I asked him, "Do you want some ice cream? I was just about to get some out"

"Uh sure, what kind do you have?" asked Reid

"Cookie's n' Cream"

"That sounds good"

I got out two bowls, two spoons, the ice cream, and the ice cream scooper. I got two scoops for the both of us. I put the spoons in the bowls.

I handed Reid his ice cream, "What do you want to talk about?"

He sat down at the bar in the kitchen, "Um us"

Wait what? Us?

"What about us?" I asked.

Spencer Reid asked, "Is what Ashley said true? Do you really have a crush on me?"

I looked down in my ice cream bowl, trying to avoid his questions. I messed around with the spoon.

I answered, "I Uh... maybe, why?"

"Cause I kind of have a crush on you too" admitted Reid.

WHAT??? I was too in shock that I didn't realized I dropped my ice cream bowl. I loved that bowl.

"You dropped your ice cream"

I was still speechless after what Spencer said. I needed time to process this. While I processed this new information, Reid cleaned the ice cream bowl I dropped.

He asked, "Are you okay?"

I told him, "Yeah, I'm fine, just a little shocked is all. I guess I just don't what to with this new information"

I could tell Reid was nervous as I was. He was playing with his watch. That's his nervous tick.

Reid asked, "Do you want go out some time like on a date?"

HELL YES! I had been waiting for this since I met him.

"YES! I mean, yeah I definitely do" I responded.

Reid got up from his seat, "Great um, it's getting kind of late so I'm going to go. I'll uh see you at work tomorrow?"

I walked with him to the door, "Yeah I'll see you then"

Spencer left and after I shut the door I did a little celebration dance. This was cause for ice cream. It's a good thing I have some.

As I was getting more ice cream for myself, I decided to call JJ.

JJ picked up, "Hey Y/n, what's up?"

"Reid just came over to my apartment" I told her.

"Oooooo, what did you guys do?"

I cracked a joke, "Not each other if that is what you're thinking. We had some ice cream and he asked me out"

"Finally! I heard Morgan giving him some advice earlier" stated JJ.

Any advice Morgan would give about dating you might not want to follow.

"We should celebrate!"

"I already am. I'm eating some ice cream. Ice cream is the greatest way to celebrate"

"You two are going to make a great couple. I just know it. You have to tell me when you're going out so Prentiss and I can help you get ready"

"Okay I will"

I kept talking to JJ for like half an hour before going  to bed. I texted Emily about my future date with Reid. She was as excited as JJ.

The next day at I was busy talking to Prentiss.

I asked her, "Is it bad if I just take all her clothes? I mean she's not going to need them"

"I think it's fine. Maybe you'll find something to wear on your date" said Emily.

"Ashley does have some pretty cute clothes or more like did have"

My date with Reid ended up going great. JJ and Emily were really helpful with getting me ready. I looked great in Ashley's red dress. I felt a bit bad wearing her dress but we borrowed each other's clothes all the time before you know she went crazy and killed three people.
