wake you up, I forgot the passcode at the door"

"No unnie, it's okay"

Youngeun wanted to laugh.

You didn't forget the passcode unnie, Yujin unnie purposedly change it

"Are they asleep alrea—"

"Ouch!" It was Hikaru who bumped her head at the table. Both of them got startled.

"Who was that?It sounded like Hikaru—" suddenly the lights turned on and a confetti was thrown at the air.

"Happy birthday!"

Ofcourse Xiaoting was a bit shocked, she looks around and saw a lot of birthday decorations, like A LOT to the point that it almost didn't fit inside their living room, she giggles, Hiyyih approach her and hugs her.

"Happy birthday Ting unnie" as she was placing the birthday hat on her head, she can't help not to stare at Xiaoting's face.

Damn, Xiaoting unnie is so pretty, Yurina unnie is so lucky

"Uhm, Hyuba?"

"Ow- HAHAH yeah?" Hiyyih fake coughs as she steps away, they even sing her a birthday song in Chinese.

"Alright! We still have half an hour to celebrate Xiaoting unnie's birthday!" Yeseo shouted as she back hug Xiaoting, such an affectionate baby she is.

"Who put that there?" Xiaoting asked slightly laughing as she points at the life size standee of her, Dayeon raised her hand.

"Thank you so much girls." She said as she looks at her co-members one by one, her eyes landed on Yujin. "You girls don't know how you all make me happy tonight."

"Anything for you Xiaoting" Said Yujin, smiling brightly.

They spend the rest of the night by spending Xiaoting's birthday, the members prepared a foods with their own cooking skills, they even bought their own gifts for Xiaoting. They've talk a lot, eats a lot, laughs a lot, Xiaoting couldn't even ask for more when she feels so happy with her members like this, especially the last minute birthday celebration with her.

A rush update for tonight :>. I decided to made this special chapter for Xiaoting's birthday, because I'm still disappointed of w1, how the company treats Xiaoting on her birthday unfairly. Likeeee birthdays only happens once in a year and yet they couldn't even make an effort for Xiaoting's birthday. It hurts me a lot, it saddens me, it drives me mad, I even cried I admit it, because she doesn't deserve to be treated like that, she doesn't deserve the bare minimun they've been giving her. Good thing we Kep1ians, Tingfens, Graces are here for her, she deserve's better, she deserve's the world, Kep1er deserves everything.

PS. The MAMA 2022 is done, I'm so proud of my girls for winning as 'FAVORITE NEW ARTIST', they ate up as always<3.
