(Nightmare pov)

When I saw my brother I felt anger on me as I saw him.
"B-brother." He said I crossed my arms and avoided eye contact on him.
"Don't brother me dream." I said angrily I hated dream so much not because of him stealing my first true love no not that, It's because he is the one who is always adorn by other people and my Au loves him more than me and that's the reason why I ate all of my apples and destroys Au I am ignored by my own Au. Suddenly y/n spoke.
"Uhh...you two should stop fighti-" she stopped I turned around and I saw y/n on the ground. I went into her and I held her. I felt so much negative in her. I started to tear up and while dream is also worried at her I felt negative on him too. I began to worry about this.
"I don't want to loose you too." We both said we then looked up to each other.
"What happened to her and why am I feeling a negative precence on her!?" Dream said panicking and I am starting to panick too.
"Let's get out of her dream and let's check on her stats." I said and he nodded as we both teleported out of his dream and checked her stats.

'How did she get that plenty of hp!? And guilt and fear? What is she afraid of?' I thought as more questions filled in.
"Why is she filled with guilt and fear? We only did nothing but-" Dream stopped as he realized something.
"She is fearing about her guilt inside...but what kind of guilt is that..." he said feeling speechless.
"But why would she feel guilt on herself did she killed someone or did she do something wrong?" I said as dream is even more speechless about it.
"I don't know..." he said this is getting me even worried since dream had never been like this quiet.

(Y/n pov)

I was in an empty dark void and all I can see are memories of my past time I can't figure it out from who are these people or monsters tho they both do looked familiar to me but why tho? I looked at the glowing ball I held it and looked at it and saw me with an old friend of mine I smiled as I saw the old times when me and my bff do something silly. I sighed.
"When will I ever had a good ending like others have?" I said as my voice echoes through out an empty dark void. I suddenly saw a small light I went closer to it as it gets brighter and brighter I winced as everything is all white. I suddenly woke up and saw that I'm in my room. I lookes around and I saw a black slimey skeleton.
"N-ni-nightmare." I said nightmare turned around and looked at me, he then ran towards me and hugged me. After that he let go of me.
"Y/n what happened?! Why did you blacked out all of a sudden? And why are you filled with guilt and fear for a while back then!?" Nightmare asked as I looked at him confused.
"What do you mean 'I blacked out' I didn't blacked out I just fell asleep and guilt and fear? Since when I was guilty about something?" I said and he looked at me confuse.
"Are you kidding me!? Didn't you remembered about your dream with me and my bro!?" He said and I looked at him more confuse than ever
"You had a brother? Huh, I didn't know you had a brother what's his name?" I asked and he looked at me in shock yey still confuse about something. I suddenly heard a door open.
"Brother why is ther- Huh, Y/n!" The bright skeleton said as he hugged me.
"Umm...excuse me but who are you?" I asked and he looked at me confuse.
"It's me, Dream didn't you remember?" He asked and I shooked me head.

(Nightmare pov)

"Umm...excuse me but who are you?" Y/n asked and dream looked at her confuse.
"It's me, dream didn't you remember?" He asked she then shooked her head for 'no'. This made dream utterly speechless and shock at the same time.
"You really didn't remembered me?" He asked again and the same answer was back from y/n is a 'no' again.
"Y/n this is dream my brother and also didn't you really recognized him?" I asked
"Oh so your nightmares brother? Well Its really nice to meet you dream! Tho your name is really familiar but I don't know why." She said.
"Uhmm...y/n can me and dream talk fpr a while?" I asked
"Sure." She said as we both left out of the room.
"Why didn't she remembered me?" Dream said leaving him all speechless.
"Maybe she had amnesia or something."
"I guess so...but how come sh remembered you?"
"I dunno I guess luck or something." dream then sighed.
"There might be a chance to remember me somehow." He said thinking something, he then snapped his boney fingers.
"Ah hah! What if we go and help her remind the things we once did!" He said
"I guess that might be  good idea." I said dream then nodded as we both entered and saw her reading a book about Au's. She looked up and smiled at us.
"Oh your back." Y/n said while she's holding the book.
"What aee you reading y/n?" Dream asked
"It's about the Alternative universes or Au for short."
"Really? Where did you find that?"
"I found it in the school library for a few days ago." She said as dream nodded.
"So y/n why do you read those Au's?" I asked trying to change the subject.
"Oh! well that way I might know more of you two and some different Au's." She said she then looks at the time and her eyes widened.
"Oh no I'm late!" She said as she started running towrds to the bathroom and started taking a bath we decided to leave her be since she will dress her school uniform.

~~Some Short Time skip~~

After some time I heard the door opened and saw her wearing her uniform.
"I'll be back for a while I guess but I'll see you later nightmare and dream!" She said as she started running her way to school.
