BEA TRIED TO CHANGE THEΒ  conversation, the awkward silence killing her.

"You're not falling for that girl are you?" Bea asked and Dustin laughed nervously.

"No, no," he retorted and Steve sighed.

"Good, she's only gonna break your heart and you're way too young for that shit," Steve said, throwing the meat on the floor and Bea sighed from behind, fiddling with her necklace as she kept thinking about what Dustin said earlier.

Her heart was pounding and unknowingly, so was Steves.

He looked at a sad looking Dustin and smiled to himself.

Steve pointed to his hair.

"It's fabergΓ© organics, use the shampoo and the conditioner when your hair's damp, not wet, damp. Then four puffs of Farah Fawcett spray," Steve explained and the three all stopped as Bea started laughing.

"Either of you tell anyone and your ass is grass, both you Henderson are dead" he said and Dustin nodded his head whilst Bea just cracked up laughing at him.

"Farrah Fawcett spray," she mimicked and Steve dropped his bucket to the ground.

"You're on Bear," he said as he started to run after her.

Bea screamed as he chased after her through the wood. He laughed as he followed her in, not too far so Dustin could still see them.

He managed to catch up with her, wrapping his arms around her waist so she stopped but instead she tripped on a branch and they both fell down laughing and holding onto each other.

When they stopped Dustin was still watching as they didn't fall that far.

She was on top of him, her head pressed against his chest as they both laughed. Once they stopped laughing they looked at each other, giddy smiles on both of their faces.

"This is not the time nor place for your unresolved sexual tension," Dustin yelled out and they both stood up, dusting the grass and leaves off of them.

They stood there again, his eyes flickering down to her lips before he turned away, conflicted and walking towards Dustin.

Bea was quick to follow.

"We should hurry up if we want to make it soon," Dustin said and Bea nodded her head, walking behind the boys as they started talking again. Her mind couldn't get that conversation out of her head. Steve was intoxicating.

The three arrived at the junkyard.

"This will do just fine," Steve said as he dropped more meat on the floor and then they poured the whole bucket in the center.

"I said medium well!" Lucas yelled out and the three turned to see him and Max.

"Who's that?" Steve asked Bea as they watched Max walks over.

"The girl," Bea mouthed to Steve and he nodded his head, understanding the vacant expression on Dustins face as he watched her walk over.

LUCAS AND DUSTIN HAD A VERY important conversation behind a car whilst Max helped Steve and Bea set up.

"Hey dickheads! How come the only one helping me out is this random girl and your sister?" Steve asked as he walked up to the two boys, interrupting their nerdy chat.

Steve turned to see Bea stripping herself of her jacket, wrapping it around her waist to reveal a thin black cami top. Steve turned away, lifting another piece of metal and carrying it into the old abandoned bus.

The five rolled barrels along to the bus as the light faded and darkness started to engulfe the junkyard.

Bea propped the ladder up in the bus so that it opened up to the roof of the bus and she watched as Steve poured a lineΒ  of gasoline from the bus to the meat, the conversation from earlier ringing in her head.

The rest of them joined her in the bus, closing the makeshift door behind them.

It had gotten dark as Lucas climbed up the ladder with his binoculars, watching out in the fog for the baby demogogran.

Steve and Bea sat on the floor, her head resting on his shoulder as they both watched him flicking his lighter in his hand.

"You two really fought one of these things before?" Max asked and Steve nodded his head, watching the flame in his lighter. "You're like 100% sure it wasn't a bear?" Max asked, her voice laced with uncertainty.

"Dont be an idiot, it wasn't a bear. Why are you even here if you don't believe us?" Dustin asked and Bea sat up.

"Dustin," Bea said in a shocked and scolding manner.

"Jeeze, is it past someone's bed time?" Max asked sarcastically before climbing up the ladder and leaving the three behind.

"That's good just show her you don't care," Steve said and Bea hit him on the arm.

"You idiot, that's gonna make her hate him," Bea said and Dustin sighed.

"I don't," he said and Steve winked at him, trying to be inconspicuous but everyone on the bus noticed.

"Why are you winking Steve, stop," Dustin said and Bea sighed at the two boys, leaning her head back on Steve's shoulder.

Bea and Steve jumped up when they heard a roar from outside, both of them peeking through the windows.

"I've got eyes, 10 o'clock," Lucas yelled down and Steve pointed out the Demogorgan in the fog as it ate the meat from earlier.

"Hes not taking the bait, why isn't he taking the bait," Steve asked and Bea sighed.

"Maybe he's sick of eating cow," she suggested and Steve looked at her for a second before pulling away and walking towards the door.

"Steve? Steve what are you doing?" Bea asked, her heart racing as she watched him walk out.

"Steve," she called out and he turned to look at her.

She knew it wasn't the time or place but she ran over to him so their faces were barely milimeters apart. His eyes flickered down to her lips, silently asking for confirmation and she nodded.

Their lips collided in one swift second, mouths moving in time as they kissed for what felt like an eternity.

When she pulled away she couldn't breath but at the same time she couldn't help but smile. Steve had a grin on his face as well as he grabbed her hand.

"Trust me, you've got to be ready to do it," he said as he slipped the lighter into her hand.

Steve pressed one more kiss to her lips, his hand at the base of her neck to hold her close but before she could do anything he pulled away, sighing before he walked towards the Demodogs.

"Steve,' she called out, the words barely managing to get out as he turned round, a sad look on his face.

"I feel the electricity," he said before stepping out.

Steve stepped out hesitantly, looking back at Beas shocked face for a split second before looking back into the fog.

He whistled at the creature.

"Whats he doing?" Max asked as she walked down the ladder, peeking out of the window with Dustin and Bea.

"Expanding the Menu," Dustin stated in a very nonchalant way.

"He's insane," Max stated and Bea sighed.

"He's awesome," Dustin said as they watched him approach the thing.

"Steve," Bea yelled as she ran to the door, her brother following her as she pulled it open.

"Get back here now!" She yelled out, trying to get him back.

He hit the bat against one of them, rolling on top of a car and landing perfectly and in time to hit another one right in the face.

Steve ran back in, jumping inside and Bea slammed the door behind him.

They all hid in the back, trying to hide from the monsters slamming on the door. Steve and Bea propped their feet up against the door, trying to keep them out.

The whole bus shook and everyone screamed.

The Demogorgans broke through, pushing Bea to the side so she hit her head against the side of the chair. She blinked a few times, looking up to see Steve beating one of the demodogs with his bat and Dustin trying to call Mike or Will.

She reached up, feeling the blood trickle down the left side of her forhead.

"Shit," she whispered before grabbing her bat, holding it tight in his hand. Max screamed and Bea rushed over to see one of the demodogs on the roof, looking inside.

"You want some? Come get this bitches!" Bea yelled as she smacked it in the face. But just as she was about to hit it again, it ran away.

They all looked out the window to see that the demodogs were gone.

Steve and Bea stepped outside hesitantly, low growling being heard in the distance.

"They're going somewhere," Bea stated as she looked around, her bat hanging loosely in her hands. Her heart was pounding out of her chest and her hands shaking as she recounted the last two minutes of being attacked.
