Juliette was definitely not excited for her first press conference as an F1 driver. Especially knowing the questions that would most likely be asked, were probably inappropriate.

Juliette chewed on her lip. Ferrari's PR manager was stood in front of her and Charles, instructing them on what to do.

"Don't give them the reaction they want. We need to keep Ferrari's slate clean this season, we don't have enough time for controversies."

Charles and Juliette nodded, before Mattia joined the two, a small smile on his face. "Are you ready?"

"Yep." Charles nodded, as Juliette mimicked their actions. The three entered the press room, dozens of reporters shifted their eyes onto them.

They sat down, Juliette was sat in between Charles and Mattia, a microphone set in front of her.

Mattia introduced everyone, before questions started popping up.

"This one's for Mattia. Why did you go ahead and introduce a new driver into the F1 world? I know Juliette is very capable, but what made you think of signing her?" A reporter blabbered slightly.

"Well, I wouldn't sign somebody who wasn't capable. Juliette is a rising talent and is very resourceful when it comes to driving. Though Formula 1 is a challenge, I think that she can take her races on with confidence. I have trust and her and I want everyone to know that." Mattia responded smoothly, grinning lightly. Juliette smiled slightly.

Reporter continued asking different questions towards the three, before one stood out.

"What do are your thoughts about Kylian Mbappe, and what he's said about you? I trust that you've seen what he's said."

Juliette furrowed her brows, her eyes meeting a confused Charles.

"I don't think this question's appropriate for a press conference that's about Formula 1. Kylian seems like a nice person, and I wish him the best. But what does this have to do with Formula 1?"

The reporter pursed his lips. "Well, I mean, there's been numerous dating rumours about you-"

"I've never seen any other driver that's been asked about their dating life in a pre-testing conference. So please enlighten me, why'd you think that this was a good question to ask?"

Charles clenched his jaw, as Mattia moved in his seat uneasily.

"I-"

"I think it's time for another question." Charles spoke smoothly, before another reporter directed a questions towards Mattia.

"Sexist Bastard." Charles murmured in Juli's ear. Juliette rolled her eyes. "I know right. I was gonna argue with him right there and then."

The press conference ended, and Ferrari's PR manager - Suki - walked up to Charles and Juliette with an unreadable expression.

Juliette immediately apologized, knowing what she came to them for. "I'm so so sorry, Suki. I let my head get to me, that dude pissed me the hell off."

Suki shook her head. "It's alright, your reaction was definitely appropriate. He was an absolute shit head. I just wanted to come here and let you guys know that your Youtube video isn't gonna be happening today anymore, you guys have a clear schedule for the rest of the day."

Juliette grinned. "Okay, thanks! See you around."

Juliette felt a lot better knowing she had a free rest of the day, she deserved it. Especially since she dealt with a lot of bullshit today.

Charles and Juliette shot eachother knowing looks.

"We should go out."

"You just read my mind."

Charles grinned, before suggesting a place. "There's this club by the hotel, let's meet up there?"

"Alright. Send me the name of it."

Charles nodded, before Juliette walked away, already planning what she was gonna wear for that evening.
